Private Transfer Naples Airport (Nap) /Train Station To Sorrento

I did 3 trains last time to Sorrento. Ugh. I will gladly pay to walk out of the Naples airport, see my name and settle in the Mercedes van and let the driver take over. Drivers/ private transfers only for me!

Exceptional service. Driver was waiting at train for us. Took us on a scenic route. Explained sites.

It was very easy to meet our driver. Directions were very clear. The ride was smooth and our driver very knowledgeable. He even let us stop for a photo op on our way into Sorrento!

The driver was there waiting for us when we got out of the train. He was polite & personable. Answered any questions we had. And it was nice not having to worry about transferring trains and finding our Airbnb after getting off a train with luggage & not knowing where we were going.

Friendly driver and great service. It took longer than expected to get through the passport check and our driver called us and waited.

Everything went so smoothly. Driver was great. Very nice and helped when we had address mixup. Very pleased.

Mauritzio was the absolute best!! He was waiting for us when we exited the train terminal, helped with luggage, told us lots of history, was professional and most importantly was very friendly!! He made our long drive in bad traffic a lot easier and fun!!!

The most memorable part was the drive scared the hell out of all six of us. He raced by other vehicles like they were standing still all the way down the trip. The van Air Conditioning did not work very well at all. It was hot for the 45 minute trip to our hotel. Driver dropped us off a block and a half from our hotel. Driver pointed two directions where the hotel was. I don’t think he knew where the hotel was. In hindsight, the driver picked us up on time and dropped us off safely. The van we rode in was old and was not very clean on the inside. The driver was a nice person, but I believe he could not understand us very well.

Our driver was amazing. Our flight was 6 hours delayed and He waited for us till 10 pm when we landed and took us to our hotel in sorrento. Very nice Mercedes vehicle.

We had a great chat with our driver and he share many interesting things about the area. We felt like we were on a tour of the area instead of just a transfer. So much easier than trains and so much more fun!

We were waiting at the airport for 45 minutes waiting for this service while everyone else was going to their rides that were ready to pick them up. This nice gentleman from another company saw how long we were waiting and asked us who our service was. When I said Project Napoli he looked around, said he didn't see the drivers from there, and called. They didn't know they had to pick us up and had to send someone! I had gone to the help desk who then called the company themselves. The company told them that he was waiting outside in the car and would be in shortly. They told us to go to the white desk and wait for him. 10 minutes later he walked in and we were called to go back to the other desk. He acted as if nothing was wrong and my husband even said "Where were you!?" he responded with " It's okay" and kept walking to the car. This driver had us walk to the car and then 10 minutes into his drive he told us that another driver was supposed to pick us up but they switched drivers. You mean to tell us it took all that time for you to give an explanation? Also, when we were stuck in traffic he was texting on his phone- very unprofessional. I will note that we had another driver pick us up for our return because we had already booked it in advance. This driver was prompt, had arrived early, was kind, and tried to converse with us. Unfortunately the first driver ruined the experience for us but the second, an older gentleman made up for it.

It was excellent from start to finish, very polite driver, who also presented himself very well. He was very good at pointing out tourist attractions. Helped make our holiday "hassle free "

The driver was on time. Spoke English (although I speak Italian). Car/Van was new and clean. Got us to Sorrento in no time. One note.. many of the hotels offer pick up service from Naples Airport to their hotel but they are so much more money. Just book direct with Viator.

My driver sorry can’t remember his name was fantastic. He was waiting for me at the airport v clean car and a very skilled ride. I would never tackle this on my own the traffic was bumper to bumper. Dropped at the door the hotel excellent service and a nice person. Heather

We were delayed 3hrs due to a medical emergency on board the plane. The driver was waiting for us when we finally arrived in an air conditioned mini bus. Excellent service would definitely recommend

Our driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall at Naples airport with a clearly labelled sign. On our drive to sorrento he pointed out and explained points of interest to us. This transfer is the perfect way to start your trip with no messing about or concern as to how you are going to navigate to your accommodation on arrival. This was also the most competitive in price that I found- I did a lot of research!!

The driver picked us up on time at our hotel and delivered us to our hotel in Sorrento. We stopped along the way at a terrific location where my wife bought a beautiful serving tray decorated with lemons (an important local crop).

Because we arrived very early in the morning and have to leave very early in the morning again we booked a private transfer with our hotel. and that went super good!

We arrived after a very bad storm and bumpy flight from London Gatwick many roads from the airport at Naples to Sorrento were closedThe driver was so patient our flight was delayed an hour, his windscreen got smashed by hailstones so he had to get another car and he battled to ensure we got to Sorrento He was amazing a real hero Definitely would recommend If we hadn’t booked we would have been stranded at the airport as no normal taxi would have got us safely to our hotel

<p>Our driver must have the patience of a saint! He drove us to the Sorrento Hilton on a Sunday, the busiest day on the road. Mopeds were buzzing all around us and traffic was often at a stand still, but he seemed to take it all in stride. He even pointed out the sites for us on the way there.</p>

After never travelling to Sorrento we wanted a relaxed start to our long weekend break. The driver was waiting for us and pointed out things along the way which was interesting, he even recommended the local wine which I enjoyed that evening. On the way back we used the bus from Sorrento train station which only costs 10 Euros.

<p>This was an excellent choice for us the driver was there and guided us out of the terminal quickly. The vehicle was brand new and VERY nice and the drive was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this service and will use again the next time we visit Sorrento.</p>

<p>I seemed to have made an error in my booking so when we arrived at the train station there was no one waiting for us. When I called to check, the company indicated that I was a no show because the date I selected was a few days before we arrived. I started to panic. Since I paid for a 3 person transfer all I could think was that I would have to pay a pretty penny to get another service. Thankfully that was not the case. They went above and beyond and indicated that if we stayed put, in a couple of hours they would have a driver for us and they would honor the voucher. Sure enough, 2 hours later our driver showed up and took us to Sorrento. Thank you!</p>

I debated about just grabbing a cab when we arrived, but after a long trip we visited 4 other cities before arriving in Sorrento it was nice to see a sign with our name on it. The driver was very nice and let us sleep in the van on the way to our hotel because it was late and we were exhausted some people talk too much. This was so easy, especially late at night.
