During this hands-on cooking experience, you will learn how to prepare three iconic Italian recipes from scratch, guided step by step by a local Neapolitan chef. You’ll start by discovering the regional ingredients you’ll be working with, including fresh ricotta, aged Parmigiano, and San Marzano DOP tomatoes. You will then roll up your sleeves and make fresh pasta dough by hand, learning the traditional Italian techniques used to achieve the perfect texture. From your dough, you will create two classic dishes: creamy Fettuccine Alfredo and delicate ricotta-filled ravioli, which you’ll pair with a rich San Marzano tomato sauce prepared during the class. The experience continues with the preparation of your own tiramisu, the most famous Italian dessert. You’ll assemble it layer by layer using mascarpone cream, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa, creating a personal portion to enjoy. Finally, you will sit down and taste everything you’ve made, sharing a freshly prepared meal in a warm, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. Throughout the activity, your chef will offer tips, stories, and insights into Neapolitan food culture, making the entire experience both delicious and memorable.

We booked this last minute as the weather forecast was looking terrible. It didn’t rain but we were so pleased that we had booked this as we both really enjoyed it. Alexander made everyone feel welcome, was a great instructor and made the class fun. We’d definitely go again!

Definitely worth the money. If you have three hours to spare, don't think twice. We learned how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, but Alexander was the secret ingredient of the whole experience. Funny, precise, entertaining, and Italian to the core. He was exactly the right amount of spice and salt needed for a perfect cooking class. Great atmosphere, easy-to-follow instructions, and plenty of laughs along the way. We came for pasta and tiramisu and left with new skills, happy memories, and probably a few extra calories. If you want to learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu the proper Italian way then this course is for you! Alexandria is a fantastic chef with a lovely sense of humour, he put everyone on the course at ease and explained everything clearly with demonstrations and help along the way. We were all treated to food and beveridges throughout the 3 hour course. At the very end we all ate our wonderful culinary creations of Linguine, Ravioli and divine Tiramisu. Great value for money too!

This Review is a couple weeks late but it was literally amazing. No complaints at all! Mauro and Lorenzo were so fun, informative and GREAT at their jobs. They were also sooo welcoming and managed to catch us up to speed quickly because we got there a little late due to us finding the class online last minute because we were literally winging it.
