The your my wife and I took to Pompei & Napoli was wonderful. Our guide in Pompei told us the history of the city and its people, showing us the remnants of the city as we walked through history. Chris, our host and guide for the walking tour of Napoli was both knowledgeable of the cities history and considerate of our age and limitations during the walk. He brought to life the city with the story of the old town as we passed important buildings, statues, and ruins of the original Greek settlement. Our drive, Rino, dealt with the traffic with ease and stopped at great locations for photos of the city and bay. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Naples.

An amazing experience, Greta and Amadeo were fantastic. Would highly recommend - also very accommodating for any dietary requirements.
nice experience visiting Pompeia and specially visinting Napoli thanks to Alessandro, our guide and Salvatore, our driver.
Alex was a Great guide, very knowledgeable and super friendly! Carlos was an also a great guide for the Pompeii portion of our tour. Very interesting and also very knowledgeable and friendly
We had the best day. First stop was Pompeii and our guide was very knowledgeable and I would go back in a heartbeat. We then went back to Naples and did a city walking tour with Martina and she was wonderful. I think it was one of my favorite days of my trip
We chose this tour to hope to see Pompeii and learn about the city of Naples, and I can assure you that we were not disappointed. We were lucky enough to have our tour guide be Alex, and he was more than exceptional. He was able to teach and show us about all of the history and every little tradition and detail of Naples. He was super kind, respectful, and always seemed to know what he was doing. He was also really interactive with my 13 year old son, and left us all with a really satisfying feeling about Naples. We got everything we wanted from his knowledge and was definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Italy.
What an amazing day! We started with a group that all went on a guided tour to Pompeii and it was so much more incredible than we could have ever imagined! What we were expecting was small area of ruins and the casts of those who perished. This was so much more, and such an incredible time capsule of what this city once was with so much more preserved than what we thought there would be. It was truly a wonderful tour. Our guide was great, and she was able to give us a lot interesting details about certain rooms we were in, the ways of life of those who held different roles there, and how incredibly smart the people of Pompeii were. After the tour, our group separated into different tours, and ours continued down to the Amalfi coast. We had Aldo as our driver and guide and he pulled out all the stops for us. We had a great time driving along the coast, hearing his extra insights, pulling over for photos, taking our photos for us, stopping at a limoncello factory, and even made a suggestion for us to have a nice lunch. He was incredibly friendly and we really enjoyed our trip with him. When we were in Amalfi we had some free time to roam and check out the little shops and of course get some gelato. It was a brief visit to the coast, but a beautiful day by the coast and some incredible view points on your way there and back. Definitely a memorable experience!
This excursion was amazing! We started by being picked up at port from our ship. A couple other groups were picked up at different places, but we got going in good time. We all went to Pompeii and had a FABULOUS tour. If going during summer, take LOTS of water, as it is a long tour and no shade. We then went back to Naples with one other couple and free time to get some Pizza. Know that the restaurants charge a $10 cover fee (per table) off the top. It was worth it though. We were then picked up and give an AMAZING tour via van through Naples. I'm bad with names, so don't have my driver's and guide's names, but they are in one of our pictures. They are both from Naples so knew the places to get the BEST pictures. Every stop was better than the one before. Their love of Naples was evident. We were sad when it came to an end. This was one of our favorite stops on our Mediterranean cruise!!
I don’t normally provide feedback whether it be good, bad or indifferent but this operator were so terrible I felt I needed to warn others. It just didn’t start well, picked up at 8.30am and we where bounced around collecting people for 45 minutes, then a trip to head office to collect more, in a bus that had “broken airconditioning” (it’s a theme as two out of three buses we where shuffled around in had broken aircon) so the whole process took 2 hours before we got anywhere near the tour starting. An organisated mess is what I would call it, only to find out on the way admission to the ruins is not included, another 15 euros each, we had already paid €85, misleading at best on the pricing, we filed through the entrance only to be told to line up so they can count us like school children as they had got the entry tickets wrong. Tour guide was ok but clearly too many people on the tour for her to be really effective, when it was all done, made to wait another 45 minutes after exit the ruins for a bus to turn up again in 30’c heat again no aircon and no apologies, so out of the five hours with them 2 hours productive and the rest waiting around for them to sort themselves out, we were to do the afternoon tour of Naples with them, we just asked to be delivered to our hotel as they were just taking the piss at this stage, told us not possible and they had other things to do, so they dropped us at the railway station and took off. The guide Valatina, gave up feeble apologie but we could tell no real concern in the feed back and clearly had hear all the complaints before Can not strongly recommend highly enough STAY WAY from these guys

Good tour. Very informative. Group was too big to get personalised service. Maybe times for the tour should be more staggered as there are a lot of people visiting. Worth doing tour as you jump the queues. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and shoes as it is normally very warm and path is very uneven.

