Private Transfer From Naples To Positano Or Praiano Or Viceversa

I love these guys. This transport service is just top of the line. Every driver that I used and this is the fourth reservation that we’ve made since we went to Naples. The pick up at the Naples Station was smooth. The guy was waiting for us. Drove us out to Praiano. On top of that, he knew the house where we were going so he was able to talk to The House and she met us and we drove directly to the door. It was very easy on the return. We had to make an additional request because we had one party needing to leave at 2 AM. They were there on time and the party that was leaving early got to the airport no problems and then we left. Originally, I scheduled my departure for 10:30 AM. These guys were on it. They felt that he would be cutting it close to Get to make our flight and they asked me to leave earlier. They told me that it was gonna be traffic and they did not want me to miss my flight. So we left at 9:30. Our driver was Dominick. Excellent young man. Spoke quite a bit of English and told us all about the area and the driver. Safe. We felt great about the whole trip. These guys are awesome. And punctual.. Angela Baltimore MD

If you want an adrenaline rush and want to die, book this. Extremely unsafe and life threatening drivers. First negative review in 14 years. Awful experience. Rude. Unsafe. You’re better off walking there.

This was better than I could have ever expected. Nello was absolutely amazing and was very quick and safe and made sure we made it to the correct destination. He offered to speak with our Airbnb host which is incredible because I do not speak Italian and the amalfi coast can be hard to navigate for the first time. Will be doing this again! This is so smooth and easy. Just told them my train number and they were waiting outside with my name. The driver there Giorgio was very helpful for booking on the way back and was super understanding about our train being there a bit late. Our driver to the airport Vincenzo was super sweet as well. Both of them were there on time I slept on both car rides it was so smooth.

The driver we had was driving very fast and I had very bad motion sickness. When I took a different taxi coming back to Naples from Amalfi coast the taxi was much better and didn’t go as fast and I didn’t get motion sickness

Excellent experience on our private car transfer from Naples airport to Praiano. We were only in Italy for a few days so this was worth the money to maximize our time and get us from the airport to our hotel and back in an efficient, safe, stress free and timely manner without having to deal with public transport and ferries etc. Our driver Ettore was friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

Raffaele was an excellent driver and very helpful. Cost was very high (as we found out subsequently) and this is the only reason I have not rated it excellent.

Best private transfer from the Naples airport to the Amalfi Coast. Edoardo was the best driver. He made some stops on the way to make us feel right at home. He took photos for us and even stopped by to get lemon sorbet. We are so happy to have Edoardo with us every step of the way from the airport to our destination. He made it so easy for us.

We left Praiano on Sept. 27th en route to Naples and Carmine was our driver. He was a very friendly driver who was very easy to chat with. He was able to tell us some history about the places we were driving through and some funny anecdotes of his own. He even gave us some restaurant suggestions as well. It was a real pleasure to have a car and our driver Carmine take us to Naples. Thanks Carmine! We will definitely book again.

We were delayed in Rome with a train/bus strike and a protest that was in front of the Termini Station so our arrival was delayed but almost 90 minutes. However, Vincenzo (the owner) went above and beyond making sure the transfer we booked would meet us at the new time. Our driver Vincenzo (yes, there are 2 Vincenzo's working at this company lol) was great. While his English was limited, his enthusiasm and kind nature shone through. He was super helpful with our luggage and the trip to Praiano was great. While we had the correct address in Praiano, finding the apt was not as easy. But Vincenzo was more than helpful asking the mini-market owner where the apt was. I managed to get a hold of the apt. owner and he met us on the street. We were right in front of it but couldn't see the number from the street. Vincenzo was very considerate and made sure we were safely in our apt before leaving. We will definitely book a transfer again with this company. Thanks Vincenzo (both of you!!)

The tour company was very responsive prior to our arrival in Italy, as well as during our stay. We booked the transfer to/from Naples and Positano. We had a group of 11, so the group was split between a car and a van. Our driver messaged us prior to our pick up so we had their names. On our trip from the train station to Positano they shared info about the area and stopped at a couple of beautiful vantage points for photos. Our drivers were Carmine, Vincenzo and Georgio all of whom were friendly and helpful!

