Roads along the Amalfi Coast are by their nature very narrow and winding. However, Ettore (our driver) managed them safely and with patience! As a driver, he is very personable and can speak at length about Italian life and society. We really enjoyed our trip!

We booked with them for the way there and back from Positano and both drivers were great! We had Raffaele on the way there and Nello on the way back. Raffaele was welcoming and gave us a smooth drive with no issues. He even stopped by with time for us to take pictures at a beautiful view point. On the way back we had Nello, whom was also very welcoming. He filled us with great knowledge on the country and recommendations for our next visit. He knew his way around the roads and traffic and we were able to get the airport with no issues. Both drivers were great and I highly recommend booking with them!

Nello was a wonderful driver. His inside knowledge of the region saved us an hour in traffic and we made our flight on time. We also benefited from his delightful conversation and wealth of knowledge about the region. We highly recommend his services as a tour guide and a driver.

We had a very bizarre experience with our driver. He was not there when we arrived and told us to text him when we got off the plane. All the other drivers were outside waiting for their customers. It took him about 15 minutes to get there. When he did get there he took off walking super fast back to his car which was parked illegally. He then got in an argument with another car as we were leaving. Half way into our 90 minute drive he stopped to smoke a cigarette. When he dropped us off at our hotel he took off so quickly it was almost like he was pushing us out of the car. Ultimately he got us to our destination but that is about it.

This is a driver. He does not give you a tour or talk about the surroundings. This was good for us because we were very tired and a few of us napped.

The driver was good and the car was good but the company changed my pick-up time and I was at the airport entirely to early. They advised it was changed due to traffic but it was actually so they could fit in another pickup at the airport.

Lorenzo was a great driver bringing us to Amalfi from Naples Tran station as well as picking us up from Amalfi and bringing us to the Naples airport at the end of our trip! He was timely, informative, helpful and kind. It helped having someone reliable bring us to and from the coast as it can be tricky.

Not sure why we got to choose where and when we were picked up. The driver pretty much dictated what time and where he was located for us to meet him. I had scheduled for a little time in Naples to site see and grab lunch before the trip, but that is unfortunately not how it went down…

Great communication. my flight from San Francisco to Zürich was delayed so many hours I had to reschedule on a later flight into Naples, because they reached out to me via WhatsApp I was able to keep them updated. Give them my new flight information and I had zero issues finding them when I got my bag in Naples. My driver was a young guy. I don’t remember his name, but he did his best to speak English and we talked about travel and things to do and see around town. I’m really happy I found this company. I don’t think their prices were so bad either compared to what I’m finding out some of the other taxis charge.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT GET IN ANY VEHICLE WITH “Edoardo” IF YOU CARE ABOUR YOUE LIFE! We booked this private driver company over a month out from our trip. We copy and pasted the address we were given from air bnb host. Once we met the driver at the Naples train station, we confirmed this address and showed him on the map the exact coordinates from the host. We also gave a hotel that was next door as a back up address. This was all confirmed multiple times and in writing. On the drive from Naples to Positano, our lives were put at risk multiple times. The driver almost crashed into a huge bus in a tight turn while he was on his phone. He texted and called while driving throughout the entire almost 2 hour drive. Once we were roughly 15 minutes out from our destination, the driver began arguing loudly with his what I’m assuming was his boss on the phone. He then began arguing with us in Italian (we speak only English and the booking said our driver would speak English too). He then took my phone captive for over 10 minutes to look at the map that we had already shown him. WHILE DRIVING, he took photos of my phone that he then come to find out sent to his boss. He kept arguing, we kept saying we are sorry please just get us there safely, and he continued to drive unsafe while being on his phone and yelling. He claimed we gave the wrong address to a town that was 10 minutes away. He finally stopped the car and we got out at the incorrect location. We contacted his boss who ended up being worse than him. He defended the driver, never ONCE apologized, and kept repeating that he needed proof. We sent proof, and he began arguing while messaging on what’s app. We contacted Viator who are in the process of resolving this, but the owner has refused giving us any refund. I have traveled for years and years around the world, and this is single handedly the worse experience I have ever had with a company. DO. NOT. BOOK. WITH. THEM! Save your time, life, and money.

30 minutes late to pick us up. We saw 4 separate warning lights lit on the dashboard. Tire pressue, emissions, yellow "P" and a blinking red "P". We learned the red and yellow P's indicate a braking issue that needs attention on a Mercedes. Bad brakes are not the best option for driving in the Amalfi Coast.
