The highlight was undoubtedly our guide, Virginia, who really brought the city to life with her wonderful stories, insights and enthusiasm. Virginia was excellent, gave a good insight into Naples history and buildings, as well as the food we were eating. Fabulous way to spend 3 hours. Don’t eat for 24 hours beforehand!
Our walking food tour of Naples with Aldo was absolutely incredible. Out of all the tour guides we’ve had, Aldo was far and away the best. The food was unbelievable, and he took us to fantastic places we never would have found on our own. What made the tour so special was the way he wove the history of Naples into the food and culture of the city. It felt less like a tour and more like being welcomed into the city by family. Aldo was kind, approachable, incredibly personable, and spoke perfect English. His passion for Naples and its food was contagious, and he made the entire experience feel authentic and personal. Aldo is amazing and very helpful, attentive, and kind. We have two children, 10 and 6yo. They both had a great time and loved the food tour. My 10yo told me to give it 5 stars! Today we did the Not Just Another Naples Food Tour, and it was absolutely fantastic Our guide, Aldo, was amazing! His knowledge of Naples, its history, culture, and food was incredible. You could really feel how passionate he is about his city and its culinary traditions. We learned so much, enjoyed some absolutely delicious food, and had a wonderful time exploring Naples through the eyes of a local. We did the Eating Europe Naples tour with Aldo today and it was a great day! Aldo was fantastic from the beginning through to the end. He was very knowledgeable about the culture, history and food of course, and his passion was apparent from the moment we met. What a great tour guide. Even after the tour ended he shared recommendations with all of us as well as some family recipes. The tour itself was very good. Although it didn’t cover a significant area of the city, there were several stops and foods to try! We tried local pastries, street food, cheese, pizzas, coffee, wine and lemoncello as well as pizza and gelato. Do not eat breakfast if taking a morning tour!! Highly recommend this tour and hope you’re lucky enough to have Aldo.

Carolina was very knowledgeable and kept the pace of the tour to where we weren't hustling or standing around for too long. Virginia was very accommodating to a dietary request I made and sorted it out with one of the vendors directly on my behalf while ensuring I was an equal member of our group. Definitely recommend booking! The vendors and restaurants at each stop were all very kind and efficient, they looked after us well!

We had a food tour with Aldo and it was fantastic! We only had five people total in the group and Aldo took us to several local places for more food than we could eat. He picked places that served their own products and was a wealth of information on the city, the history of the area, and, especially the food and food traditions. Aldo even sent us recipes for some of the food we had. We take a lot of food tours and this one was wonderful. Thank you Aldo!
Aldo was a fabulous guide - high energy and a clear love for Naples and its people. The food stops were excellent and he taught us how they tied back to Naples and the surrounding areas very clearly. Aldo also promised - and delivered - recipes for some of the foods we tried, and restaurant recommendations as well. A great tour from beginning to end.

Highly recommend this food tour! Come hungry—there is a lot of food, and you definitely won’t want to eat beforehand. What I really enjoyed was that it was much more than a food tour. It was a great cultural experience that gave us a better understanding of Naples, its history, and the important role food plays in the city’s traditions and everyday life. Our guide, Virginia, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She also gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat around Naples. Her English was excellent, and she even taught us a little Neapolitan, which was a fun touch. A wonderful way to experience Naples, especially if you want to go beyond the typical tourist experience.

What an extraordinary tour this has been. We were gifted an brilliant guide Aldo who is so knowledgeable, personable, funny and even provided some of his homegrown chilli, which was incredible. If you get a chance to do this tour it is absolutely worth it, but a good tip is not to eat before hand!
