Make Neapolitan Pizza With A View Of Naples

Giuseppe and Anna were wonderful hosts! They guided us step-by-step through the making of the pizza dough, preparing the dough for toppings, baking (and frying) the pizzas and then finally, eating them. (All very simple but delicious.) Two additional couples were there making fresh pasta and we all sat down together to enjoy our creations. The location was very easy to get to from the Line 1 metro train; just a short walk from the Colli Aminei station. The space (Giuseppe and Anna’s kitchen and dining room) were very comfortable and well equipped for the class. We would definitely recommend to friends. Thanks Giuseppe & Anna! We’re very excited to make pizzas for our friends back home and share a piece of Napoli.

Giuseppe and his lovely wife, Anna made us all seem like long-time friends from the second we arrived at their beautiful home. The cooking was fun; the food was delicious; the views spectacular but the best was the company!!! They even helped my husband and I get a taxi when there weren’t any drivers responding to the call. We’ll always remember this evening!

This in-home pizza class was perfect for our family of 4. We learned a lot and had fun. Anna and Giuseppe were welcoming and helpful; they contacted us a few days before and day of our class to make sure we had all the information we needed. Their apartment was very clean. We are everything we cooked which was delicious and they provided wine and water. It was a perfect activity for our brief stay in Naples. They provided recipes for everything we made so we hope to use what we learned for cooking at home. Their apartment is about a 20 min cab ride or short metro trip outside of central Naples. It has stunning views.

We had the best evening with Anna and Giuseppe! It's as though you've come home to the Italian family you never had. The food was amazing and the wine and laughs were plentiful. They also sent us a detailed recipe with photos after the dinner so that we can make it again at our own home. But the best part of the experience is the hosts. You arrive as strangers and leave as friends. 10/10 recommend. You will not have a better evening the rest of your trip.

This is a very unique and personal experience where you learn about both pizza baking and local culture. Anna and Giuseppe are great hosts and very welcoming. Bring good appetite!

What a lovely hospitable couple opening their home to us. A beautiful home with a gorgeous terrace. We learned a whole new take on pizza and it was delicious. It was good fun too.

Giuseppe and Anna were so welcoming and made it such a fun experience! They were very patient as well if you don’t know what you’re doing or aren’t particularly skilled in the kitchen! It was a lot of fun getting to meet them and other travelers in the class. We made three different kinds of pizza (the pizza fritta was hard to top!). I would definitely recommend!

Guiseppe and Anna were engaging and fun. We were surprised that we were the only participants but grateful that they did not cancel. Learning to make pizza in a home kitchen was better than in a big restaurant with ovens that we don't have ourselves. I am anxious to see if I can ever replicate making those three kinds of pizza!!

What an amazing time Anna and her husband Giuseppe provided. The communication was exemplary, at no time were we concerned about where we were going and how to get there. The pizza making was so interesting, starting from scratch utilizing exact measurements of the yeast flour salt etc. we each made our own pizza a few different ways. What an amazing experience! We were taught how to make the most delicious pizza- 3 different kinds! The hosts were so personable and we had great conversations getting to know each other! We had a wonderful experience with Giuseppe and Anna. They were fun, friendly, and gave great instruction on making several types of pizzas. We laughed, ate, and cheered with some wine.

It was wonderful to learn how to make 3 different types of pizza in a home setting. This was more personal and made us feel that we could actually make it when we get back home. There was another couple learning to make pasta, so we had a chance to also see a little bit of how that was done. Husband and wife were very professional, gave clear instructions and helped us learn in a comfortable atmosphere. The products that we made were very tasty!!! They also gave us wine and dessert to accompany the meal. The other plus also was that it was a little away from the crowded tourist area. Their home was easily accessible.

Anna and Guiseppe showed us pizza making we've never seen before! It is definately an experience we will never forget. The company was great, the wine plentiful, the food delicious! What a fabulous evening!! Highly recommend taking any cooking class that Anna and Giuseppe offer. My mum, husband and I met some wonderful new people, learned the basics of pizza making and ate until we had no more room left 😜. If we find ourselves back in Naples we will definitely be reaching out to our fabulous hosts.

We took the Metro Line 1 to the location recommended by the guests and followed our phone GPS to the meeting location (about a 15 minute leisurely walk). Our small group of four were very warmly greeted by Giuseppe and Anna. We were taught about properly mixing and preparation of the dough ingredients and allowing the dough to rest and rise. We made several types of pizza, which were absolutely delicious. We were shown their amazing balcony views of the city overlooking the Naples bay. At the end of the evening our new friends hugged each of us and provided a goody bag of leftovers and we enjoyed the walk back to the Metro for the return trip to our hotel. Thanks to Giuseppe and Anna for a wonderful evening that will be cherished by all of us.

WOW! What an experience we had, from the moment the door opened to Anna and Guiseppe's beautifully furnished apartment overlooking Naples and its waterways to the moment we left. The pizza making was memorable with our traveling companion winning the dough competition. We made several types of pizza, had delicious Italian wine, and finished the night off with homemade limoncello and biscotti. It's an excursion in our Italian vacation that we will treasure forever. Anna and Guiseppe offer a wonderful hands-on culinary experience in their home overlooking Naples. They are very welcoming and fun. As we drank wine we made three pizzas, learning how to respect the dough - A fried pizza stuffed with mozzarella and ricotta, a margarita pizza with basil, and a pizza with oregano and garlic. Anna also made small pizzas topped lightly with tomato sauce and basil. We ended the night with fried pizza dough strips drizzled with chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar and homemade limoncello. It was a wonderful night. They are very responsive via Whats App and called taxis for us. A 5-star experience if you find yourself in Naples!

Definitely a recommendation. It was a very nice and enjoyable time, made even better by the two hosts. If you're ever in Naples, you should definitely cook with a local to get an authentic taste of the local cuisine. If it's such a nice ambience and there are other tips for your stay in the region, then you mustn't miss it.

They are very good teachers and we made a lot of delicious food so make sure you make room for it during the day. Their limoncello at the end of the evening was delicious too.
