Relaxing Vacation.Our guide promised to get us back to the cruise ship on time after our trip.

What an amazing full day of travel and towns to visit. The views were fantastic, narrow streets were interesting, and each town had its charm. Francesca was a wonderful tour guide and gave us lots of information. The only thing that kept us from having a relaxed excursion was the amount of time that it took to get back to the port. We barely made it for the all aboard time. That was VERY nerve wrecking.

An Unforgettable Amalfi Coast Experience with Angelo Rea! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the absolute highlights of our extended European vacation was our wonderful excursion along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, thanks to our exceptional driver, Angelo Rea! Angelo picked us up directly from our cruise ship in Naples and treated us to a truly memorable day exploring one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Anyone who has travelled the Amalfi Coast knows that the roads are incredibly narrow, winding, and often perched high above the sea! Angelo navigated every twist and turn with remarkable skill, patience, and care. We felt completely safe, relaxed, and comfortable throughout the entire journey, allowing us to simply sit back and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Beyond his excellent driving, Angelo was warm, engaging, professional, and genuinely wonderful company. His friendly personality and attentive service made an already beautiful excursion that much more special. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Angelo and his services to anyone wishing to discover the magic of the Amalfi Coast. Great experience seeing all of the sites along the Amalfi Coast! Amazing! And the driver was excellent on those winding roads! All of us were on cruises out of Naples and the tour picked us up and dropped us off on the dock which was nice. Would recommend shorting the time at each site (by 30 mins over the 8hr day). We got to the ship pier with approximately 30 mins before our ship left. That was stressful, not knowing if we’d encounter traffic or another delay. We recommend Di Sarno Car Service shorten the trip overall (by 30-60mins) to reduce the anxiety we all had on the drive back to the cruises. I personally didn’t need as long in Ravello. Thank you!

Angelo was wonderful! He drove the roads like he does it every day (which he told us he does!). He made sure we knew where we were at all times and told us history and what we should do with our time, etc. He was great!

Angelo was wonderful. He told us history, where we were, the best things to do on our time away from the car, and where to find the best food when we stopped.

Bryan was an excellent tour guide and driver. He is very knowledgeable about all things Naples. He provided history about Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. We enjoyed his sense of humor and friendly demeanor. He provided links to pick up locations and was always on time. Spending the day with him was quite enjoyable and informative. Unfortunately, our experience with this Viator tour was very disappointing because the actual trip did not match the itinerary we booked and paid for. Our itinerary stated that we would have 2 hours in Amalfi, 1 hour in Positano, and 1 hour in Sorrento. Instead, we only had approximately 1 hour in Amalfi, and Positano was reduced to a quick photo stop at the top rather than the hour we were promised to explore the town. We spent approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes in Sorrento. The itinerary also stated that a bottle of water and a limoncello tasting were included, but we received neither. An optional boat ride was also advertised, but we were never given the opportunity to take it. The tour office had contacted us beforehand to let us know that our meeting time was changing from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I specifically asked whether we would still be able to do everything listed in our itinerary with the later start, and I was assured that we would. At no point were we told that destinations would be shortened or that promised experiences would be omitted. When I raised these concerns with our tour guide, he told me it was impossible to fit everything into eight hours. I explained that the itinerary clearly advertised these stops and experiences, and I showed him the itinerary to confirm what we had booked. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy, he argued with me about it. He then apparently contacted the office and told me I would receive a partial refund. I never received the refund or any follow-up. The guide also stated that the office had reached out to us about the itinerary. However, the only communication we received was about the change in meeting time, and when I specifically asked whether the full itinerary would still be completed, they assured me it would. To make matters more confusing, when I spoke with other passengers, I discovered that their itineraries were different from ours. This left us questioning whether we had been placed on a different tour than the one we originally purchased. The destinations themselves are beautiful, but that does not excuse the failure to deliver what was advertised. The issue is not simply that the schedule was tight; it is that we specifically confirmed beforehand that everything would be included and were assured it would be. We relied on that information when deciding to proceed with the tour. I am disappointed with the experience, the way our concerns were handled, and the failure to follow through on the promised partial refund. I hope Viator will investigate this discrepancy and make it right. I would encourage future travelers to carefully verify what is actually included before booking.

The absolute best customer service, the best views, excellent communication before and after the trip! We had Angelo and he was amazing. He was a wealth of knowledge, excellent customer service, fun and knows all of the best places! Highly recommend!

Great way to see the main 3 Towns of the Amalfi Coast, Mary was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the day so much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this tour.

We had a great experience on our tour. Our tour guide, Mary, was very thorough and enthusiastic. We had an excellent driver who navigated the roads with precision. This tour gives you a taste of the coast, which will make you want to come back. We have no regrets booking this tour.

Our guide, Brian, was phenomenal. He was extremely informative, gracious and helpful. He has a great sense of humour. He alone made the trip worthwhile. My only compliant is that the tour tried to include too much, leaving little time to explore the three communities. Sometimes, less is more.

We spent 5 days in Napoli before doing this tour and the city's we went to shocked us so much with their beauty that we want to come back. Bryan was and superb tour guide, charming and informative he truly made us feel special. We learnt a lot from him about the history and culture of this beautiful land. Such a fun trip. Driver was great as he talked about different sites and history along the way. Our group ended being just 6 of us, so getting on and off the van was never an issue. Stops were nice as you got a taste of each location.

