Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi And Ravello Tour Premium From Naples

Very late. Full bus picks up solo me. Was the only English speaker besides guide. Abandoned tour....

It was a wonderful experience! The landscape and the places we visited were absolutely beautiful. Chiara, who assisted us at the office in Naples, was very kind and gave us all the information and guidance we needed. She was always available to help us with any questions we had. And Geppi, our guide, was amazing! He was very kind and made sure we had a great time throughout the experience. I highly recommend this experience!

We arranged to be picked up at our hotel in Naples. The driver was a bit late so I called customer service and they said they would driver had sent me a message using whatsapp. I was unaware of this type of notification. Tony, was our driver and was friendly and knowledgeable. He picked us up in a Mercedes minivan. There were three other passengers in the vehicle. He informed us that one of the routes to Sorrento was closed due to a rock slide. He asked us if it was ok top alter the route. Also, if we were interested in shopping or simply to take in the views of the beautiful coastal cities. Overall, the experience was great. The roads are not for the faint of heart because of the very tight space between lanes in opposite directions. I would recommend this sightseeing trip.

Ricardo was amazing! The views were spectacular!! I do wish we had more time to sightsee & shop but four of the group had a hard deadline to make their cruise ship so we had to compress time. The experience itself was amazing and Ricardo was informative and funny. I do wish Viator would let cruisers know that there are other options than the longest Amalfi trip for those on a time crunch so those who aren’t on a time frame can enjoy the full experience. 5 stars for Ricardo.

We took the Naples to Positano and Amalfi tour and had such a fantastic experience. It was a small group, which made the whole day feel more personal and relaxed. Our guide, Gianluca, was excellent – knowledgeable, friendly, and very entertaining throughout the journey. He balanced sharing history, local stories, and practical tips perfectly, and organised the schedule really well so that we had plenty of time in each place without ever feeling rushed. The drive itself is stunning, and having someone so professional at the helm made it stress-free and enjoyable. Positano and Amalfi are absolutely beautiful, and this tour is a wonderful way to experience them in one day from Naples. Highly recommended – especially if you’re lucky enough to have Gianluca as your guide!

Overall, I would recommend this trip to anyone that is trying to explore a taste of the Amalfi coast on a time crunch. Our guide Aldo was absolutely phenomenal. He picked us up at a convenient location in Napoli and then proceeded to give us a little extra mini tour of the area out of the kindness of his heart since he had extra time to kill before picking up the other passengers. He was able to navigate the narrow winding roads with ease and grace. Would definitely recommend having a personal and/or professional driver, as these roads are completely different than anything here in the USA. I would recommend passengers to bring a small little packed lunch with them to optimize time spent in the cities exploring, if you do not opt for a lunch altogether somewhere. I truly cannot thank Aldo enough for making it such a pleasant day!

There is no tour guide, so I used Wikipedia and Google Maps to create my own tour of each place. Would be nice to have a guide.

Mauro was great as a driver and guide. I loved being dropped off so I can do my own thing and get back to the pickup spot.

This tour covered some amazing cities and views. We really enjoyed only having a group of six. It was just enough time in each city unless you want to get lunch. We were worried that we would not make it back to the van in time after ordering lunch. Positano is a very busy city and it was difficult to find our meeting point as it was different than where we were dropped off. Only real negative was our driver wanted to communicate by cell phone and we did not have international calling. We met at the designated time and place for departure but he was across the street trying to call us and seemed somewhat upset that we did not answer. All and all is was a great way to see the Amalfi coast and I have no regrets.

Driver picked us up in time. Nice driver. Quite for the ride, which I understand because I'm an introvert myself, but the description did say we would get live commentary which we did not. And we only got 1 hr in Ravello. 40 minutes in Sorrento and around 45 mins in Capri and Positano, so not the 1hr that was mentioned in the description for the tour.

Don't try driving along the Amalfi coast! Not even if you are planning to rent a scooter. There is simply no parking space - not even for scooters. Yes, the road is terribly narrow, but that would be your least problem. On the other hand, taking a tour such as this would turn a nightmare into a nice experience. Your driver will take care of everything, leaving the pleasant part to you! The Amalfi coast is everything you read about, so I will not delve into that. But I will just add that Sorrento was a nice surprise: beautiful, clean, not so crowded, and with a cathedral which is a little gem.

The journey was very smooth, on time, with enough time to explore each place the way we wanted. The guide was very nice as well and able to explain a few details from the areas we visited, pointed us in the right direction so we wouldn't miss the must-see of each place.

Great excursion!! Our driver, Antonio, was awesome, friendly, and a skilled driver on those narrow roads. The only down side is little time in each city.

