We had an amazing day out in particular due to our amazing guide Tiziana who was very knowledgeable and experienced showing and explaining all the sites and made the trip enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Our tour guide, Teresa did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable. She kept us on schedule. We were able to shop in both Capri and Anacapri, and do the chairlift. Plus we had additional time, so we were able to take the boat tour around the Island which was amazing. I highly recommend this tour and guide.

Great trip. Teresa was a great guide and managed to pack a lot into the day without rushing us. We had time to do the cable car ride and round the island boat trip as well as the scheduled items.

I absolutely recommend touring with Cioffi Tours, specially with Tiziana as your Tour Guide. She was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did she get us to the Blue Grotto and the Chair Lift first (no long wait), she also brought a vibe that is just unmatched. She gave us history, useful information, and she even showcased her dance moves on our boat tour. I HIGHLY recommend booking this tour.

Vincenzo was absolutely the best tour guide!!! He accommodated everyone with a great attitude (there were a few people in our group coming from a cruise, so the schedule was a bit off for them -- but Vincenzo handled it all!) There were some options of doing other activities (extra fee) throughout tour, but Vincenzo was flexible with each person's choice. It made it all very enjoyable with no stress and no fuss!

This is by far the ABSOLUTE best tour. We were fortunate enough to have Vincenzo as our guide. He truly fulfilled all of our expectations. The blue grotto was closed down with the possibility of not being able to get in, he received a call they were opening it up for one hour, he swiftly got us a taxi to get down there and we were able to get it in. On top of this our family wanted an authentic lunch, he took us to the best spot on Capri!!! This was the best tour of our whole vacation! It is very authentic and he shows you the local hang outs and back alleys. I can’t say enough, we don’t want the day to end. If you are thinking about this tour, I would highly suggest asking for Vincenzo to be your guide!!!!

Vincenzo was an outstanding guide from beginning to end. He was punctual, warm, friendly, and exceptionally well organized. Thanks to his careful planning and local connections, we visited the Blue Grotto and all the other attractions with minimal waiting. He also arranged a boat tour for us at a discounted price. As a former resident of Capri, Vincenzo has excellent local knowledge and offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the day. He went above and beyond to take care of us and made extremely efficient use of our time. Not a moment was wasted. At the end of the tour, he even created and shared a wonderful video featuring memorable moments and highlights from our day. It was a very thoughtful finishing touch. I am genuinely glad Vincenzo was assigned as our guide and highly recommend him to anyone visiting Capri.

We had a fantastic day as a group of 10 (4 adults, 6 children) on this tour. Our tour guide was Vincenzo and he was fantastic. He took such great care of our group. We were in Naples for a limited amount of time (as our cruise ship was docked there for the day) and he ensured us we would be back to our ship on time. We took a ferry from Naples to Capri and boarded a small van with a few other people to explore the island. He switched things around to minimize lines. We did the chairlift up to Mount Solaro and that was exceptional even for the younger kids. He recommended an excellent restaurant in Anacapri after and ensure our food came out to our likely. After we were able to take the gondola boats into the Blue Grotto for a once in a lifetime experience before heading into the famous city of Capri. We had a great day and would highly recommend if someone is looking for a smaller group experience. We loved!

We were a family of 10, so a private tour was perfect for us! We were very lucky to get Vincenzo as our tour guide! He took such great care of us and arranged everything for a fabulous excursion. He met us right as we exited the terminal and displayed a sign with our name. From then on, we were in his capable hands. He did give us options for how long we wanted to stay out. This was near the end of our trip and the days have been long and hot, so we chose a slightly shorter trip. Vincenzo knows a lot of people and has great connections to help speed along the process. He understands the flow of the crowds and steers you away from long lines. He has secret spots to show you and it is all worthwhile. Visiting Capri while docking at the port of Naples is such a beautiful way to spend your valuable time on shore. We can't thank you enough for taking such good care of us with no worries on our part. For fun, excitment, and beautiful scenery, my recommendation is taking this tour with Vincenzo!

Alberto was the great tour guide ever. He made sure that we had an amazing experience.