Lorenzo was our driver from Naples train station to our hotel in Praiano. He stopped in Pompeii to allow us to walk around for nearly 2 hours. On the remaining drive, Lorenzo told us some history, current facts, and was friendly and great conversation. Highly recommend.

I used this company for mine and my Husband’s private transfer from Naples to Prariano and back. So professional, so communicative, and the ride was so smooth. We were picked up in a nice, clean Mercedes. And the drivers were very nice and helpful with our bags. They were also more reasonably priced than others in the area. Fabio and Giorgio were the drivers names, they were fantastic! Highly recommend and trusted company.

Keeping in touch with driver via WhatsApp provided comfort that we could communicate quickly, letting us know where we could find him quickly at the busy Naples airport. Planning to re-book for return trip to airport.

We were charged an extra 50 euros due to a flight delay we informed them of as soon as it happened. They was not compensation given when requested regardless of the communication. Felt like a opportunity to take advantage of tourists. Was not a fan. Book as a taxi service but do not accept any additional charges. Truly ridiculous after how much this cost in the first place. Will be telling everyone about this horrible experience on Viator.

Arrived at the airport and no one was there waiting for us. I called and was told that we didn’t make a reservation so I ended up sending a copy of the reservation. A driver name Monica was sent and she was rude and horrible. Spoke Italian to someone on the phone complaining but io capisco un po!

Arrived at the train station and the driver was not there. After going back and forth with the contact person they eventually sent a driver by the name of Monica. She was rude, turned off the WiFi on purpose and was talking crap with a person on the phone little did she know that io capisco un po’ il italiano

Very good driver! I did have to go to the vendors website to make contact with them the night before. The driver then messaged me on whatsapp and informed me when and where a pickup would be. We were in Positano trying to make it to Naples for an early flight. The driver was on time and got us to the airport even earlier. Everyone was very nice and professional and was able to help with our 6am travel.

Had to forfeit first booking (€200) because airline was late. Must have missed that clause in the booking info. Second booking price was reduced by €50 but at night. Alessandro was great driver and we had a safe trip to Praiano

We arrived to Naples with our 2 children after traveling on the train from Rome. We were supposed to be greeted and taken to a private shuttle. Instead, we arrived with no one waiting for us. We called the contact on viator who told us the he did not receive our booking. I proceeded to read to him my confirmation number etc. He then assured me that he would send a driver right away. 30 minutes later someone met us and escorted us to a taxi. We paid over $300 Canadian dollars for this service expecting a large private van and ultimately were scammed into paying hundreds of dollars extra to end up waiting over 30 minutes and leave in a taxi. Unacceptable scam by viator. I believe we deserve a refund or for the least a rebate from the full price that would equal the would the cost would have been if we had just hired a taxi. I have copies of the texts to show proof of this exchange.

Rafaelle was so great! He gave us lots of info about Italy and was so friendly and nice. He was prompt and took us to Pompeii ruins and then to Praiano. So much fun!

We highly recommend Vincenzo for your transfer needs! He picked us up from our Amalfi Airbnb and provided great conversation and shared lots of history of the coast on our drive to Pompeii. Then he arranged for us to have a private tour of the site with a wonderful local guide while he cared for our luggage. Finally, Vincenzo took us to Naples to catch our train. We had some time to spend before we had to depart, so he took us directly to a delicious and conveniently located pizzeria to have our final Napoli pizza. All around a wonderful way to travel and see the sights. Vincenzo is the most knowledgeable and personable guide to take you!

Thank you to the incredible Vincenzo! What a treat to be picked up door service in Naples but also have a professional and passionate tour guide take us to the Amalfi Coast right to our hotel! With our 2 hour stop in Pompeii with a guided tour with Marinella he organized for us- she was the friendliest, most passionate, and incredible expert of the area we could have imagined. We loved the conversations, incredible tour stops and depth of knowledge we got from our tour with Vincenzo. Enzo was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable about the area and so genuine. He was so prompt snd polite. As we travelled from Naples to positano he offered information about the area, made suggestions about visiting Pompeii, and told us about his time in NYC, near where we were from! We stopped at a beautiful overlook for a photo op, and got some delicious granita. We tried his recommendation for dinner as well, and it was fantastic!