We had a one day tour of Almafi coast. Antonio was our tour guide. He was excellent, the car was comfortable ( Mercedes van). There were another 6 people. The music was great He dropped us off in different cities and gave us pointers on the places to visit and restaurants and local favorites to eat. We were picked up at 8:15 AM and was dropped off at 5:30 PM, the whole tour took 8 hours. I would highly recommend this tour and company if you have a short time to stay in Italy. We were picked up in Naples.

The tour from Naples to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello was fantastic, thanks to our driver Antonio. We had a great time, highly recommend it.

Lunch was included in the price and it wasnt true, we paid for it. Guide didnt speak our language. Everything to informal for the money we paid.

I was looking forward for a wonderful day with my son, but it turned to be a very expensive trip where the lunch was detailed as included….and no lunch received at all!! . Very few explanation on the way to the Amalfi Coast, and non explanation at all during the visits. It is not worth the price.

We booked with the Tourist Board situated in Napoli Centrale Station. Firstly I must say that Giovanne and his colleague were extremely informative, answered a ton of questions and at no point did we feel any hard sell or pressure. This to us is very important. We booked this tour as a replacement for a day in Naples, which we were extremely reluctant to do, as Naples itself was very disappointing. We met with our Driver Francesco (please excuse my spelling). he was very welcoming and friendly, greeting us in English. We were soon on the road in a 9 seater vehicle (8 people on the tour). The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, fitted with seatbelts and plenty of leg room. As a driver, Franesco was not only very good but also very informative and pointed out points of interest and often had some background or interesting fact. There were several brief stops and breath taking view points along the way. Francesco was a gentleman (the day after a Vesuvius hike i was rather stiff) and at each stop pointed us in the direction of sites to see, shops etc and covered all tastes. Each stop was 1hr long. Just long enough to see the key points. The only suggestion I would say is to take some lunch with you so that you can eat as and when and still see the sights. I can not recommend this trip enough

i went with my brother who had some mobility issues, our driver was so patient and accommodating. It was a great tour with so many beautiful towns.

We had an amazing time. The Amalfi was such a great town. Ravello was quaint and Positano was expensive and mostly closed because it was off season. Small observation was we’re supposed to get a live commentary on the ride and our drive didn’t talk at all. Nice guy but some history would have been nice.

This tour was okay. The driver was nice, but there was not live commentary on board. It was a quiet ride. It was small group, which is always nice. We were given one hour in Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento, as described. But this is an 8 hour tour and there was not any time set aside for lunch, IMO, add an hour for lunch and maybe pre-arrange a place, and I know, you have an hour in each of these places, get food. But we only had an hour and wanted to see these places, not looking for lunch. And we were in Ravello in the morning, it was our first stop, followed by Amalfi, still morning, and packed with people. Then we got to Positano and when someone asked the driver where is a good place to eat, he said something like, "Don't eat here, just walk around to see the city." So we did go to a little shop here and got some fruit and nuts to hold us over. Then we went to Sorrento, which was the best stop of them all in our opinion.. This tour was okay if you just want to see these places for a quick stop. Honestly, it was probably worth the price just for the driver to take us to all of these, but a little history would have been nice too.

We had a 3 day trip, this was our 1st trip we booked. We had a lovely driver called Cesare who drove us round, in his lovely aircon, comfortable 8 seater bus. Cesare had so much knowledge and communication in English was great, helpful with questions. All the places we stopped were amazing. It was a long day in the car and stopping for 1 hour per location, it didn't let you really appreciate the areas to look around as you were off again, the journey between them took the most time, although very beautiful and stunning views. Loved the trip for a quick guide round and so much easier having an Italian drive you round. If you like shopping, then you'll love it. I'm not a shopper and my Husband was the only other man other than Cesare, but enjoyed his 1.5 litre of beer in 15 mins that was ordered not realising the size of it!! Know your measurements, haha. He got me back later ordering me 1.2 litre jug of wine. Don't forget to eat and take change for the toilets or if you eat and drink you can use the facilities.

The cities we visited were gorgeous, and the guide took us to the spots where we could have the best views and great pictures. We had at minimum an hour at each spot, and I sometimes wished for more time to see a bit more.

