This transfer was perfect for what we needed. Driving in Naples was intimidating before we got here, now being here and seeing it, I’m glad we left it up to the professional. Our driver was waiting just at the security perimeter with the signage, offered to help with luggage and took us to the vehicle. Safely navigated the hairpin turns of Napoli intersections and promptly delivered us to our accommodation. Will be booking for our departure shortly.

<p>Driver waiting with a named sign. Was such a relief as the minute we disembarked a fellow grabbed our bags to assist us. As we were well aware what to expect we shook our heads and took off in the opposite direction. The driver was courteous and helpful and got us to our hotel safely. Money well spent......be safe not sorry.</p>

<p>Whether you arrive at the airport or the train station, I highly recommend using the pick up service offered by Viator in any city. When you first arrive in a new location you have no familiarity with the city or the best way to get to your hotel. In addition especially after a long flight, you are a little tired and fighting jet lag. In a city like Rome, Palermo or Naples you do not want to fight the traffic first thing. Have a professional driver take you to your hotel where you can start your orientation and touring with the support of the friendly staff at the place you are staying.</p>

<p>Very pleasant driver. He was there awaiting with a sign with my name on it. We traveled in a large van with more than enough space to hold 3 people and our luggage. Driving was safe.</p>

<p>We tried calling the operator as we arrived earlier. Impossible to communicate with them from Rome or the Naples station. We wasted the money.</p>

<p>The pick up was not there. None of the numbers given for contact were effective. He finally arrived after about twenty minute wait.</p>

<p>The driver met us at the train station on time and with a nice sign with my name. He was helpful with the luggage and got us to our destination in good time. I don't know if his Englsh was up to par to fill us in on what we were passing so he didn't speak much. We were dropped off about 100 metres from the hotel because our hotel was located on a no car street. Driving was safe and enjoyable.</p>

No one was there to meet us at the train station. We had a lovely girl from another company call to find out what was happening with our transfer. They told us we never gave them the time to pick us up....that was not true, all information was filled out on line with train and time. We waited an hour for them to come pick us up.
