Peppe our tour is very good. Make to sure to look for Peppe. Very very good experience.

Nicola was our driver. He was very safe driver, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Overall the tour was okay. The morning started with my friend and I arriving to the pickup spot at 07:30 for an 08:10 pickup as stated on the booking. When we saw no one affiliated with the tour company around, we called and were told the pickup was actually at 09:10 after we had messaged at 07:30 that we were at the pickup spot already and got a reply with no indication of a change in time. We were on a cruise on limited time so this started our morning late. We could have had an extra hour to walk around Naples or sleep in/get breakfast. The tour guide at Pompeii (Erica) was absolutely amazing. She was very informative and kept us entertained. The second half of the day was free time in amalfi. The driver they had for us was condescending towards us and the 3 others that were in another group but on the same tour. We asked about some recs for lunch and he replied with “yeah nothing”. He was driving erratically on the windy highway as well. I know it’s a difficult road but all of us were getting carsick. Amalfi was beautiful and the others in our group made it enjoyable
Nicola was very knowledgeable and fun! The driving was never boring and we got to stop at a very beautiful winery as well.
Just finished an amazing tour with my family from Naples to Pompeii and Amalfi with Napoli City Vision. We were first met by Christian at our hotel lobby and he walked us through the itinerary, very nice and professional. He introduced us to Nicola who would be our driver for the entire tour, more on Nicola later. Nicola drove us to Pompeii and we met our tour guide, sorry I forget her name (think it was something like Fiona). She was very good and knowledgeable about Pompeii, gave us cool little details that made the tour so much better. Then we met with Christian who handed us over to Nicola who would take us for the rest of the tour and off we went to Amalfi. Nicola was amazing! He picked up drinks and candy for us while we were in Pompeii so they’ll be cold during our drive. He told us about the different cities we pass along our drive. We stopped at Positano and got out for pictures of the beautiful scenic views of the town and ocean views - of course Nicola got out with us to take pictures of our family and show us the best spots to get the best views. He also showed my kids some magic tricks which they enjoyed, he really won us over. Then he took us to Amalfi where we had time to explore and grab a bite to eat, went to Dona Stella for lunch, their lemon ricotta ravioli was delicious. Nicola was waiting for us where he dropped us off and told us great stories on the drive through the mountains back to our hotel. Thank you all for making this such a great experience for my family during our first trip to Italy.
Tour guides were wonderful -- Cristian and Nicola. Experts on the city. And Nicola.was an expert driver through windy roads ans heavy traffic. Great experience!
The trip to and from our destination was good organized by Ivana and with comfortable bus. The Pompei visit was ok, a bit unstructured in the start, no one knew what should happen and there could have been a break to buy drinks or go to toilet. Visit in Amalfi was good, we had a great lunch at one of the beach restaurants. All in all a fine day 😊
Our group for Pompeii wasn't too large and was a mix of both spanish and english speakers. Both the guides and tour guides were fluent in both languages while making sure to switch between the two when needed. It was a great day and both places were amazing to see. Pompeii was better than I expected and jam packed with history. The mosiacs, stones, and small details really stood out from the rest of the world today. Amalfi was beautiful! It was a bit foggy, but that meant it wasn't an uncomfortable weather to go around and explore in. The food one of our guides recommended was amazing (cuoppo) and the lemon sorbet is a must. Our driver, Niclo, was great to talk to and a very cheerful person. He recommended some donuts near our hotel that turned out to be the best treat I've had in Italy! He was an expert at navigating the sharp, winding turns of the coastal/cliff roads both to and from Amalfi. He did a great job and really made our trip the best one so far.
Niclo was a driver for our trip to Amalfi from Pompeii. He had a great personality, was accommodating and very punctual with his time. He entertained along the way to and from. He offered great suggestions for pictures and food recommendations. He managed to have great musical taste as well with catering 2 couple groups from different parts of the world. Excellent guide and driver.
