Naples Airport: 1-way Shuttle To Sorrento

I booked this transportation for two people because we wanted to be environmentally conscious and take the bus instead of making a long car trip. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. Reservations are tied to a specific time, and they do not allow changes. If your flight arrives early or late, you're basically out of luck. When we checked in, an employee told us there were open seats on an earlier bus, but when we arrived, the driver became upset and acted as if we shouldn't have been there. To make matters worse, there was very little signage or direction about where to go. We ended up wandering around trying to find the correct location. The only bright spot was that we happened to meet some kind travelers who pointed us in the right direction. Without their help, finding the bus would have been even more difficult. Overall, the process was confusing, inflexible, and poorly organized. I would not recommend this service.

It was great! Got to the Airport and was sent directly to get my ticket and then to where my bus was waiting. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awful experience to start off my trip. I went through the welcome desk to exchange my voucher for a ticket, but no one was at the desk. So I walked up to the Curreri loading area but couldn't find any guidance or advice there. So I walked all the way back to the terminal to check the Mr. White travel desk again and still no one was there to exchange my voucher for a ticket. So I went back there the bus area and tried to board the shuttle with proof of payment and my voucher. The VERY RUDE bus driver told me to wait outside the bus in the heat while he called someone. He refused to accept my voucher and I had to pay AGAIN for a ticket. Terrible way to kick off my vacation.

Reporting to the desk in the airport at arrivals seems a bit pointless. They didn't take any of our details or check the ticket, just pointed us in the direction of the coach which the underlying docs explain anyway.

Easy. Tour company totally helps you get to right pickup place (which is a little further than I expected with luggage). Great drive nice and clean bus.

The staff inside was helpful allowed us on an earlier bus since we landed early and grateful beacsue traffic was already bad at 9 am

Driver was very abrupt and unhelpful. Even cranky. Directions to get to the bus were very hard to find.. Once on the bus, the trip was fine

Great shuttle to Sorrento. Very easy to find, was sent a video explaining where to go which made finding it very simple. Nice bus, good aircon. Due to traffic, journey took us around 2 hours

The worst experience ever. If I could I will give minus 5 stars. Easy to buy a tickets, company took the money no problem, when we arrived to our destination nobody knows where bus stop is, range the company and I was told contact provider of the bus for tickets. So I paid for tickets to one company but had to rang to another company for tickets? What a joke. Overpriced and very bad service. Bus to our final destination was half price. Don’t bother to use this company.

Make sure you pre-book to guarantee a seat on the bus. Some people tried to buy a ticket at the bus but had to wait until the scheduled bus departure time to see if there were any spare seats or wait another hour for the next bus to do the same again

Naples Airport info desk - no clear direction to obtain bus tickets. Driver was not interested in answering any questions. Viator cost is double in comparison with purchasing tickets on bus.

Cheaper (nearly half the price) to book directly with bus company Curreri or book on the bus itself if spaces/not busy time. The bus pick up stop is a good 5 minutes walk away from the terminal - go straight out of building and walk at least 500m straight along main road and stop is just before roundabout on right.

An awful Hertz experience. I had booked a car in advance, I called Hertz I was going to be late, they said "No problem!". Yet, when I arrived to pick up the car, they prétended my réservation was cancelled and forced me to accept another car, obviously more expensive. For sure j will never ever use Hertz again!

The pickup location was not well explained at airport. They indicated it was just a short distance outside of baggage claim. It was actually quite a long ways and fortunately there were numerous persons along the way to ask.

Very easy to redeem your voucher at the airport. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Gave good directions to the bus. It is outside of the airport, about a three minute walk. Keep going Bus ride is incredible. As you leave, be on the right side of the bus going to Sorrento. Fantastic views

Smooth boarding and great experience along the coast to Sorrento. Online ticketing a breeze and follow up txts were very helpful as we were delayed with our flight. Would book again.

We were delayed 6 hours in France and frantic. I called the operator and she that would be no problem. It was kind of hard to find the bus. When we did the driver was courteous. I felt he was a safe driver. Bus clean

I am so grateful I found this shuttle transfer, I was flying alone and it was my first time flying into Naples and needed to travel to sorrento to meet with family. I was nervous as my Italian is not the best but my contact at the tour place had sent me a what's app the day prior, texted me to make sure I found the shuttle bus, and when I was a bit lost exiting the airport had reassured me with great directions and comforted me. Ilenia, thank you for being so wonderful and for helping me get to my destination with ease.

Not sure how this is much different than just taking a regular public bus to Sorrento. We still had to walk quite far past the public bus pickup with no signs or direction on where to go. Our plane was delayed and the women at the welcome desk said it’s no issue at all and put us on the next bus which was a nice perk to booking this but when we went to board the bus the driver questioned me and thought I changed the times on my ticket myself and when I said the women at the welcome desk changed it he mumbled rudely under his breath and let me go on. The only nice bonus to this instead of the public bus is having the under storage for luggage and a comfortable seat.

Bus travel was very good. We didn’t know we suppose to redeem the voucher inside the Naples airport before hading to the bus parking; there were no signs no indications, no direction, we have to ask how to get to the bus parking to find that we had to go back inside for the ticket, this was very disappointing and stressing! Almost lost the bus!

The bus was convenient once we got on but the directions for finding the bus were very unclear and not helpful. The buses were parked behind a wall that was very far from the airport arrivals and our instructions were not descriptive of that.

We arrived earlier than expected and the customer service officer organised for us to go on the earlier shuttle great service.

The bus ride was a bus ride and the driver was good -- but Get Your Guide misrepresented it as a tour with a guide -- and charged us $26.50 each for a 10 Euro fare. We felt ripped off.

The bus driver was not very friendly. He wouldn’t let us on the bus as we waited in the hot sun for 20 minutes . Then we had to load our own suitcases.

My arrival on 25th of May at Naples Airport was met with an excellent reception by those who arranged & directed me to the shuttles that were heading to Sorrento.
