We were picked on time at the location provided. Miriam was friendly and very helpful with locating our Airbnb. It was a great way to get to Sorrento from Naples.

Wow, we had so many issues with the flight and lost a bag which took forever to get out of the airport. The driver waited for over 90 minutes while we sorted out the situation. When we finally were able to get our of the airport everyone was so nice and accommodating with us especially the driver. Really appreciate all the patience they had, Thank you!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Our driver was 35 minutes late to pick us up and didn’t even notify us to let us know. We felt like we were going to be stranded. I requested a partial refund and the company is extremely rude and didn’t think it was a problem the driver was late. He should’ve took in account for traffic to be on time. Very very unprofessional service!!! We also had to walk to a garage when he parked with our luggage. Normally they pull up for you. Nothing about this was professional. 0/10!

The transfer was seamless! Our driver Augustino was right at the end of the platform when we arrived in on our train. He was very friendly and had some great facts about the area, he made our trip to the hotel so easy and enjoyable.

Horrible communication. I specified where we needed to be picked up and confirmed the time. I was not given license plate number of the van and we were waiting around for over 30 minutes after our specified pick up time. After messaging our tour operator multiple times and not receiving a reply we looked up a phone number off google to help us and got in contact with someone from the company who told us that our driver was there at 6 instead of our specified 7pm. After finally finding our driver the trip home was fine. Overall bad communication. The vans don’t have the company name written on them and we’re not given the plate number or name of the driver. It would’ve been a lot easier had they given us the driver’s phone number to communicate our location.
The driver arrived a little past 7am and the meeting directions given were clear. The drive was faster than anticipated and he was able to drop us off where we needed to be. Overall great experience
Our driver, Salvatore, was great. He was very friendly and helpful. He arrived at the airport right on time. Along the way to Sorrento, he gave us many suggestions for places to visit and eat.
If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a private transfer from Naples train station and was told that our driver would be there with a sign waiting for our arrival. Not only was he not there, but when I called the company, they said her was at the station but in front of a different gate (which did not exist). After 10 min I called again and was told that he wasn’t even there and they were trying to get in touch with him. It was lie after lie as we were then told he was looking for us, then trying to find parking. I kept calling the company each time and at a certain point they didn’t pick up the phone and would only communicate through WhatsApp. It was extremely stressful as I didn’t even know if we were going to get picked up. Finally we met him outside- a taxi would have been easier and less stressful. Too expensive for the hassle and unprofessionalism.

I contacted Travel Etc a day or so prior to our scheduled departure from Sorento to confirm the pickup point and time. On the day of our departure the English speaking driver was on time to the minute. The vehicle was an immaculately clean, comfortable air-conditioned Mercedes Van. The driver was polite and extremely professional and delivered us to Capodichino Airport without a hitch, all up a travelling time of approximately 2 1/2 hours. Good value I think for what we paid. It also took the stress away from us of having to get to the Airport on time. I would have no hesitation in using this service again, a well organized professional company A++
This was, by far, the best way to travel from Naples to Sorrento. It was a quick and easy ride. We had 6 people, 5 large suitcases, a small suitcase, and 5 backpacks and we easily fit into the van. It was the best price I could find and was very satisfied.
We used Travel Etc. twice when visiting Sorrento and both transfer services went seamlessly. Both drivers were not only on time but early and incredibly sweet and engaging. Vehicles were immaculate.
The driver was polite and on time. He drove well. However Viator states 'Tour Language English - Guide" Driver didn't speak one word of English. He pointed to Vesuvius and said Vesuvius. He pointed to Pompei and said Pompei. He pointed to the Isle of Capri and said Capri. That was what we got as a "guide".

We were picked up st the gate and had a long walk to the parked car. At drop off at our hotel, even with extra fare for night drive, the driver was rude since he expected a tip. It is not usual when ordering a ride that a tip is anticipated.
My opinions on our experience: Our inbound flight to Naples was changed after mechanical delays and our revised itinerary had us landing around 10:30 PM instead of 11:05 AM. I immediately called Travel Etc. when the airline re-booked us and spoke to a woman to advise her of our new flight number and arrival time. I told her I read the terms and conditions and I understood that because we were arriving late there would be a surcharge. (Terms said 20% added charge between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM). I read the terms carefully and it said nothing about what happens when the arrival is delayed but you still land on the same day. I made it clear I was not canceling the reservation and I was willing to pay the required surcharge. I just did not want the driver to head to the airport for an 11:05 AM pickup and we would not be there. The woman said she would attempt to reschedule our pickup and someone would get back to me by phone and e-mail with the new details or advise if they did not have any drivers available. Either way, I was promised a phone call and an e-mail. After I got off the phone, I found the e-mail I sent to Travel Etc. with our flight information and replied to it with a summary of my phone call and asking, again, that someone get back to me. After approximately five hours I had not received any response. I sent another e-mail. Fearful that I would not have a ride to Sorrento I reached out to American Express and they arranged transportation. Travel Etc. did not get back to me through the day or evening and no one from Travel Etc. was waiting to pick us up. Over 30 hours after my phone call I finally received an e-mail from Travel Etc. saying they were unable to accommodate us because it was “high season” and they are very busy. I explained that my problem was the failure to communicate with a customer despite my phone call and e-mails and the promise that someone would get back to me. Travel Etc. offered no excuse for failure to get back to me besides the claim that they are very busy during high season. Curiously, however, the individual who e-mailed me 30 hours after my request began responding to my e-mails within minutes. I understand it’s possible all of their drivers may have been booked, but they never contacted me. At a minimum, there was a total failure to communicate to a customer who was actively and repeatedly trying to confirm if we could be picked up.
Both our drivers were excellent and our driver on the way out to Sorrento provided a lot of interesting info about Naples and Sorrento. Highly recommend taking a transfer for easy and relaxing travel
We had a pleasant and efficient transfer from the airport to our apartment in Marina Grande in Sorrento. Our driver was very nice, was there when we arrived at the airport, and was able to tell us about the area as he drove. I'd definitely book this service again.
We used the service both ways and found the pick-ups were timely. Our first driver from Naples also provided insight as to what we were viewing during our ride.
