Naples Airport can be a little unpredictable in how long it takes to get through customs, etc. So schedule extra time or check to make sure transfer has some flexibility on timing.

On time, courteous and friendly, very clean vehicle that seats 6 with baggage. Scenic drive, and let’s face it—sometimes after 14 hours of traveling via Uber, airplane, and two trains—you just want to be taken directly to your hotel.

We needed a transfer from the train station in Naples to our hotel in Sorrento, and this was an excellent choice by us. Our driver met us inside the train terminal and helped us get our baggage to his car. He is an excellent driver, and we had a comfortable ride to Sorrento, which takes about an hour. Highly recommended, and we would use this company again.

Driver was fine got us from A to B efficiently. He pointed out a couple of sights. Nothing special. Not sure it was worth the price.

Our driver and the communication with Viator were fantastic! We had a long delay with our flight and we missed our original train. We rebooked our train, let Viator know and the drive waited an extra 30-45 minutes and was perfect!

We prepaid this trip, and unfortunately late arriving to Naples due to weather delays in Zurich. It wasn’t our fault , nor the private transfer fault. We texted back and forth and our understanding was the driver would wait 1 hour free, and then $32/hr thereafter. When we landed, I texted again and no response until we were in a taxi on the way to Sorrento and essentially paying twice for the trip. The disappointment is no concession was made because “you know our cancellation policy”. We didn’t cancel ! I understand policy, book customer service should come in to play since we did not cancel. Transfer cost me over $400!! I have 7 excursions booked through Viator on this journey and once we are finished, I can promise TripAdvisor will get the business going forward. I hope this tour group enjoys ripping people off!

Our driver was not at the gate when we exited the baggage claim. We haye to wait for him th show up. He did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate. He then dropped us off at the wrong place.

I recently had an alarming experience with this company/driver that I feel compelled to share. First, the driver was 15 minutes late, which is unacceptable for a service that advertises punctuality. Once he finally arrived, the ride was far from safe or comfortable. The driver was driving erratically, constantly flashing his lights at cars in front of us in an attempt to move them out of the way and tailgating dangerously close. It felt incredibly unsafe and reckless. To make matters worse, the car smelled terribly of smoke. It was so overpowering that it made it difficult to breathe and left me feeling nauseous for the entire trip. If that wasn’t enough, the driver was scrolling on Instagram and Facebook watching reels, took several phone calls while driving, and wasn't wearing his seatbelt, which was extremely distracting and dangerous. Unfortunately, this wasn't a one-time situation; I had the same exact driver a few days prior and it was the same experience and similar issues. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer comfort and safety is inexcusable. I will not be using this company ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We used Giuseppe for a private transfer service from Naples airport to our hotel in Sorrento. We were travelling with a family of four. Giuseppe was great, he was quick to get us to our hotel, but offered so much information about the areas that we travelled through and offered to stop for water, Pompei, etc. We used him for our ride back a few days later.

Davide picked us up from Naples station right on time! He was very friendly and pointed out many places of interest along the way. We needed a toilet stop and also had to find an ATM. Davide knew where to stop for both of these and neither was a bother to him! We would highly recommend this service and particularly Davide.
