We ended up having a personal guide as there was no one else in our group. The meeting spot was easy to find. The driver was great and the scenic overview was amazing. The tour in the old city was great, stopping along the way to sample local street food. Our guide Aldo was amazing and was very enthusiastic about showing us around. My recent tour of Naples with Christian as our guide and Mario as our driver was absolutely fantastic! They really made our Naples tour unforgettable! Christian's stories brought the city to life, and he truly knew what he was talking about. We were able to venture into the local history like the churches. Mario's expert driving made every ride a breeze on crazy Naples roads. Truly a perfect way to experience Naples! I would highly recommend to everyone!

This tour provided a great sample of the food and history of Naples. Our guide, Christian, pointed out locations and historical facts that we would have completely missed had we been exploring on our own, making the tour well worth it.

We had a great time with Christian and Francesco who took us all over historical and delicious Napoli! Christian is very knowledgable and interesting, and was very patient with all our questions. There was a lot of walking but it didn't SEEM like a lot. We saw many interesting places, and finishing with a gelato and a view was so perfect. Thank you guys!

We started with a tour of Pompeii which was fantastic. Our guide was so interesting and kept the tour going yet very informative. The street food tour and tour of Naples was more than I could have ever imagined! Our guide Chris was fantastic and so knowledgeable and our driver, Amadeo, just added even more knowledge and flare to our tour. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone I know.

We went with Emmanuela and Massimo. Everything on their end went well, just a few of the people on the trip had difficulty with the times which felt a bit unfair for those who kept up with the agreed meeting times etc.

Great overview of Naples. The historical detail was exceptional. Stopped at a number of places getting a taste of everything. Perfect way for Day 1 in Naples. Now we can plan our deeper dive.

Really great tour! Christian was an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide, giving us good insight into the city of Napoli. Pasquale, the driver, was very enthusiastic and passionate about providing us with a good experience as well; he helped us take many photos. The views in Posillipo were amazing and we were even brought to a local spot for a spectacular view of the city. My family and I would definitely choose to go on this tour again!

It's a trip that combines driving and some walking. It's a pretty easy walk. We were the only two people on our tour so we had a lot of freedom to stop and look at things. It was a lot of fun and our guides were great!

This was an amazing tour. It was just my sister and I so the guides took us all over the city and we saw sites not normally on the tour because the other people didn’t show for the tour. We loved it! They were fantastic!

Excellent tour guide. Ask for Alex. He knows more details than Google! Alex speaks at least three languages that I could understand. Worth the money.

Chris and Salvatore were just amazing. We had no idea what to expect and we knew nothing about Naples. Chris was so knowledgeable and freely shared his town and answered our questions. Salvatore, what an amazing driver navigating the traffic with ease (my hat goes off to him).

It was a beautiful tour for the little time we had in Napoli. Serena is a very knowledgeable guide and Max a great driver. We felt we were with family. We had enough time to take beautiful photos and get some souvenirs:) Thank you for making memorable our short stay in Napoli.

Our pickup location was easily located with Google maps. Our bus tour turned into a private tour since it was only me and my husband. Our tour guide, Francesco was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the area and had plenty time for photos. We were very happy we took this tour.

Recommend you take this tour if you live near the historical centre! Very nice to experience the streets and hear about the different parts of town, especially in the beginning of our trip. We where lucky to be guided by Francesco and Marco, who where very nice and even took pictures for us 🤗

Our tour guide and driver were both absolutely amazing! We learned so much about Naples, and we absolutely fell in love with it! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. Of all of the tours I’ve taken, Alexandro, our tour guide was unquestionably the best. Alexandro brought so much knowledge of his country….Naples. He provided a wealth of information about the history and cultural traditions of Naples. Alexandro and Ivan were yso gracious and considerate of my husband who has physical limitations. We saw many aspects of Naples in a comfortable setting. This tour with these two individual was excellent. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen any day of the week. I can not tell you how upset I was about this tour. I followed the pickup instructions on the website which was apparently different that what was on my booking. The operator sent an email the day before, but I was a sea and not able to receive. There was no operator contact information on the website. Viator customer service said that they had made contact with the operator and that he would call me to establish a pickup location- this call did not occur. I went to the other pick up location and waited in there in the pouring rain, but no one came back to get me nor did they call… Very disappointed in the support I received… This has been my only bad experience with Viator…

We had a wonderful tour with Serena and Raf. Serena explained the history of Naples. The views were beautiful. Raf was an excellent driver. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful tour Serena and Raf.

Chris and Gianni were fantastic! They showed us the whole city and made us feel really valued and told us great stories about the cities. We were able to talk about so much and they felt like relatives showing us around the city We are really grateful for their time and give this tour 10/10!!

Great overview of Naples, even in the rain. Serena, the guide and Dino, the driver did a great job of navigating the city and pointing out the main features. They also gave us some referrals to good restaurants close to our hotel.

We were lucky enough to have both Amedeo as our driver and Serena as our guide. They took us to all sorts of points of interest by auto and by foot. In the process they showed us amazing views. It was a pleasure to be with them and to have them show us their city of which they were obviously very proud. Thanks Amedeo and Serena.

Between reaching shore after our Procida trip and catching the evening train to Rome, we arranged a tour of Naples with Napoli City Vision. Our driver, Amedeo, showed us the most beautiful spots, narrowest alleys and wonderful views. He knew so much about his city: we got a good taste of current Napoli and learned a lot about its history. Next time we’ll stay longer and Napoli City Vision will be the first ones we call.

Chris was very knowledgeable! In a few hours he made us have a glimpse of the important places of Naples! Wonderful driver who would chose to stop impromptu for us to take good pics! If one has only few hours to spare then this is a great way to visit Naples!

We had a wonderful afternoon with Chris our guide and Amedeo our driver. They showed us areas of Naples we would never have discovered on our own and shared their knowledge of the city and it’s history. Since we where lucky enough to be on the tour on our own Chris organized a change in itinerary so we did not cover areas we had already visited. We would not hesitate to recommend this tour and hope you where as lucky as us to get Chris and Amedeo.

We had booked a 145 pm pickup from st Lucia. At 1 pm they called us and said the start is 1 pm. We said we will start immediately start to get to st Lucia. After protracted confusion we met a driver who got us in a van with two other tourists. The driver started driving us around the city. He kept driving around for 45 mins. I felt something was wrong and asked huk to stop. I explained to him all tours we had been to there would be a guide to tell us about the area. He apologies and said guide fell sick and did not show up and his agency asked him to drive us around and do some stops. He said his English is not good and he does not know much about history and he is just the a driver. He said it was best to cancel and he can drop us where he picked us from. Overall we lost a couple of hours. Agency should have called and cancelled - we could have planned alternative. Very disappointed. Not sure if we will get refund.

We take a 3 hours tours for Naples, and our driver, Amedeo, was very kind to explain us a little bit of history of Naples, and culture, and architecture style of the beautiful places from Naples...For 3 hours we had a great time...He show us the best gelato in town:) He was a real guide for us, for those 3 hours!!! Thx Amedeo and Napoli City Vision!!!