This was one of the best excursions we’ve ever done. Alberto was an amazing guide, and really stayed on his toes throughout the day to make it a perfect day for all of us. We got into the Blue Grotto with almost no wait, and the same on the chairlift. We also added the bonus boat ride around the island. He’s also an amazing opera, singer, so stay tuned for those surprises. Would definitely book with him and the tour company again!

I can not say enough great things about this tour with Naomi! She greeted us and connected with our grandchildren immediately! She was efficient in every way! She picked the perfect lunch spot which has been our favorite restaurant during our time in Italy. I have referred this tour and her to another family already. AMAZING from start to finish!! The entire day was absolutely magical and it is all because of the BEAUTIFUL natural environment and experiences and the EXTRAORDINARY Tiziana, our guide!! I got to do way more than I expected and every part of the day was exceptional!! I was picked up, we took the comfortable ferry to the island, took a shuttle to the blue grotto, waited a reasonable amount of time, and got to experience the magical blue grotto. Then there were so many options so people could do exactly what they wanted to do. I got to ride the chairlift to the top of the island for the gorgeous vistas, catch a delicious lunch based on great recommendations, and be ready for our next options. After those stops, we headed to the marina and got an extended boat tour with amazing historical commentary, music, and fun!! I ended my time on Capri with a short swim on the sandy beach and soaked up some sun before heading to the docks. Tiziana was incredible the entire time!! She was patient and clear about how to get the most out of our time. She coordinated our group at every stage and ensured we were all able to do what we wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide!!

Amazing. Incredible. Unbelievable. This tour was all of those and more. And with the superb Tiziana as our guide, we got the absolute best experience! The Blue Grotto is, without question, a must. It’s even more a must when Tiziana knows every trick in the book to get you there first thing with basically no line. Tiziana prioritized getting us on, even by grouping up the folks in front of us to get them all on a rowboat to enter. Now, for the Blue Grotto itself: neither words nor pictures fully describe it. The shining blue hues don’t appear just as a color, but also an emotion—a feeling. Aside from the beauty, the hilarity of the process to enter is itself worthy of earning a story: you just transfer onto a small rowboat and be able to lie down beneath the top as your row-man maneuvers into the very short opening. It’s endearing in the absurdity! Capri and Anacapri are beautiful as well, and Tiziana got us to the gondola ride to have no people in line in front of us. Did I mention she’s amazing? The view from the top of Anacapri’s Mt. Solaro is stunning! Tiziana also provided great recommendations to eat, and overall made both towns wonderful. At the end, she also organized a boat ride around Capri that was—in her words—the cherry on top of the icing of the cake. Put simply, this tour shows you amazing sites that were only made better by being lucky to have the wonderful Tiziana.

The experience was amazing. Blue Grotto was very beautiful and we had ample time at each stop to explore the beauty of the town. The guide Fachenzo I believe was his name. Was incredibly knowledgeable on the island, how to navigate the tour for the best experience and truly passionate about sharing his culture. He was also very hospitable and went out of his way and took me personally to find a phone charger halfway through the day.

Vincent or Vincenzo was absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable and treated us like family and gave us the best experience ever in Capri. Highly recommend him and the tour.

Vincenzo was a fantastic guide. He planned our tour very well, ensuring we didn't wait in long queues and everyone could do what they wanted. He was very friendly and helpful. Our trip was amazing; the Blue Grotto is a must-see.