Pompeii part ok but Naples was lame and we were left on our own allot- guide stayed with the driver and she should have come with us to guide us at the sites

Just OK compared to our other tours in Italy. Guide was knowledgeable, but felt rushed as she was translating in 3 different languages. We had booked an " English speaking tour," but we spent a good amount of time waiting for other translations, or for guide to take phone calls from office. Seemed unorganized.

The tour bus picked us up at our hotel right on time and got us to Pompeii in good order. The tour guide gave an interesting multi-lingual commentary on the way, even though this was supposedly an English-language tour. When we got to Pompeii we got a special, English-speaking, guide for the ruins themselves. However, we then somehow wound up with an Italian couple, who only spoke Italian, in the group and the tour was prolonged a lot because the guide kept stopping to translate into Italian for these two people out of 20. It was a very hot day and these delays, with most of us bored stiff since we knew no Italian and had, therefore, signed up for an English-language tour, were very tiring. I think someone messed up and got this Italian couple misplaced and then stuck them in with us. Most of us were not young and waiting in the horrible heat for the Italian patter to end really did wear on us. The city tour guide himself did a good job explaining the ruins and the history and all, it was just the delays for Italian translation that were not fun for us. We had signed up for the combination Pompeii/Naples tour and so we came back to Naples after Pompeii. We finally got something to eat in Naples but the rest of the tour, with the exception of the high-elevation views of the bay, was unexceptional. We had the distinct impression that something got confused at the start of the day and the tour company was trying to make the best of it, with the results as stated above. The tour guide was on the phone virtually nonstop and we changed vehicles three times. Also, we had to take all of our belongings off each vehicle, which would have been a major disaster if we had had full luggage to carry. There was just no place to store it or keep it and we had only come down from Rome the night before to do the one-day tour. Therefore, we had only small packs and could handle them, but if we had had real suitcases it would have been impossible to lug them all over Pompeii

The tour was not organized and we stood around waiting entirely too much. However, Pompeii was amazing. We just had too big a group and she had to repeat everything twice. (English and Spanish)

Fun tour thanks to the professionalism of Cristian, Raffaele, the guide Ileana and Ettore!
Great experience! Staff very helpful and available to clarify any doubt or curiosity! Definitely recommended the experience! Very careful guides!
The Marina guide was very good in showing us the most beautiful and interesting parts of Pompeii but the best part was the tour of Naples with Aldo, Neapolitan DOC who cares a lot about his land and that, with great enthusiasm and preparation showed me many sides of Naples even those "less" touristic but that are absolutely to see. I highly recommend you ask about Aldo as a driver because you will come home with a completely different view of Naples breaking down many of the most common stereotypes.
I had booked a Pompei tour with a 10-year-old in an armchair and a French guide. The tour was in English and the guide did not wait for us so we got lost in Pompei... we could at one point join the group to lose it again because with the chair we were slower. anyway we could not follow the guide, since in English... I speak English but my nephew does not and I am not simple translator so I transmit information quickly. in short!!! when I asked to be reimbursed I was kindly told that I had made the visit so that to compensate me I was given 20 euros out of 106.... as much say a very good commercial gesture, knowing that I absolutely did not follow the visit.... moreover the person with whom I communicated by email called me a liar since she maintained that I had made the visit and that I had to pay by specifying in her email that the French guidee could not come and that they were sorry but apparently this does not constitute a reason for reimbursement even if the guide requested was in French......... I do not recommend this tour operator at all...
Thanks to Stefania the "Piero Angela al femminile" for her expertise on the various monuments visited. Thanks to Rosa for her availability and professionalism. Thank you for the wonderful tour of Naples.
