Today, we went on the tour entitled Private Tour of Casertra Royal Palace and Gardens with our tour guide, Gilda. Gilda provided us with much information and details of the Royal Palace and Gardens. We thank her dearly for her knowledge of the place and great experience she provided. The tour provided by Viator was wonderful...gorgeous place and most wonderful place to visit. This Palace is a must see! The ingenuity and the beauty are outstanding! Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the Palace-the history, the art and the architecture. She was fantastic!

Great tour you literally visit all the castle and the gardens. Great guide. To visit the gardens you need to take a minibus or a golf cart that you have to pay extra. Or the other option is to walk which is really far and you will loose a lot of time.

This was a wonderful tour and Esmeralda was a great guide. Our train from Naples was cancelled and we went to another town and had to take a bus from there to Caserta. We were an hour late and she kindly waited for us. She had a ton of knowledge of the palace and made our tour so interesting. I can't imagine walking through without a guide to describe what you are seeing. All in all a great tour!

We met Alessia out the front and she guided us from one amazing statue, staircase, artwork, room, hallway, fountain and garden to another! It was a highlight of our trip to Italy and one I will recommend to anyone. It was just my husband and I so there was no need for headphones. We were able to stop and ask questions whenever we were taken by something. The castle and it's symmetry is unbelievably beautiful and, as you go from room to room you see glimpses of the cascades through the massive windows but nothing prepares you for when you arrive by bus at the top of the three kilometre cascade and look down to the castle and beyond! Alessia came with us on the bus and walked us through the beginning of the English Garden - a welcome coolness on a hot, late August day. We were very glad we brought our large umbrella as it made the walk back to the castle bearable. I would definitely visit again having done the tour.

We had the BEST tour guide, Maria Tarantino! She gave such detailed information and answered all our questions. This Palace is a hidden treasure, absolutely breathtaking! Definitely would recommend this tour!

Our guide was by far the most knowledgeable and charming guide we have had on our entire vacation. She explained everything so well and shared in our enthusiasm and excitement as we toured the palace. We will definitely recommend this tour and hopefully with her (her name is escaping me as I write this ).

This was our second favorite tour of our entire trip. Our guide was extremely passionate and knowledgeable and we had some great 1-1 time with her as we were the only guests on the tour. Also her personality was fantastic, she was very fun and able to roll with the punches. Her knowledge of Caserta is surely unparalleled. And Caserta is simply breathtaking, probably the most grand thing I will ever see in my life. I highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely positive. Thanks to Ms. Alessia (more than a guide, a guardian angel) we were able to appreciate all the historical, social, monumental, artistic and even archaeological aspects of our visit. And, thanks to her, I discovered "fake" monuments but assembled with original historical pieces and even reproducing hypothetical structural lesions; I am referring to the Venus pond in the English Garden, a real gem. It was a real stroke of luck to have chosen a guided tour: we were thus able to learn so much in a short time. We could have done the visit on our own but we certainly would not have appreciated the many curiosities, anecdotes, and stories told to us by Alessia. More than recommended

We took a guided tour of this beautiful palace, we were accompanied by Francesca, very good and really so much prepared that with irony and technical preparation and 'managed to fascinate us for 4 hours..... thanks Francesca for the beautiful experience

Gita sapientemente organizzata dalla nostra guida Francesca, che ci ha permesso di cogliere il senso il valore e la storia della magnificenza davanti ai nostri occhi. Consigliata la navetta per salire fino alla cascata per poi discendere lungo il sentiero del parco per poi affrontare la visita della Reggia: una stanza dopo l’altra con questo effetto canocchiale stupendo in un crescendo di opulenza e ricchezza.