I went on a trip with my family, and since my grandmother uses a cane, we opted for this alternative. Giorgia was our guide during the tour, and she was absolutely fantastic—a 10 out of 10! She explained everything in great detail and with genuine enthusiasm, and she was truly invested in the group. I highly recommend this tour because it is very comprehensive; you are given time in each town to explore, do some shopping, or grab a bite to eat.

ADI was great! Good mix of entertainment, good food information and very welcoming. Easy to follow his instruction. The driver was very skilled when driving on the very narrow roads. I think this tour is great to get a good sense of what the coast is about for the first time! Do the boat tour also!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our beautiful day with Giorgia, our tour guide! I had arranged this tour for my parents last year and they loved it so much that I decided to book it for us and I have no regrets. Definitely do the boat ride!

This was not a tour, it was a car ride. Driver had no idea where we were and gave no narrative. He did sing and laugh a lot. No boat ride was offered or even mentioned.

Ghazal and Carmine were wonderful We were running late and she reached out with FaceTime WhatsApp to give us specific live directions to pick up location She had wonderful information about the areas Carmine navigated some interesting roads and we always felt safe!

Salvatore was a great guide who met right at the port entrance upon getting off of the ship. Although we had 3 other guests join us for a total of 8 people, it still felt like a small private tour where he gave us options on where we could get out of the van for scenic views and picture spots. He helped us get the most out of our port stop at the Amalfi Coastz

This was a fantastic tour and well worth the money. Our guide Francesco and our driver Carmen were a great team. Excellent driving and Francesco shared a wealth of knowledge with us from start to finish. His presentation was perfect and his interactions with all 9 of us and the other guests onboard was great. His English was perfect and he made recommendations for shopping and food that were right on point. His communication with us on WhatsApp made it easy to check with him for questions and time checks etc. The 18 passenger Mercedes was clean and spacious with grest air conditioning. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Francesco if he is available. The Finizio's from Philadelphia PA.

This trip was not that amazing. We spent a lot of time in the van trying to get where we were going vs. time at the location(s). The cost was reasonable considering what the trip was. It is a van that takes you from A to B to C to D and then back to A. You have a short amount of time at each location to get out, stretch your legs and use the bathroom, maybe get something to eat/drink. Little time to shop or enjoy/relax. I did not even have time enough time to walk anywhere to get pictures. In Amalfi, you do embark on a boat ride that was very enjoyable. Lastly, our tour guide was not as fluent in English as he should have been to take a group of English-speaking customers. If you want to do this and "see it all" you can, but you'll see more of the car and winding narrow roads than the cities you visit.

Mary was simply amazing! She rounded us up at the cruise port and we rode in an air conditioned large van, driven strategically by Umberto. Mary is a passionate and incredibly knowledgeable guide. She made the rides between the stops full of entertaining facts (like Italian hand signals!). In Sorrento, she did a limoncello tasting in a factory where it’s made and helped me find a good leather shop for gifts. All three stops were amazing and the views were astonishing. Mary truly made this tour so personalized and special. As a cruise passenger, I was concerned about getting back to the port on time but she assured us we would be back on time and we were. The optional boat ride was fun and offered a beautiful view of the Amalfi Coast, Definitely recommend this tour and I hope you get Mary and Umberto as your team!

Our tour guide Franco was on time, friendly, and a great driver. I would definitely book again. We stopped for quick photo opps, he sent us photos he took afterwards. Very kind! Lovely day exploring the Amalfi Coast. Now we know what area we’d like to go back to for a longer stay some day.

Mary and the driver gave us a full Day of beautiful sights and the driver was so good at all those sharpe turns in a small bus. The day made my whole two week holiday!! Loved it!!

Great day out, our tour guide Giorgia was very informative and helpful throughout the day. We all felt well looked after.

We booked the classic Amalfi coast tour , shore excursion . Our driver Caesar picked us up at the cruise port. The meeting was exactly where confirmation email described. He also texted me that he was at the meeting point . First we drove to positano , he pointed out and picture opportunities along the way . He had popular Italian songs playing along the way . At each stop told where to meet him , how much time allowed . The group is so grateful he suggested the Amalfi boat ride tour . He walked wth us to purchase the tickets and showed us the exact spot to catch the boat . It was the highlight of my trip . We made it back to the ship with plenty of time. This tour due to Caesar made our trip !

We had a lovely experience on the Amalfi Coast tour with Mary as our guide & Umberto as our driver. The views were breathtaking & Mary was so knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. We wish we had a bit more time take in the sites.

I only had a day to spare and wanted to see the Amalfi coast while I was in Italy and this was the perfect way to see it. Mary shared so much history with us during the drives and was very engaging with the tour group. I had plenty of time in each town to shop and pick up souvenirs. Highly recommend this tour and Mary, if you can request her.

The tour guide, Ghazal, was very personable and quite a problem solver when a fire in Positano caused a road closure. The ferry ride was an unexpected bonus.

Excellent value for $. We were picked up right in front of the cruise port. Throughout each drive from town to town Mary provided entertaining facts and history. Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bus was clean and comfortable with A/C. Crowds were extreme but each meeting point was made clear and communicated effectively. The driving was handled so well by our driver. We met promptly at 8am and were delivered back to port by 5pm, we had enough time in each town for food, shopping and the boat ride around Amalfi (Do not skip the boat ride!).

If you have only a day to cover Amalfi coast / sorrento and positano this is a good base. Most of the participants are from the cruise, we started a bit late & have to be back on the port before their ship leaves. .This is just basically checking the facade of the areas. Our guide is a good driver & efficient . Went to important areas. But if you want to spend longer time in one place probably this is not for you.
