Our driver was waiting for us first thing in the morning. We had to leave at 4 am for our 6:30 am flight, and he was there! He helped us with our luggage, as the streets were cobblestone and difficult to navigate. Very courteous at such an early time of day!
I was disappointed that I did not receive a contact number to reach the driver the day he arrived. I have confirmed with the company on several occasions but i didn’t feel secure. I also book through viator and they provide me the name of the driver, vehicle and number. I had to call front desk of the hotel to make sure the Drvier was there waiting for me. The bell boy comes downstairs with my luggage and they both stand there dumbfounded. Instead of going to load the car while I check out with redemption. Once I get into the vehicle it was extremely hot and suffocating. I asked the driver to open the window or ac. He purposely ignored my requests. He finally turned it on and I keep reiterating that I am hot and can’t breathe. He wouldn’t just leave it on. He would switch to heat and I was Profusely profusely sweating. I was so upset because this was such an uncomfortable ride. It wasn’t worth the money because the money I spent for sorrento which was longer was Cheaper and luxurious. I won’t use this company again.
Driver was on time, courteous and got us to the airport without issue. I would recommend using this service to get to the airport with ease.
<p>It may be slightly more expensive than the shuttle services you can find, but it is definitely worth it. The We had 2 mini-buses for 16 people. They were very recent model vehicles, they arrived on time with very efficient and pleasant drivers.</p>
<p>Never showed to pick us up at our Hotel. We wanted as long as we could and finally had to have the hotel call us a Taxi so we didn't miss our flight.</p>

<p>Could not have been easier! Right on time! I will say that I booked this transfer before I got to Naples and found out that the hotel would have booked a cab for me for 16 Euros. Next time, I'll wait and use a less expensive transfer. But I have no complaints about this method.</p>

<p>Project Napoli is the local tour operator which ended up providing the transportation to and from the airport. Always on time and so friendly. When my flight arrived differently than what was originally planned, I had the information desk call them and they came to pick me up without incurring an additional fee. That is great service and worth the tip.</p>

We arrived during the annual festival of the patron saint of Naples, so the traffic was extra crazy. Our driver spoke limited English, but still welcomed us and found alternate routes to quickly get us to the Marriott.</p>

The driver was very understanding and waited for us. <br/> When we exited the airport we found a private Mercedes waiting for the two of us to take us to the hotel. <br/> At time of departure we also had a private ride in a Mercedes. <p>Good driver and car. On time. However flight was delayed and when company was contacted to advise of new arrival time they initially said they could not guarantee a pick up, which was very worrying.</p>
<p>Worth every penny to have a car take you to the airport in Naples. Even though our hotel was near the train station with the construction it would be difficult to find the airport bus. Driver showed up 15 minutes early, spoke English and got us quickly to the airport. Could not have been nicer. if you are not near the train station I would highly recommend.</p>