Incredible excursion with a very nice guided tour of the highlights of Pompeii. The drive along the Amalfi coast was as impressive as the time in Amalfi itself. And the driver Marcello was an expert at safely navigating the narrow winding roads!
Time and place to meet they give you should be questioned thoroougly. It was wrong every time I tried to confirm. Pompei was terrific. Amalfi ~ our driver Aldo did not stop talking from the moment we got in the car till we actually got to Amalfi. He insisted on taking us on a "scenic tour" and to one of his favorite restaurants inSorrento. VERY expensive and not that good. We FINALLY got to Amalfi around 4:30. Very late, very crowded and did not stop to take in the view. Plaza totally crowded and we were tired. Not a good experience. I wonder how much commission he got from that restaurant????
We had a great time on our trip to Pompei and the Amalfi Coast. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable and organised the group well! Our guide in Pompeii, Salvatory, was a fantastic guide - knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. It was a pleasure to meet him. Our driver for our next leg to The Amalfi Coast was equally helpful and answered many of our questions. Thank you to all of them. All up it was a lovely day. I highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide Aldo was fun, lively, knowledgeable and a perfect gentleman. He accommodated us with requests for photos, rest room stops, etc. He drove us along the coastline with stunning views of Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast and Positano. In Sorrento we stopped at a place that makes Limoncello (we bought bottles as gifts), and in Positano Aldo arranged for us to have a delicious lunch (linguine with lobster!). Our table faced the serene view of Positano. The tour was truly special and that was mainly due to the hospitality and warmth of Aldo. We were sorry to see it end and say goodbye to Aldo who by that time was like a good friend. I recommend Aldo’s tour without reservation! Thank you so much, Aldo for a perfect, memorable day.
Very friendly team and informative throughout the trip. We travelled with a 1 year old- team were very helpful and happy to assist. Seen a lot and really enjoyed the the trip
Excellent trip with Aldo that we had super great restaurant with views and delicious food. Aldo is an interesting guy that made our day fun and memorable.
Great guides and a great group of people in our group. It was Pompeii so that was amazing to see. On the way to Amalfi, the van broke down but it didn’t diminish the tour at all. They did say they would drop us off in Positano on the way back to Naples, but then didn’t and we felt abandoned in Amalfi, but thankfully caught the last boat for only 7 Euro each at sunset. So it all worked out, but scary in a foreign country with taxis wanting to charge 200 Euro.
What an amazing day! We started with a group that all went on a guided tour to Pompeii and it was so much more incredible than we could have ever imagined! What we were expecting was small area of ruins and the casts of those who perished. This was so much more, and such an incredible time capsule of what this city once was with so much more preserved than what we thought there would be. It was truly a wonderful tour. Our guide was great, and she was able to give us a lot interesting details about certain rooms we were in, the ways of life of those who held different roles there, and how incredibly smart the people of Pompeii were. After the tour, our group separated into different tours, and ours continued down to the Amalfi coast. We had Aldo as our driver and guide and he pulled out all the stops for us. We had a great time driving along the coast, hearing his extra insights, pulling over for photos, taking our photos for us, stopping at a limoncello factory, and even made a suggestion for us to have a nice lunch. He was incredibly friendly and we really enjoyed our trip with him. When we were in Amalfi we had some free time to roam and check out the little shops and of course get some gelato. It was a brief visit to the coast, but a beautiful day by the coast and some incredible view points on your way there and back. Definitely a memorable experience!
Great organization and excellent experience. Thank you Alessandro and Aldo for your dedication and well informative tour. Amazing experience in Pompeii and Almafi coast.
Franko was super fun through out the tour and had an amazing energy’s he went over and beyond we enjoy the day tour. Highly recommended!
Amazing tour guides. Alessandro and Maria were very friendly and helpful. Maria was our tour guide in Pompeii and she was very good at explaining each archeological and historical sites. I would definitely recommend it.
