Our driver met us early and she spoke perfect English. She met us early and dropped us off right outside our hotel which was a little bit outside of Sorrento. She spoke to us about different parts of the Italian countryside and she suggested activities to do. We were very pleased, thank you!

Our driver was waiting right at arrivals for us, just as he said he would be. We jumped into the air conditioned van (very nice to have in the heat) and there was lots of room for the 5 of us plus our luggage. The drive to Pianio Di Sorrento was great. Dropped right to the door of our Airbnb. Wonderful experience and would totally do this again.

Rico was a delight! His English is perfect and he's personable and informed. He was waiting for us when we arrived and whisked us off to our destination. He's a good guide, too, commenting on the scenery as we traveled. Great trip!

Best way to get from Naples to Sorrento. Driver was on time for pick up. Our Naples hotel was in a pedestrian zone so they coordinated a great pick up spot. Very nice vehicle.

Worth the splurge to save getting to the train station, figuring out the trains and fighting the crowds. Also saves time and energy.

We arrived in Naples and the driver picked us up and provided a great tour on our way to Sorrento, made sure we were at destination safely

We arrived for our ride very early (our fault) but still had to wait 15 minutes for our driver past our pickup time. The ride started out good but about halfway through our driver took a loud personal call and was on the phone for over 30 minutes which prevented us from having a conversation. We had just arrived on a transcontinental flight and were looking forward to a quiet, relaxing drive to the coast. Driver did point out a few landmarks on our route from Naples to Sorrento which was great. When booking a premium ride the base expectation is not for our driver to be on a personal call for at least 50% of the ride.

Driver was good, car decent but not as advertised. We had a red eye flight into Naples with transfer to Sorrento. Choose your own pick up time. Company selected pick up time based on our flight arrival but didn’t factor in any local passport control or baggage delays (altho as local transportation company should have known?) and requested us to pay $55 euro in cash to driver when there were delays out of our control. I am not sure where terms and conditions were that covered this extra fee, Lesson learned on all accounts.

Francesco was great. Arrived 10 minutes early to pick us up. Stopped along the way to take a group picture overlooking Sorrento.

I would have given a 5, except for the fact I was told to go outside the train station to get picked up. After waiting, I called trip advisor and was told to go inside. Elderly parents were with me and we had quite a distance to walk.

Fantastic service! Antonio was fabulous. Such a nice man. Highly recommend traveling with Antonio. Safe and smooth ride along the coast.

We were considering to stop by Valcano but they helped us check the condition which would be closed on the date we planned. They were nice, polite response promptly.

The driver was very accommodating and shared landmarks and information about the area during our ride. He pulled to the side of the road so that I would be able to take photos. Great experience and highly recommend.

Driver was very nice but he did NOT speak English. Did NOT explain any of the things we were passing or make any comments at all about the area: history, castles, mountains - nothing. I had to ask him in THE most simple words of English what X was or what Y was. Again, very NICE driver (I tipped him 20 Euros for 100 % great attitude) but false advertising about driver speaking English and highlighting things we saw on trip from airport in English. Did not happen. But nice fellow.

The driver was waiting for us when we got our bags inside of the airport with a sign with our name on it. I was really happy about this because outside the airport is a little sketchy so this was perfect and it made us feel so comfortable.

Driver greeted us in the airport with a sign which was beneficial because of the obvious language barrier. The driver knew the back roads, etc so we omitted all the traffic. Did not speak English, however, that was not an issue for us. He provided us with the service we requested: driving us to our hotel from the airport, safely and with ease of mind.

We hired transportation from Sorrento to Naples, they arrived to pick us up 15 minutes early, the driver was very attentive, helped us with the luggage and left us at the airport door. I highly recommend them.

Did not come with a car in size enough to carry our luggage, and we hired a large car, we stayed 1 hour waiting at the airport and had to look for another vehicle
