Pompeii With Wine Tasting And Lunch From Naples

We had a wonderful tour- Aldo our driver was exceptional! The winery, food, service and experience were fantastic and memorable! Beautiful winery on the slope of Vesuvius

We visited coming from a mediterranean cruise. We had canceled our cruise excursion last minute and chose this one instead, and good thing we did. The tour of Pompeii was educational although our tour guide was hard to understand and seemed a bit annoyed, but the wine tasting afterwards was the best part. Starting with a quick tour of the winery then eating lunch while tasting the wines was amazing. Shout out to our driver and the staff who were so kind and got us back to our cruise on time. I would definitely recommend them.

Emanuela, our tour leader to get to Pompeii, and our tour guide and driver, Evana and Peppe, were amazing! They were all helpful, attentive, and energetic. We had a wonderful experience!

We had an excellent transfer from Naples to Pompeii. From there we met our Pompeii guide who was extremely knowledgeable and funny. We had 2 hours in Pompeii in a small 6 person group. We then met another transfer, Nikolai, who took us to the vineyard where we had a lovely tour and 3-course lunch with 6 different wine tastings. On the transfer back to Naples, Nikolai took us almost directly to our hotel (he couldn’t take us all the way because we were in the middle of the Spanish quarters). He went above and beyond, stopping in of some places to show us for food recommendations. Everything flowed really well considering all the different moving parts. We were very satisfied and had one of the best days of our whole trip with this!

Pick up at hotel was on time. Not much info shared on our trip out to Pompeii and we had to wait 30 minutes once there for local guide to arrive. The local guide did an excellent job sharing the highlights of Pompeii. After the Pompeii tour there was a logistics issue switching us to a new group and driver. The winery tour and lunch were good. Not a smooth day but overall we enjoyed it and got back to our hotel on time.

All of the people that we met on the tour – drivers and guides were friendly and knowledgeable. However, neither my wife, nor I felt like we got the full value for the money we paid for the tour.

Great Tour of Pompeii, wine tasting and beautiful lunch. Our guide Chris let us know all we needed to know. Pompeii was really interesting and our audio guide in English was great. Travelling then to a local vineyard for delicious wine tasting followed by a lunch of Italian delights including charcuterie, pasta and dessert

Well looked after and good communication as to what was happening. Enjoyed the destinations and the effort to make us welcome.

Really great tour! The tour organiser Emanuela was excellent and the pompeii guide was really great and informative. The wine tasting tour was amazing as well- the vineyard was so beautiful and the wine and lunch was fantastic. Five stars 🙌🏾

This was an excellent way to spend a day in Napoli. Our guide through Pompeii, Margarita was very knowledgeable and was great with planning her route to avoid the bigger crowds. Be warned, the terrain can be hard to negotiate and there is very little shade for the hotter days. The lunch and wine tasting was the perfect way to relax after all that walking. Everything was tasty and the staff very accommodating. We had a great time chatting with our driver Marcelo as well.

Nice combination of a 2 hour guided tour at Pompeii and a Lunch & Wine Tasting at the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius. Christian (Tour Guide) did a great job managing the logistics (switching buses ) The only odd thing is that the tickets to Pompeii are not included. We got online timed tickets, other guests bought them from the tour guide at the time when we arrived.

Chris and the man who drove us(I’m sorry I missed your name!) kept us safe and showed us great spots in Napoli for photos. The winery we went to was very nice and the staff was kind. The lunch they provided was fantastic. Thank you for using all of our time appropriately.

Pepe and Chris were wonderful tour guides. In addition to the wine tasting, they did some extra stops in Naples. The winery, Cantina del Vesuviuso was great. The food was good and the wine was even better! Such a wonderful way to spend the day in Naples.

Alex, Giovanni (possibly the drivers name) and Greta was awesome. As a first time traveler to Europe on a cruise ship, I was a little worried about booking an excursion outside the ship. Alex and his team made it very easy. Our Pompeii tour guide was very knowledgeable and really took care of our group while touring during massive crowds. The wine tasting and lunch was amazing. I really like that they sat us all at a family style table which allowed us to meet other travelers. We were promptly returned to our ship port.

We has a fantastic day out feel well looked after and the tour guides Alex, Pepe, and drivers where all excellent good value for money and a fabulous day out experiencing the culture and histoey for the love of Napli and the Pompeii. The wine tasting is a must.

We had a wonderful tour of Pompeii with a small group of people and then a wine tour and lunch at the base of Vesuvius. Pepe our driver was a standout. Helpful during the entire trip, he took us to a beautiful lookout of the bay of Naples at end. Thanks for a memorable tour!!

Amazing driver and tour. Peppe was a lovely host to get us to and from the vineyard. The wine was excellent, and the food was delicious. The vineyard had a dog as an employee named Bob, and he did a great job as well.