Giuseppe and Sara were Perfecto! Picked us up from the cruise terminal and went to Pompeii for guided tour which was excellent! Next stop was Sorrento/Amalfi coast which was stunning😍 Sara handled the tight winding coastal roads with ease and got us back to the ship🚢 with an hour to spare, Bravo Sara & Giuseppe, Thanks for a memorable day❤️ Steve & Julie from Australia 🇦🇺
Don’t know where to start… this is as such a great tour. The tour guides ~Giuseppe, Francesco, Sara (driver) and the Pompeii guide , were all in Execellent and made the trip a breeze with their ever so friendly and knowledgeable selves. Then the actual destinations. Pompeii was great, the tour guide was a hoot! I could have him be my guide for all historical tours. Then we did Amalfi coast, Positano - went to the scenic spot, then spent time in Amalfi for an hour which was cute. Could have had more time Amalfi ideally as I wanted to swim aswell, but considering we basically covered what some would do over 2/3 days this was ok. I recommend this tour if you want to fit in as much as possible if you don’t have much time in Naples. I was only here for 2 nights so this was perfect. The van was also nice . Anyways I highly recommend this . If you don’t have much time and want to fit in the must do activities in Naples.
Had a great experience at Pompei, and Amalfi coast. Giuseppe and Darius went out of their way to make this a great trip Francesco was really good and knowledgeable at Pompei and answered all my questions
Our tour guide Giuseppe did great job. He organized our tour so well and he gave us so many interesting information. We enjoyed so much. We will definitely choose same company and hopefully same guide next time we visit Naples. Also, the driver, Rosario (not sure how to spell) was also fantastic.
Our guides were super polite & eager to share their knowledge & experience. Our drivers took us to our destination safely & comfortably and even added their own experience of the land. All in all we were very satisfied with the experience they provided.
Our Pompeii section of the tour was hosted by Francesca. She was very knowledgeable and showed us all the highlights of Pompeii within the 2 hours that we had. She knew the best spot to get a good view of Mt Vesuvio and the ruins. The tour was perfectly paced, we did not feel rushed. There was a big misunderstanding, the posting said there will be a 3-course lunch after viewing the coral factory which was not provided. Our second portion of the tour was hosted by Serena. She was very pleasant and educated in the history of Napoli and the coast. We wish we had more time to explore Amalfi, an hour and a half was not long enough. We would have liked if she provided suggestions of what to see. We were dropped off without knowing where the main street is and explored it a little later than we wanted. There was little time left to hit all the hot spots. Side note, if you get car sickness be aware the roads are very winding leading to the coast. You may have time to explore the public beach, so pack a towel and bathing suit if you want a quick dip. The bus / van was super comfortable, we highly recommend trying the lemon icee as well but be advised you can’t bring any food on the bus.
Giuseppe was a great tour guide, he pointed out so many beautiful spots and shared his wealth of knowledge about Naples and the surrounding area. We had such a lovely time and would absolutely return!
This tour was amazing! Josepi, our tour guide, was so nice & provided excellent facts and laughs throughout the day. Additionally, props to our driver, Rosario, for driving through the hustle and bustle of Naples & the curvy roads to the Amalfi Coast. Only complain of the whole day is I simply wish we had more time. Pompeii was huge & we only got 40 minutes to walk around in Amalfi. Overall, great day though & I highly recommend!
Pros- The guide for Pompeii was average and his voice did not carry through properly. It was also a dual language tour, I guess because of the low number of tourist in winter. The meal provided was 3 course , simple but filling. Cons- Not enough time at the Amalfi coast, after an hour and a bit of driving we were given only 45 mins at the Amalfi coast. Also the long part of the drive from Pompeii to Amalfi was done after a heavy lunch which had a few queasy stomachs in our group. Ideally this tour should have gone to Amalfi first and then for lunch to Pompeii and the walking tour after.
Suzi, our guide at Pompeii was as interesting as an old shoe. She couldn't have cared less about those of us on the tour and shared the bare minimum about the ruins we stopped to view. I found myself listening to other guides and peeking into buildings that she just walked by. She was on her phone alot and so disengaged from us it was very frustrating. I've done numerous tours and expected more. Fortunately, the young man who accompanied us on the bus and through Amalfi was terrific. Because the area is so lovely and interesting, I would recommend this tour. Just make sure you don't get the older lady named Suzi.
