Very late. Tried to charge us an early fee although driver was 20 minutes late almost causing us to miss our flight. Not reliable, would not recommend unfortunately. Driver was friendly. Was recommended this service from a family member who said they were reliable. Car was spacious, and held enough for all luggage and everything needed. Nice clean vehicle as well. Just the tardiness is the reason for my rating. After back and forth they did not charge us the early fee, but that should have been a given not something we have to complain for.

I highly recommend you book this excursion. Luigi was extremely punctual. He assisted with our heavy luggage. His BMW 5 series was immaculate. I was afraid I might get car sick on the windy road into positano, but his driving was very comfortable. If you want a private transfer look no further- book this company!

Great experience nice and easy transfer. Our driver Michele (Michael) was right outside the train terminals to greet us as soon as our train arrived. He was very nice and friendly. He drove very smoothly and even stopped at a popular picture area when we got to Positano to take pictures of me and my boyfriend. How wonderful to have a car waiting for you after a long flight. The drive to Positano to Naples was beautiful and our driver was so professional. I cannot imagine having to lug suitcases around trying to maneuver buses and ferries. This made the start of our trip so much more memorable.

Of all the drivers during our 9-day trip in Italy, Paolo was the best! Very responsive, communicating via text, and was actually talkative during the trip! We had a great conversation on our 1.5 hour ride, the trip felt much shorter! Paolo also gave us authentic lunch recommendations for Naples not far from the train but away from the touristy places that proved to be awesome! We’ll definitely ask for Paolo again when we return to the Naples/Amalfi region.

The driver was friendly and professional. I would recommend a driver for trasnfers from Positano to the Naples train station over taking a ferry to Sorrento then train. Having a driver is far less complicated and more comfortable.
