Private Transfer Naples Airport(nap)/station To Positano/ravello

My flight was delayed by over an hour but the online flight status still said departing/arriving on time. I was nervous the driver wouldn’t know the flight had been delayed and would think we had abandoned the transfer since I had no way to contact the driver personally, but as soon as we were ready to exit the airport, he was there waiting with a sign with my name on it. Our driver was very friendly and ensured we had a comfortable and smooth transfer from Naples to Positano. I would use this service again.

Maurizio was amazing!! Great talking to, showed us great places to eat (cafe positano was an awesome recommendation). Overall very relaxing and smooth ride with Maurizio. He was lovely- he even pulled off to take a picture of my husband and I at a picture perfect spot!! (His idea!) Maurizio i hope one day you can come to New york city again!!

Amazing service from start to finish! Everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free after a long train ride. That extra level of customer service really stood out. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for transportation to the coast!

Great experience and beautiful drive through the mountains. Driver was great and gave us excellent advise. Even stopped at a market to get water and other essentials particularly wine!

Driver viottorro was great at maneuvering the road with confidence and skills from Naples airport to Pasitano. The car interior is new and clean and best no smoking smell which I really appreciate.

The driver from the Napoli train station to our hotel in Positano was great and I would individually rate him a 4.5/5 because he was on time with a sign to walk us from the train exit to the car. He checked in to make sure we were ok several times throughout the trip. My only very small issue is that he did not drop us off right in front of the hotel due to his concerns about space on the road to stop, and we walked only 2-3 minutes with large bags the rest of the way. The driver from our hotel in Positano to the Napoli train station would be individual rated a 2/5. He arrived at the hotel 1.5 hours early and claimed that there was an accident on the road and we needed to leave right away. There was no advanced call to warn us about his early arrival so we quickly finished our breakfast, packed our bags and checked out of the hotel. The drive itself was not good, because the driver was very aggressive and unsafe, honking at everyone to drive faster and almost hit several vehicles. The only time the driver was not aggressive was when he was distracted and texting on his phone which happened constantly throughout the trip. We arrived at the train station at 11:30am for a 1:30pm train, and there was no accident and hardly any traffic on the way. Overall the rating is a 3/5 but each driver was very driver and should be rated individually.

Antonioni was very nice and accommodating. Our plane was late and it took a long time for our bags to appear. Throughout, Antonino patiently waited for us at the Naples airport. On our ride to Positano, he pointed out places of interest. Once we arrived at our hotel, he carried our bags and made sure the hotel greeted us and carried our bags. I was very happy with Viator’s communication through text. I hope all of my Viator adventures continue to be this smooth!

<p>Giovanni was a great tour guide and navigator taking time to show us many hidden grottoes, vacation homes of the rich and famous and also some history of the island. Caprese sandwiches were a nice treat to give you energy before the walks around the beautiful Island of Capri!</p>

<p>Driver was waiting at the train platform when we got in from Rome. Car was spotless and fitted our 2 large bags without a problem. Driver provided commentary about the scenery and towns on the way to Positano. Well worth the money!</p>

<p>Good pick up experience, met us as soon as we got off the train. Driver didn't speak much English, but did point out some key areas on the way and even stopped for us to take some pictures.</p>

<p>The drive form Naples to Positano was beautiful. The driver was good and we did not get car sick even though driving along the mountain you do have several winding roads. The vehicle was spacious and the air conditioning worked good which was important because it was extremely hot outside.</p>

<p>Very good service. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived and took us to our destination in Minori. The trip from Naples to Minori is not easy to navigate! Our driver did a nice job and got us to our villa door. He really didn't speak English so we did have difficulty communicating but all worked out. Would definitely use the service again.</p>

<p>When we arrived by train to Naples, it was wonderful to see our driver Felix's warm, friendly smile at the end of the track. Felix pointed out sites along the way to Positano. Where there was confusion as to where we were to meet our villa caretaker, Felix went out of his way to help us contact and find the caretaker and he made sure that our luggage was all set.</p>

Despite my last-minute booking, everything worked beautifully. The driver was waiting and had us on our way to Ravello right away. We saw a part of Italy that I didn't expect to see and even heard Naples beat Rome in soccer on the radio during the drive.

The condition of the vehicle wasn't too good. The door on one side of the car wouldn't work due to a previous accident and was buckled causing it to be open slightly. The car also made a noise all the way up the mountain. I'm sure they are not all like this though. It was a good price for 6 people.

The company acted like a private transfer service by accommodating a last minute change in pickup time and dropping at another location that was on the way to the original destination. Even though the driver did not speak English , he was clever to have someone translate . Thank you for a happy experience and what one would expect for an expensive private transfer

We were picked up on time from our flight and were driven to Positano in highly unfavourable conditions. Huge storms prevailed that evening, however, our driver drove us in a safe and professional manner. The car was clean, absolutely well maintained and in perfect order. Although our driver spoke little english he was able to arrange a porter for us in Positano to assist us with luggage. We highly recommend this efficient service.