Chris and Franco were both exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledge hosts. The trip to Almalfi was only an hour stop and Pompeii is a massive place so we could only do so much in 2 hours.
The tour was for a whole day and it was well-spent. The tpur guide, Serena, was very friendly and helpful. Rosario, our driver, was the same. Pompei tour was amazing.
Stunning trip. Our guides were amazing, especially Serena. We got way more value for this trip than we paid and recommend it to everyone.
We went on the Amalfi and Pompeii trip on 10/4/23 and absolutely loved our tour guide Arianna and the driver Bruno. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. Bruno was an excellent driver!! They made the day a wonderful experience!
This was an amazing tour. The tour operator was easy to locate, directions were excellent. For the drive to Pompeii, the bus did not have AC so was quite hot and uncomfortable, but only an hour drive so was okay. The guide was excellent, well organized and knowledgeable, the tour was very long and very informative, cautioned wear comfortable shoes!! After the 2-3 tour we were treated to a lovely meal in a beautifully decorated hotel dining room, choice of fish, pasta or pizza with salad and ice cream. After lunch we joined a very nice air conditioned mini bus for our drive to Amalfi Coast which was breathtaking. We got time to stop for pictures and an hour to spend in the square to shop and visit the cathedral. The driver Mario was fun and the guide (can’t remember her name) was very good. We were transported back to the ship in plenty of time! Overall a great experience and highly recommended!
We booked and paid, stood waiting at the pickup spot with lots of other people for an hour, dang to find the tour had gone without us
Chris was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He made the trip very pleasant. He made sure we all had fun and communicated the details with us very well. Pick up and drop off was very easy and convenient The driver (O’neill I think) was very funny and kind as well. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit these cities
We loved the Pompeii visit -- our tour guide in Pompeii was fantastic! We also had a great time in the Amalfi coast; the lemon sorbet was a highlight! The included lunch was solid as well. Our concern, however, was that the tour didn't include half of the things on the itinerary: there was no visit to the coral workshop, the ceramics workshop, or the second scenic stop. Also worth noting is that this purchase doesn't include the tickets into Pompeii, which was 19 euros per person. This seemed to catch some people on the trip by surprise, so just be prepared (cash or card). I was also glad that I had some motion sickness medicine with me because the switchbacks to get to the Amalfi coast were really rough! Even my husband, who normally doesn't feel motion sick, was pretty queasy. Overall, we enjoyed the trip, but we did request a partial refund from the company because half of the listed activities were not included, and we got back from the trip significantly earlier than the time frame given as a result of losing these activities.
This experience is worth more than you pay for!! We had a wonderful time going through Pompeii on our tour. Our guide was very informative and showed us the best parts in the 2 hours we had there. We had a wonderful lunch afterwards, before heading to the Amalfi Coast. I wish we had a little bit more time in the city, but we had just enough to see all that we wanted and enjoy some lemon gelato. The guides were very friendly and accommodated for our boarding time our cruise ship to make sure we were back in time. Definitely a memorable experience!!
The guide was very personable- Francesco! The driver was amazing and we felt safe during the drive along the coast.
Chris was our guide and he was fantastic. The Pompeii tour was fascinating and the Amalfi coast was a hidden gem. Chris was filled with so much information and was funny. Definitely a highlight of our vacation and I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Chris.
