Driver was very nice. Met us just outside baggage claim. Had our name on the card so I could identify him. Extremely clean vehicle. The driver gave us tips along the way for both Naples and Sorrento.

Communication with the tour operators was excellent. Our pickup times changed multiple times due to a train strike, which was stressful, but the operators remained flexible throughout. When we finally arrived at Naples Central Station, Marco was there to greet us with our name on a placard. He's incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and clearly passionate about Naples. Overall, it was a great experience!
Outstanding transport from Naples International Airport to Sorrento. Driver was at arrivals waiting with a placard. We kept in contact through text. The transport company was very responsive and communicative. Very pleasant drive in a luxury automobile to my destination. My driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area, and we had a great conversation on the drive to Sorrento.

Such a fantastic experience! Driver was on time, friendly and even made an extra stop for us to take some pictures during our drive from Naples to Sorrento. We had Marco as our driver who was waiting for us at the opening gate of the train station once we arrived to Naples from Florence. He was so friendly and welcoming. He took us to our hotel in Sorrento which was about an hour drive. On the way there he made sure to point out landmarks and informed us of notable facts about the cities of Naples and Sorrento. He even let us stop at the Sorrento limoncello factory on the way to our hotel for taste testing. Overall it was such a great experience and we will definitely be asking for Marco next time we come back.
We had an amazing driver, named Amadeo! He was so friendly and kind to our family. He was our own personal tour guide, showing us everything on the way from Naples to Sorrento. He even stopped for us to take photos of the beautiful scenery. He is one of a kind! Thank you for a wonderful car ride and great music!
Vincenzo and James were excellent as captain and first mate on the boat. They were friendly and full of information on the history of Sorrento, Capri and surrounding area. They stopped at great spots for swimming and lunch on the island. We highly recommend their tour. Cheers

Giuseppe pick us up at Naples train station and take us to Sorrento. Even though he was supposed only to drive us to our hotel, he stopped on the way to show us some tourist venues and explain some interesting histories. We highly recommend booking this service
