Had a fantastic trip and experience in both the Amalfi and Sorrento coast thanks to Gennaro, Lucia, and Angelo (Pompei guide.) I was traveling with my husband and parents and Gennaro really helped make the whole experience incredibly special. He was friendly, attentive, thoughtful, and safe. After a heavy downpour of rain in the area multiple roads and highways were blocked due to rock/mudslides. Gennaro and Lucia worked tirelessly to overcome the hurdles and make our experience to Pompei safe, possible, and memorable. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable day exploring Pompeii, Sorrento & Positano with Lorenzo! What an incredible experience from beginning to end! Our tour of Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano was easily one of the highlights of our trip, and a huge part of what made the day so special was our wonderful driver, Lorenzo. From the moment we met him, Lorenzo was warm, friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. He made us feel comfortable straight away and throughout the entire day he was attentive, patient and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed every part of the experience. Travelling between the different destinations was relaxed and enjoyable, and we never felt rushed. Pompeii was absolutely fascinating. Walking through such an important part of history and seeing the ancient ruins in person was an experience we will never forget. From there, we continued to beautiful Sorrento, with its charming streets, wonderful atmosphere and stunning views. It was the perfect place to experience a little of the character and beauty of this part of Italy. And then there was Positano — simply breathtaking! The views along the Amalfi Coast were spectacular, and seeing Positano with its colourful buildings cascading down towards the sea was even more beautiful in person. Lorenzo made sure we had the opportunity to really appreciate the scenery and enjoy the experience rather than simply driving from one stop to the next. What stood out most was how effortless Lorenzo made the entire day feel. Having someone reliable, knowledgeable and pleasant behind the wheel makes such a difference, especially when visiting several places in one day. His professionalism combined with his friendly personality made us feel as though we were being looked after by someone who genuinely cared about giving us a memorable experience. If you are considering a tour of Pompeii, Sorrento and Positano, I would absolutely recommend it, and I would especially recommend asking for Lorenzo. The combination of history, beautiful coastal towns, incredible scenery and excellent service made this a truly unforgettable day. I loved our driver for the day his name is Lorenzo. He is a very passionate man that seems very nice and incredibly intelligent. His English was very fluent and we understood him perfectly. He felt like a tour guide not only a driver. He cares about each person individually and makes sure everyone is happy where they are! Thank you Lorenzo!!!!!!!!

This was one of the best and most personal experiences of our entire trip to Italy. Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano are all incredible on their own, but Lorenzo made the day so much more than a typical sightseeing tour. From the moment we met him, Lorenzo was kind, funny, thoughtful, and completely focused on making the day special for our family. He knew the best scenic stops and made sure we had time to enjoy the views instead of simply rushing from one destination to the next. At the beginning of the day, Lorenzo was the one taking our pictures. By the end, we insisted that he be in the photos with us because it no longer felt right to leave him out. That says everything about the impact he had on our family. Lorenzo also connected us with an outstanding private guide for Pompeii, Anna Barone. Anna grew up in the modern city of Pompeii, and her grandfather was involved in, I believe, the excavation of the ancient city. That personal connection gave her such a unique perspective. She didn’t just recite the dates and facts; she brought the city and its people to life. Anna showed us fascinating details we easily would have walked right past on our own and helped us understand what everyday life was like before the eruption. Her knowledge was incredible, but it was her personal connection to Pompeii that made the experience truly memorable. Walking through the ruins with someone whose own family had played a part in uncovering them was something we will never forget. One of the biggest highlights of the day was the spectacular winery Lorenzo brought us to. It was a beautiful, peaceful place and felt like a genuine local experience rather than just another tourist stop. We had the chance to learn about the work and traditions behind their products, including seeing how their olive oil was made. It gave us a much greater appreciation for the time, care, and craftsmanship that go into producing it. The winery was also a wonderful opportunity to slow down, enjoy the surroundings, and take in another side of the region. Experiences like this were what made the tour so special. Lorenzo knew where to bring us to see something authentic, and he made us feel genuinely welcomed everywhere we went. He even introduced us to members of his own family, which made the day feel less like a tour and more like being shown around by a local friend. This tour gave us breathtaking scenery, fascinating history, and experiences we never could have planned on our own. More importantly, it gave us the chance to meet two wonderful people. Anna made Pompeii come alive, and Lorenzo made us feel like family. We cannot recommend them, or this tour, highly enough.

Amazing experience. Gennaro was so accommodating always on time . Went out of his way to organize diner reservations and booked for us table for dinner at restaurants even though our hotel good not organize it . Took good care of my children . I could not ask for any better . We were so spoiled

Lorenzo stayed with us for two full days. He managed our trips to Montecassino and Pompeii. He was incredibly attentive to the needs and wishes of couples in their 70s. He is kind, patient, safety conscious, personable. Our enjoyment each day was totally related to all the details he prepared ahead. Banking, bathrooms, shopping, speaking Italian. We had a private tour organised by Luisa. Gianluca picked us up from our hotel in Sorrento and took us to Pompeii where we met with the lovely tour guide, Maria. Maria was exceptional as she was very passionate about the story of Pompeii and took us to visit many sites (some not seen by other tourists). It was surreal seeing the city. Maria managed it all despite the unusual and unexpected heavy rain that occurred towards the latter end of the 2 hour tour. It was a memorable experience. Gianluca was very considerate and helpful as we had to cancel our plans to visit Mount Vesuvius because of the rain. He took us to a lovely pizzeria in Naples before dropping us off to the station. We hope to come back and will definitely get in touch with Luisa for organising our next trip!

We had the best time with Lorenzo from Sorrentosilverstar Tizzano Luisato! He took us to Ravello, Maiori, Minori, and to a beautiful place for lunch on a cliff. That was one day. The next day he took us to Pompeii, a winery for tasting & lunch, then Mt. Vesuvius. Both days totally worth it. Relaxing and very professional, always concerned with our needs & what we wanted to do. We also used their services to pick us up from Naples airport to our place in Praiano. Our driver was incredible! She took us to an amazing little town to enjoy a great lunch experience and limoncello tasting. The guided tour guide in Pompeii was extremely knowledgeable and got us through so much of Pompeii with our limited time. I highly recommend using this company!