This trip is great for those who have limited time to explore both Naples and the neighboring attractions like Pompei and Amalfi. We enjoyed the tour in Pompei even though it was very crowded, the tour guides were fantastic and very accomodating. The lunch being included was really a great idea after a few hours of walking around the archeological site. The Amalfi trip was amazing too, I only wish that there was more time to explore the town. I also want to mention our driver Rosario and our tour guide Chris who are very knowledgable and had done such a great job in making this trip a great and memorable one for us.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I had organised 2 day trips to amalfi coast & Capri, months in advance, due to the short 2 1/2 days we had in Italy. Sent a part payment of €460 ( which Anna told me she had received when I had to email and ask, as no receipt was given) Balance taken on day of €360 which I did say was wrong but unbeknown to me at that time I didn’t know they were just taking payment for that day. A few days before, my self and the hotel trying to contact them to confirm pick up arrangements. No answer. They never answer your queries in a timely manner. Id also asked Anna if my daughter could sit at the front due to travel sickness, this hadn’t been passed on. First trip, picked up ok thankfully and the day trip to amalfi, Sorrento etc going well. ( lemon cello factory stop waste of time, longer time in Sorrento would of been better) Lovely little boat trip for €20pp added on in the afternoon. However at that point , I get a text to say our trip to Capri next day had been cancelled for the next day as we hadn’t been booked on the ferry !! And could do another day or pick another day excursion. No full apology and then trying to blame the ferry company. This should of been checked at the time of booking and especially when money was sent!! Why was this not checked?! It ruined my day and I missed walking round amalfi trying to call the company. It’s took me a week to receive my money back, plus it’s short due to the currency conversion , so I’m out in of pocket financially due to their incompetence. I’ve also incurred international phone charges ringing Italy asking for my money back and ignored most of my text messages. I was told lies saying it will ‘be today’ yet it never arrived. They are unprofessional, incompetent and unsympathetic, did not care and ruined our trip, on my 50th birthday and made me cry.!!! I’ve told our hotel not to recommend this company again , apparently it happened to another couple too . I would use ‘world tours Italy’ instead. The only positive I can give is, Serena the guide and Rosario the driver, were professional, great at their jobs. Serena knew I was upset, tried to cheer me up putting a candle in my cake and singing happy birthday( thankyou) I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
We wanted an experience that would allow us to see Pompeii and the Amalfi coast without doing the driving ourselves. We fully enjoyed the experience. The tour of the Pompeii site was comprehensive and informative. Lunch was a surprise and delicious. The service was terrific. The cameo tour was great. And the visit to Almafi included photo opportunities and a brief stop to shop and relax. Totally worth the day and the cost.
Chris is a fantastic host and tour guide - patient, knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. A multilingual tour guide, he encourages everyone to have a great time and to respect the treasures of Italy. Angelo was the driver. Angelo was safe and alert to the many challenges of driving through the narrow coastline roads. We visited Pompei for 2hr, had lunch at the Cellini jewelry factory, then did a 2 hour tour of Amalfi coast. Magnificent and highly recommend!
Great tour! Our tour leader was so great. She was kind and took great care of all of us! I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wants to see Pompei and the Amalfi Coast.
Enjoyed the Pompeii tour, amazing guide and interesting history. Lunch was good as promised. Amalfi part of the tour is mainly driving with a few stops for pictures, winery, and then a chance to visit the shops and church in Amalfi. Very busy time of year in June so was crowded and traffic was crazy. I don't regret seeing Amalfi once as it is very beautiful, but I probably won't go back due to the crowds and traffic. Excellent and well run tour.
The Pompeii tour guide was excellent, and the light lunch was pretty decent. Driver was phenomenal for our Amalfi visit navigating the road like a pro. Olivia our tour guide was both knowledgeable and lovely, knew all the myths and about each of the towns we went through. If we could give a better rating we would.
Tour of Pompeii was amazing. The local tour guide was amazing and make it come to life. Lunch at the grand Victoria hotel was nice. Salad and pizza/pasta/fish options and ice cream. Due to traffic/issue our driver was late. Which cut the afternoon time down. We stopped at limoncello factory which was quick but nice, then a photo spot in Postino. Beautiful views. Then independent time in Amalfi to explore. We only had 50 minutes which stinks, but if the driver wasn’t late we should have had more. Our amalfi tour guide was awesome as well. Overall nice tour.
Sites were great, but a guide in Pompei with someone with greater depth of knowledge beyond the tourist script would make it a much better experience.
