My driver was fabulous! Wasn’t sure where my apartment was and without asking he got out and helped me find it. A truely wonderful gesture…I didn’t get his name 🙄, but highly recommend this company!

Total scam. Lack of communication. Flight info was provided and the driver only waited for a short time called and said he’s leaving. No communication before the pickup.

Good communication. We arrived earlier and the agency could accommodate us. The transfer was as smooth as it can be in Naples. Be prepared for crazy traffic.

Antonio was one of the best drivers I’ve had. He was very kind and thoughtful. Helped my family with their luggage and even stopped at a few stores so we can pick up groceries for our Airbnb. At one of the stops he even helped check that we got the best price for our fruit and veggies. He took us along the amalfi coast and was knowledgeable about the area. Most of all, he had the most welcoming and lovely energy. I highly recommend Antonio!

Antonio Carola was our private driver to the airport. He arrived early but waited till we were ready. He was polite and knowledgeable and gave us lots of information on the way there. Very polite , clean minibus even though 2 of us ,gave us water when we got in his bus , such a pleasant man and lovely experience very grateful the Rawlinson

Eugenio was an excellent driver. He picked us up, drove us safely to our destination, and gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations for our holiday. He was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and truly made the whole journey comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely ride with him again and highly recommend him!

We booked a 3am trip from our Airbnb in Napoli to the Airport through booking.com. Within 24 hours our driver had been confirmed and had contacted us to confirm the exact pick up spot. Our driver (Tommy) was on time and very pleasant, giving us a great experience to finish our holiday. Highly recommended. Thank you Tommy.

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! Our flight was delayed, and our connecting flight was rescheduled for two hours later. We notified the vendor hours in advance. Even before the original schedule, the vendor asked for and received our updated flight information. When we finally arrived, we provided three more updates about our progress getting luggage and meeting. At this point, the vendor was radio silent. The vendor never showed. I called and was told that I was the no show. I requested and was denied a refund because the vendor blamed me for not showing up on time. Do not use this vendor.

Eugenio was an amazing driver to have. Kind, informative, generous. A wonderful, safe way to start our holiday.

Our vacation in neaples ended just today. The driver Eugenio, wich was incarcerated to drive us to the airport was very friendly and funny. He was punctual, helped us with our luggage and told us some funny stories to entertain us during the ride. I would really recommend it.

Did not recommend. They did not pick me up. They did not follow my flight time and just left because my plane was late coming in.

On time reliable and best prices! This company deserves the 5 star reviews it gets! Once out of the airport we were in a car and on our way in less than 5 minutes!

Our driver Tommy was friendly, respectful and very helpful. I would highly recommend! There was a wait due to traffic but the rep who met us was within sight of us the whole time which was reassuring.

We used WorldTours to get to the airport. The driver was professional, punctual (early, in fact) and drove us safely in good time. The car was spotlessly clean. The company contacted us the day before to advise on details and check luggage.

The driver Rafaelle picked us up exactly on time. The communication was very clear and fast. A few hours before pickup, I received a text message with all the necessary details. The ride was pleasant: a comfortable Mercedes van with air conditioning. Very clean. Rafaelle was very friendly and also gave some explanations about the city along the way. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

He was right there when we needed the transfer. Wonderful-It went perfectly. He was kind, extremely helpful and dependable.

We booked a private transfer with Viator from Naples airport to the hotel. Our flight from the US was cancelled and created a nightmare for us. As soon as I found out I texted and messaged the tour operator to let them know. Then cancelled in Viator. I asked the tour operator if we could transfer a credit to a different arrival day - though I hadn’t even been able to rebook my flight yet. They had plenty of notice and this didn’t affect their driver at all. Their response was that they saw our flight wasn’t cancelled and therefore the booking was still on. Outrageous! They were rude and unhelpful and unapologetic. They refused to do anything- no money back, no transferring the pickup to a different day - nothing. When I stated that I was upset about this and would be sure to tell Marriott and Viator about the experience we had with World Tours then they said they were sorry for our experience and they knew it wasn’t our fault however Viator policy was the problem. Do not book with Viator and certainly do not use World Tours for your pickup. They could have apologized for our experience right away and I’m quite sure they could have done something. Instead they chose to be nasty.

Our driver Victor (not sure of his Italian name—Vittorio?) was fantastic. He was on time and waiting in the arrival area with a sign. He was friendly, spoke good English, and helped us with our suitcases. Our connecting flight from Munich to Naples was delayed and I let the tour operator our new expected arrival time in NAP; I also informed them the number of suitcases and persona items we had since I was concerned about assigning a car that won’t fill all our bags. To my relief, we were transferred via a mini van. Overall, service was excellent with great communication. I would glad use them again!

A very helpful and careful driver called Ricardo collected us and gave us a variety of insights about visiting Naples. A very stress free experience, which made arriving for our 5-night stay in Naples very relaxing indeed.

Eugenio was our driver from the airport to the hotel and it was a great drive. He's been waiting for us in the arrivals hall and helped us with our bags. Through the whole drive he's been able to give us much needed information about the city with addition of some interesting facts. Drive went very smooth despite the huge and chaotic traffic, thanks to Eugenio being very skilled driver. It's also important to mention very clean and comfortable car in which we were driven. We were collected from the airport by Salvatore Lombardi. He was fantastic as our plane was delayed by over 2 hours which meant we now needed the transfer at 12.30am - he was so helpful responding to texts and helping us as we arrived. We had a very comfortable transfer ans a family of 5 and he even pointed out places to see as we travelled through Naples. He made sure we knew exactly where our accommodation was as it was dark and it was a narrow cobbled Naples street. We cannot fault him and he was very patient to have waited. 100% recommend.
