The driver was waiting at the designated pick up place. The drive to Amalfi was great. The only downside was his AC did not work in the back of the van, he compensated by turning up the AC in front which helped a lot.
The driver Maurizio was fantastic, on time super professional and an excellent driver. I will book him again and again
Communication was excellent throughout; Gianfranco was friendly, safe and rapid. Total professional.
Great driver on time and very pleasant. Safe driver as well. Car was clean. I would use them again.!
Driver waited with a sign, helped with luggage, very polite and patient. I would definitely use their services again.
Great trip. Very courteous driver. He missed our house, but was quick to find the correct address and stayed until our host welcomed us.
Excellent transfer from Naples airport to Amalfi. Trip had wonder views and the driver was very informative. Look no further If you want a relaxing and comfortable journey.
This transfer is easy, reliable and provided an excellent service despite slight changes in time during the trip. We were traveling from Florence to Naples via train and booked this transfer to go from Naples train station to Amalfi. Our train was delayed for 1 hour. I messaged the transportation company regarding this issue to make them aware and they responded quickly. The driver was patient and kind. While driving, he pointed out landmarks that can be seen through our drive. The transportation provided excellent service and I recommend this to anyone traveling from Naples to Amalfi
Unfortunately our driver got lost, made a wrong turn. Fortunately, locals in the area were able to direct him to correct road
Our trip to Amalfi from Naples was fantastic. The driver was pleasant, provided great information about the local area and was very accommodating. The drive was very windy and we never would have wanted to have driven it ourselves. The driver made us very comfortable with the drive.

I always use Viator for airport transfers. They are consistently courteous and reliable. They are also a time saver in my opinion, as I do not have to go looking for licensed taxis and trying to fend off all the illegal taxi poachers who always pick on women travelling alone with children, older people and single women traveling alone.

We felt very safe and the driver was knowledgeable. Helped w/ luggage and hewss very informative. Nice gentleman

Easy pick up and drop off. Our flight was re-routed and the car service adjusted things without difficulty. Definitely worth the price.

Car was huge and Driver was prompt and informative.

Our driver was absolutely great! He texted me prior to our arrival and was waiting for us when we got off the plane.

Very efficient, friendly and courteous safe driver. On time, and would strongly recommend this service.

Driver looking out for us. On time and very friendly - Stopped to take photo of us with view. Surprised it was a mini van that seated 8 people as I expected a car as per the one shown wheen you book

The private pickup great! Our driver was on time with our name sign. He greeted us and took our bags. The drive was smooth and he was able to navigate through the toss and turns. We were comfortable and once we arrived he walked us down to our hotel and carried bags. Overall, I would use the private transfer again!

Our driver met us in baggage claim at the Naples airport, helped us with our luggage and drove us to our Amalfi hotel. He was pleasant, and the van was very clean.

Absolutely wonderful-- there waiting for me at airport and the driver could not have been nicer. A++++