Great tour at Pompeii with our dedicated driver Giuseppe. Our lunch at the winery was great with the backdrop of Vesuvius in the distance. We ended the tour with some scenic stops along the Naples coast and near the castle. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to learn history, meet new people, and experience all the beauty Naples has to offer.

Pompeii is a must see! It was way better than I ever expected. After Pompeii, we went to a wine tasting and lunch. The food was delicious. The tours and the wine tasting were well organized and very informative. All in all it was an exceptional day and I highly recommend taking this tour. Pepe was our driver and he was excellent if you can ask for him.

Peppe was a wonderful driver and went above and beyond. He took extra time to show us a few spots with fantastic views. Pompeii was incredible - could spend hours there. Wine tasting and lunch was delicious. All were very accommodating and friendly

We did a scenic wine tour with Pepe visiting Mt. Vesuvius. Pepe was so friendly and knowledgeable. While at the winery, I couldn't tell which was better-the food or the views. If you come to Naploi, book with Pepe!

The trip was well organized, and our tour guides were awesome! Would definitely booked with them again. Alex and Angelo in particular we were great.

Alex was great! He picked us up as close to port as possible, kept us informed about our day while adding interesting facts into his dialogue, and even played local songs for us. The tour allowed us to see and learn a lot- but I do think the added cost for entrance tickets into the Pompeii site should be highlighted in the Overview section. I now understand the reason why it isn’t factored into the total (children are free/ some EU residents have a different price/ etc) so knowing we should expect an additional cost to go on the tour would have been appreciated. The wine tasting, Mediterranean lunch and winery tour was lovely even with the heat wave (fans would have made the experience perfect!), and much wine and olive oil was purchased to be shipped back home.

This was an absolutely incredible experience that I throughly enjoyed. Alessandro (the guide) was great and very informative of everything around. I would highly recommend this tour as it went into the depths of both living in Pompeii and Naples at the time of the Mount Vesuvius eruption, as well as what life is like currently for those in the red zone. The only thing I would note, is that the tour cost doesn’t cover the Pompeii section, only the ride to it. At the time we went, it was an additional €20 per person to tour Pompeii.

The entire experience was amazing. Alex and Massemo did a fabulous job of transporting us and dropping a lot of knowledge on us. It has been by far the greatest part of our trip. The food was great and the staff were outstanding. Overall, I will highly recommend this experience to anyone who will listen. Great job!

Alex and Massemo were absolutely amazing! The bus ride was almost as fun as the tour! Gino was our tour guide for Pompeii and did an amazing job! The wine tasting was an amazing experience where our server Vino was amazing! Overall a very well done tour and would do it again!

Great trip! Everything thing was fantastic from pick up to our guide in Pompeii. Lunch was delicious and so much food. The wine was great and even bought a bottle for later. Chris was our guide to the wine tasting and lunch and Angelo was our bus driver they were both wonderful.

The Pompeii portion of the tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. She also adjusted the pace for a misplaced group member without disrupting the tour for the rest of us. The tour of the winery/vineyard was okay. But the wine tasting/lunch was not the best. There was no actual wine education or pairing of wine with the courses of the meal or any presentation; it could be improved.

Our visit to Pompei was fantastically done by Martina and Lilia! We toured the city in reverse order to avoid crowds and hit all of the highlights in perfect time. It was a great experience to learn about the city’s history. Completing our visit at the vineyard on Mount Vesuvius was beautiful and delicious! Meatballs were amazing, and the wine was even better! Highly recommend this tour! Cin Cin!

Our guide didn’t have great English and was hard to understand at times. The Pompeii tour could have been an hour shorter, that being said, we still enjoyed the day.

Pompeii was very interesting and enjoyable. Lunch during wine tasting was absolutely delicious, but the wine tour left a little bit to be desired as there was not much explanation given. Although there was advertised to be a second wine tasting, we did not experience that which was a little disappointing.

This was amazing! Such a fun tour and the lunch was delicious. The staff was great and we were able to shop wine home for free!

Fantastic tour around the amazing Pompei with our great guide and then when finished we caught bus up to Vesuvio Winery for amazing lunch and wine tasting. Overall fabulous tour we would highly recommend.

My mom and I went on this tour and had a great time. Alex picked us up from the meeting point and explained how the day would go once we were on the bus. When we got to Pompeii, we were passed on to our tour guide who did a great job explaining everything during the tour. Once the tour of Pompeii was over, we were picked up by Aldo, who took us to the wine tasting and lunch. This was probably my favorite part of the tour. The vineyard itself was beautiful, the staff was great, and the food was delicious. Aldo went above and beyond as a driver and made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone.
