The driver met us at the train station outside the platform and helped us to carry bags to the vehicle. We were dropped at our hotel in Sorrento - door to door service. It went so smoothly we used the company for an additional transfer and also a Pompeii tour. Would use again.
Frank our driver from Prestige Limo was huge in getting my wife and I to the airport on time. There was a blocked road and bad weather so he contacted us to leave earlier to make our flight.
Be careful booking transfers through Viator! I had booked transfers from Naples to Sorrento then Sorrento to Rome Saturday morning. The ride to Sorrento was fine but on Friday Viator cancelled and refunded my $833 retrace without explaining. I was left scrambling to find a ride to Rome and the fares had now jumped since the America's Cup was in town. Viator was no help and their app malfunctioned and. Modified an attempted rebook to 2 from 4 passengers and when I called they said I couldn’t change or cancel since it was within the 24 hour window. Lesson learned Viator is nothings but an aggregator and stands behind nothing.. book transfers directly with car services never Viator.
The driver was nice, friendly. professional and very helpful w/ bags, etc. He was also a safe, attentive driver who appeared to know the ins and outs of Lodi g the heavy traffic. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been the provision of a cold bottle of water.
On time and responsive to questions. Will use again if traveling here to and from Sorrento. I forgot my phone in the car and driver turned around to drop off my phone for me. Would recommend service to others.
Ferdinando our limo/van driver from Napoli Centrale station to our hotel in Sorrento did a fantastic job. He was incredibly professional and friendly, and also answered our many touristy questions while enroute to the hotel! Great job Ferdi!

Warmly recommend the driver Carmine Savino who took us from the airport in Naples to Sorrento. He was really charming explaining to us all sorts of places along the way and stopped us for pictures at a stunning viewpoint. We also arranged a day trip to Rulo and Positano. Anyone who wants to take a driver should take it.
