Naples Airport (Nap) Private Transfer To Naples City Center

It was a good thing we pushed back our pickup time with our agent as we were an hour late getting into Naples. The driver was 23 minutes past the pickup time when he arrivedb(1pm). I told my husband that I would give them 30 minutes grace, since we were to be picked up at 1 pm, before we called the company to figure out where the driver was at. We did not need to make the call since he arrived at 23 after the hour.

The driver that is outside of baggage claim and was waiting for us when we got there. The van was very tall and hard for me to enter an exit. The driver pulled me out of the van when we got to our hotel so that I dropped hard so it was painful. Also, had we known that our hotel was only five minutes from the airport we would have booked alternate transport as this service was too expensive for the short drive.

They did not accommodate my delayed flight at all. I gave all flight information and they still arrived even though I wasn’t there. They wanted to charge me more dollars to come when flight actually arrived

<p>I would recommend this service. Our flight was on time but our luggage never made it along with everyone else on the flight so we had to wait a long time for everyone to complete paperwork to claim their missing luggage. The airport transfer service was there waiting for us when we finally exited the airport! On the drive to Naples the driver was very curtious and recommeded some good places to eat which we tried and were not disappointed.</p>

<p>TERRIFIC! My flight from Catania was delayed two hours, and I was worried that I would arrive in Naples without having a transfer. But there was my driver, with my name in big letters, waiting for me. I was tired and thrilled to see him. He was courteous and thrilled with the 5 Euro tip I gave him. Win-win!</p>

<p>Our driver contacted us by phone the night before our transfer to confirm the pickup time which we thought was very professional . He spoke very good English.</p>

<p>One star for driver being on time. But he couldn't find the accommodation and refused to wait for me to call the place to confirm exact location which according to Google maps, we were close to. Instead, he told me he was in a hurry for next pick up and drove onto another road where it was easier to park and shouted at me to get out, and this was 10pm at night as a solo female traveler! When I asked for clarification of where we were he directed me to now a completely opposite direction to walk. I told him to just wait a minute for me to get through to the accomodation reception on phone than to leave me out on the streets where it was convenient for him, He refused to even drive near the road I needed. In the end, had to ask stores nearby for directions and finally made it thanks to Google maps and yes, was opposite direction of where he was telling me to head off to. Very disappointed in the quality of service and very evil of the driver to abandon me like that!!!</p>

We bonded with him instantly and even asked for him when we went on our tour of the Amalfi Coast. Great driver who is very knowledgeable about the area. Ask for him whenever you are in Naples and using Viator.</p>

<p>This was our first experience with Viator. We used private airport arrival and departure transfers twice during our visit to Naples ( a side trip to Venice). On all 4 occasions, the service was excellent! We were greeted with sign on arrival and on time pick up from our hotel for departure. I would use again!</p>

But I learned when you're abroad things don't always go smoothly. Viator came through for me and I will never be able to recommend them enough. =)</p>

<p>It was reassuring to know that we were being picked up when we arrived in Naples, especially as when you arrive in a new place you don't know where you are going. The driver was very smart and polite and spoke some English. He took our nags straight away and loaded them into the boot. The car was a new model and very clean and tidy, so we had a comfortable trip. The driver seemed to take the most direct route, so we were happy with the time getting to our hotel. The only gripe would be the price, I had expected it to be competitive, but after speaking with other people when we arrived, we realised we paid around twice as much as the average cost from the airport. It is nice to have a clean car and a safe journey with the destination already known, but it did seem a bit expensive when I realised what we could have paid.</p>

<p>This was a perfect idea after a 17 hour flight. My driver was waiting right outside with a sign that had my name on it, just as promised. He took my bags and escorted me to the car. It was comfortable and I was able to relax while he navigated us through the streets of Naples. It was perfect!</p>

<p>Extremely disappointed with the service in Naples. The driver of the van stopped at the bottom of a hill about 2 blocks from our hotel, put our luggage on the curb and pointed in the direction of the Hotel. Now my wife and I are in our mid-70s and lugging suitcase up a hill for any distance as very difficult. Apparently the driver was either too lazy or in a hurry and didn't feel like bothering to spend the extra 5 minutes to negotiate the one way streets to drop us off in front of our Hotel. I don't recommend that anyone use this service in Naples - we would have been better off with a Taxi!</p>

<p>On arrival my pick up was not there. I waited for a long time for her to arrive. You have to walk around to try an find them it's very frustrating. My plane was early about 15 minutes but my pick was not there for over 30 minutes.</p>

<p>Good but I'm sure it's cheaper as airport is not that far from the town but still it was great service and efficient</p>
