Gennaro was the most incredible driver and host. He made us feel so welcome immediately. Our pick up was early in Naples and he insisted we sit down for breakfast before we left. We had organised a stop in Pompeii and he was very accommodating and we were not rushed. Gennaro helped friends of ours who were driving with a hire car, he went above and beyond to ensure they were ok. After Pompeii Gennaro organised a stop at a winery which was a highlight of our trip. Our kids loved Gennaro, we highly recommend and hope one day we can return to Italy and use his services again. Absolutely wonderful.

Ferdinand is a true professional. He met us on time at the train station. He helped us learn some Italian as we drove from Naples to Pompeii to Sorrento. He also gave us some history on the area. The car was clean inside and out.

Driver was an hour late picking us up resulting in us missing half of a prepaid, scheduled event. I realize traffic is congested, but so should the folks doing the scheduling. In talking to our driver, clearly he was overbooked all day.

Our driver, Davide was very helpful picking us up from Naples Airport and transporting us to Positano with a stop at a wonderful Pizza Ristorante and then stopping to tour the Pompeii UNESCO site. We would recommend highly. His car was very comfortable and he provided very helpful local knowledge of the Napoli, Pompeii and Posiano regions.

I wouldn’t recommend any other way to get to Positano from Naples. Ferdinando was waiting for us on the train platform at Napoli Centrale and led us right to the van, which had AC and cold waters waiting for us. Leading up to the pickup, we could message with the tour operator on whatsapp to give updates on our arrival time. As we drove, Ferdi told us about the area and even where the best views would be to take pictures from the car. He let us play our music via Bluetooth and told us about the local traditions/history of the Amalfi Coast. He dropped us off right in front of our hotel so we didn’t have to walk up any of the steep hills with our luggage. It made our travel day so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you Ferdi! 😊

If you are looking for a driving company in Italy this is the company for you!! I have nothing but positive comments about Frank and his staff at Good Heart Limos. I was able to communicate with Frank prior to the trip. He always answered my questions quickly and with detail. When we arrived his staff member was exactly where he said they would be. He helped us with our bags and took us to his luxury car. He even gave us a bit of tour as we drove. But what makes Frank and his company even more special was the day that he arranged for my husband and myself. I was looking for a pizza making day in Sorrento. Frank opened up his home to us. We came to his lemon grove and we spent the whole day with his family and staff. We felt like we were a member of the family. They were so welcoming. Frank taught us how to roll the dough and make so many different kinds of pizza. Some I had never tried. They were unbelievably delicious. After the pizza he taught us how to make lemomcello and lemon marmalade. He even gave us some to take home. We finished the day with toasts and Prosecco! It was a day we will never forget.

Outstanding service! Our baggage took almost an hour to retrieve and driver waited patiently and was very friendly. Air conditioned Mercedes SUV transported us safely and comfortably.

Paolo was very professional, helpful, and such a skilled driver. The vehicle was very clean and we so appreciated the complimentary water. He made us feel safe and drove so confidentially. Our original driver ended up getting a flat tire on his way to pick us up from Naples and we didn’t find out until we arrived and called which was frustrating. However, Odilia came very quickly and the ride ended up being so enjoyable. She pointed things out for us to look at / know more about and the ride was very smooth. She made it so much better!

Although the service was already paid, nobody show up to pick us up from the Naples airport to take us to the San Pietro hotel (Confirmation N° 1305710898; Ref.: 915971046). I am expecting the reimbursement of the service paid.

We traveled from Naples to Positano as part of our honeymoon tour of Europe. Although slightly more expensive, this was such an easy and smooth way to get to Positano, versus the combination of trains and shuttles that we would have had to take otherwise. Definitely worth it.

Frank is the Man! Not only did he show us a quick tour around Naples, take us to a beautiful view of the city and allow us to buy pizza at an amazing restaurant. But he also gave us good history of Naples and allowed us to practice a bit of our Italian with him. He also was so kind to accommodate my late request to catch a ride the day before our departure to catch the train back to Nopali from Positano. He also gives great wine recommendations by the way.

We had a great scenic drive from the Naples airport to Positano, beautiful!! Mike Fiorentino did a fantastic job of giving us historic information along the way. I would recommend him to everyone!!! We used him again to go back to Rome which was also a very comfortable ride (much more comfortable than a day of cabs, trains, walking, etc). We made a 2-hour stop to see Pompeii and the tour guide he recommended was amazing! Use Mike and ask him for his recommendations, all were a supplement to our trip and experience!

We can't control flights and airport delays, right?! Therefore absolutely no point in booking this company, they took my money and provided no service for it other than added stress and very rude contact!!!! After a delayed flight and a delay in the arrivals hall at the airport, two hours later than expected, our transfer decided to leave us stranded at the airport and has refused to give a refund. I have had to pay twice the price for a transfer!! Very rude service insisting I am 'not true' when I contacted them and they said I should've come out of the airport to tell them we were encountering delays. Who has ever left an airport without their luggage and then been allowed to re enter the baggage hall?! It was like arguing with a teenager, not a professional service! They also said maximum time they wait is 1 hour, we can't control airport services, you are throwing money away if you have a delay! Transfer services have full flight details and should also be aware of such delays in airports. I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to write one on this occasion.

This is the second time I have used Good Heart for transport to and from Naples to Positano. Just like my first experience, my second transport was great. The drivers were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. When I arrived at the Naples airport, the driver had a sign with name and took me to a nice, clean and air conditioned car. I realized I hadn’t brought a phone charger and the driver was not bothered to make a stop so I could buy one. The drivers gave good recommendations and told me about the area as we drove to Positano. I highly recommend Good Heart and will use them in the future 🇮🇹❤️

I highly recommend Frank’s service. When we got to Napoli Centrale Raffaele was waiting for us with a sign, so we found him immediately. We had mentioned we would be hungry upon arrival so he brought us to an incredible pizza place and encouraged us to take our time. We then set off for Pompei. Raffaele was kind and informative and shared some history and facts about the area as we drove. He also drove VERY well and not crazy fast or aggressively, like some other drivers do. It was completely stress free. He waited for us while we toured Pompei and then drove us to Positano. All around an absolutely excellent and seamless experience and worth every dollar.

The transfer service was classy, safe and friendly. The car, an Audi, was clean, stylish and roomy. The driver was friendly and helpful. I really liked the way our driver answered our questions about the area. It was a beautiful drive and even though it was a little over an hour, it felt like minutes because of the beautiful scenery. We used Good Heart Limos for multiple transfers for our stay on the Amalfi Coast such as Naples to Praiano, and Praiano to Pompeii with 3 hours at Pompeii and then to the Naples airport. It was a pleasure to use their services. We were received at Napoli train station on time with our name tag and driver waiting for us. The drive was very safe despite the serpentine roads of Amalfi . They are based in sorrento and they are even trying to help us organize a transfer within Naples with colleagues as it is too far for them. Will definitely call them again next visit.