We booked this tour in May. Upon arrival at the meeting point, we were told by the driver that there may be some closures due to a cycling event, the Giro D'Italia. Our driver said that the Tour Operator should have told us this. They did not communicate this at all. We were driven to Sorrento and spent an hour there as planned. Once we were driven to Positano, we were told to explore. After 15 minutes, we received a panicked call telling us to rush back to the car because the roads out of Positano would be closed. The roads to the Amalfi Coast were already closed. So we were quickly whisked out via back route and stuck in traffic for an hour. The driver said we could be dropped off at Pompei, while the other attendees opted to be driven back to Naples. We were told to talk to the Tour Operator in regards to compensation. However, once we contact the Tour Operator, we were told that as we were taken to Pompei, they would not provide any sort of compensation. Incredibly frustrating for a number of reasons. The Tour Operator knew about the closures, and did not inform us. As this was our last day in the area, we missed out on seeing the Amalfi Coast completely. Further, to be charged the full price of this tour despite not seeing 2 of the locations (and a third location being cut short), is unacceptable. I do not recommend this tour at all, incredibly untrustworthy operator. I am more than happy to amend this review, should we reach any sort of acceptable compensation..

Fantastic experience. The driver for our group was amazing. He explained some history all along the way, and was very nice. Amalfi Coast is not to be missed.

Did not realize this was self-guided very disappointed to not have enough commentary during the drive an in the actual towns visited. Expecting to be escorted and see each towns highlights. Basically roamed on our own only

My comments regarding the tour to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, leaving Naples on Aug 10th, 2022. On time, on schedule. Pick up and drop off very close to my hotel. Delivered exactly what was included, except the sequence started in Ravello, which didn’t affect the end result. Guido was a great and skilled driver, very friendly, keeping calm despite very busy and difficult traffic and very hot weather, which would be a challenge to any driver.

Great tour of Amalfi coast with Rafael. We actually started the tour in reverse since we were running a bit late due some guests getting lost on the way to meeting point. This was actually a great idea on Rafael's part to avoid traffic which worked out great. We did not see Sorrento except from afar which the operator had informed me the evening before. Seems I was the only one to request this tour and had to be combined with another to make it a total of 6 guests. Not really an issue. Had a great day thanks to Rafael. We had about 1 hr in Ravello & Amalfi and 2 hours in Positano to walk around. Breath taking views in all places. Rafael was an excellent driver and guide. Thank you.

Mirko picked us up from our hotel and escorted us to each of the four towns along the Amalfi Coast. We were given an hour to spend in each town. Mirko was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested the perfect restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious and the views were amazing! We ( seven of us) highly recommend this tour!

We had a great trip with our guide and driver Raffaele. Very kind, professional and cheerful man, who went beyond usual to help us after the trip in other matter, we could not resolve ourselves.

One word, excellant. That describes the whole of experience..... For us, it was not only amazing but soooo satisfying. Inna was just amazing and ready to answer any and every questions we had. Didn't matter how silly it would be. No matter if it was wee hours, late night or be it any time of the day. She had literally arranged our tour by 11.30-11.45 just a night before the trip... She tailored every trip of theirs according to us, our timings, door to door pick up. Group tours are not that stretchable but she did for us! Thank you so much and sorry for the late response. Guys! This company is a go for without second thoughts. Mauro was another gem of this Tour! What a gentleman he was... every trip well planned, door to door pickup and yes drop back, puntual, polite, safe driver, so friendly and words wont be enough praising him... Overall, I would had even given 6 🌟 for them if there was an option. Fully enjoyed our trip to the fullest, it was worth every penny we spent and the customer centricity shown by the complete team was awsm. Very happy and best wishes to the complete team. Cheers!

Ride up to the coast was kind of long, but I understand the route taken is required. The driver was great. The tour guide needs more scripted information to present on the long trip up and around the coast.

Breath-taking day trip which was perfectly paced and exceeded our expectations. Our family of 4 (with two teens) had unanticipated logistical concerns the day prior to this tour. Michela and her team expertly and professionally worked to meet our needs. With her great communication we were thankfully able to enjoy the beautiful experience that is southern Italy and the Amalfi Coast. Sehr netter Fahrer, der supersanft durch die Serpentinen gefahren ist. Englischsprachig war er allerdings nur mit einem mäßig funktionierendem Sprachcomputer. Das war sehr schade, weil man natürlich dann keine Fragen stellen konnte.

Nous n'avons pas pu visiter le 4ème village, Sorrente, car la route était impraticable et le chauffeur ne nous a pas proposé de rester plus longtemps dans les autres villages ou même de nous proposer un autre village de la côte

The day before I was warned that the trip was cancelled due to bad weather, but that I would be included in a partner's. Such a trip by the partner cost 50 euros, but I took 70. With return trip with two accidents with a Formula One driver driving, scratched the side and broke mirror and side glass. From a luxury bus to a shuttle. That's crazy. The classic cunning