Our family of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids) had an absolutely incredible day exploring Capri and much of that was thanks to our outstanding guide, Vincenzo! From the moment we met him, he felt less like a tour guide and more like a longtime friend proudly showing us his hometown. He told us "I will take care of everything and all you have to do is relax and smile." And relax and smile we did, the entire day! Vincenzo was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and organized every detail perfectly! He seemed to know everyone on the island. He took us to the most beautiful "off the beaten path" photo spots that we never would've found on our own. He led us to wonderful shopping spots that were away from the hustle and bustle of the main street so we had all the attention of the shop owners. Since we had a multi-generational family of people spanning from 4 years old to 81 years old, and we had also never been to Capri before, we were a bit slow moving. Vincenzo helped us tremendously by purchasing and organizing all our ferry/boat ride/taxi/funicular transportation around the island and to/from the Naples port and making sure we were first in line for all of it! He knew all the tricks so we always had the best seats and views on the taxi, funicular and boat ride around the island. He took us to the extraordinary Monte Solaro first and there was literally no one there when we went. We practically had the entire mountain and gorgeous views to ourselves! After many pictures and a couple limoncello shots at the top, we went back down the chair lift to the entrance where the line was at least 50 people long. We didn't wait for a single thing the entire day and were just able to easily enjoy all the breathtaking sites of Capri, thanks to Vincenzo and his perfect planning! Vincenzo took us to a gorgeous and delicious family-owned restaurant in Capri with the most incredible view! Ristorante Da Giorgio. The setting could not have been more perfect, and the owner of the restaurant was incredibly welcoming and warm. He gave us many recommendations and we could tell he really cared about how well we were enjoying the meal. Again, Vincenzo worked his magic, and when we had arrived at the restaurant we were one of the first ones there for lunch. By the time we were leaving, the restaurant was PACKED. We could've spent many more hours there relaxing and enjoying the view, but alas, we had more of gorgeous Capri to see! Next was the funicular, where Vincenzo made sure we were seated in the first car so that we could again enjoy the view on the way down to the marina. While we waited in the short line to board the boat, Vincenzo suggested we sit all the way to the back of the boat on the far left for the best seats. We did just that and were so glad for his recommendation! It was hands down the best seat, not only for the picturesque views of the nature of the island, but I also got to touch the walls of the green grotto we visited. Last but not least, Vincenzo took pictures and videos of our family the entire day which he edited on the ferry ride back to the Naples port. He had a charming video reel of our entire day ready for us to watch when we arrived back! That was something totally unique that we've never experienced from a tour guide ever, so we were so happy to have that video reel for our memories and to show our friends. I normally don't write such long reviews, but the magic of our day in Capri was so inspiring, and we can't wait to go back one day! In short, Vincenzo's warmth, local expertise, and attention to detail turned a great day into a truly remarkable one. Grazie mille, Vincenzo, for an unforgettable day in Capri!

Tizianna was the best tour guide. She had great connections with the local people on Capri which gave us exclusive opportunities. She is well versed with the culture, history and traditions in Anacapri & Capri. She made great food recommendations and had a great sense of humor while keeping us entertained and on schedule.

Excellent experience today. We enjoyed the trip so much. The guide was excellent!!!!! His name is Giorgio. We could visit the blue grotto and we made also a boat trip to watch the caverns. It was exceptional. Y recomend it.

Amazing tour of the Blue Grotto, Capri, and Anacapri! Rose was an excellent guide — energetic, detailed, and so knowledgeable. She made the entire experience fun and memorable. The Blue Grotto was absolutely breathtaking and so romantic. We especially loved the chairlift ride and the incredible views. Highly recommend!

Tiziana was the most fabulous guide! A group of 5 of us were from the cruise ship and she ensured that we were able to see everything and make sure we got to the ferry in time for our ships departure. Tiz was knowledgeable about the areas and the attractions in these areas and knew short cuts to avoid high traffic places. We had ample time at each location and were provided with a lot of useful information. The Gratto was closed due to the choppy water however our guide was able to ensure we could see the entire Capri Island by boat. Overall food was wonderful, the frozen lemon gelato is a must, and I would give this a 5 star review. Thank you Tiz for making our experience memorable.

Our tour guide Noemi was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at all times. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She has a great personality also. We were lucky to have Noemi as our guide.

Noemi was our guide for our tour of Capri. We had the best time. Noemi is very knowledgeable and even though we couldn’t go to the Blue Grotto due to weather Noemi kept us busy all day. She suggested where we should eat lunch 10/10, Gelato 10/10 and helped us navigate back to our hotel by using the subway.

We did a tour with our entire family with Vincenzo and we had a great experience. We had gelato, got the opportunity to go on the chair lift, got to enter the blue grotto caves, and enjoyed some great photo stops and shopping stops. Vincenzo was extremely friendly and was great company and very accommodating of all the requirements of our big group. He was a wonderful guide would definitely recommend him if you want to visit!

The trip was awesome. We arrived by boat and then took a bus ride to the otherside of the island where we went into the blue grotto. After we toured bith towns of the island. I suggest visiting this island with a tour guide.

Vincenzo was the best tour guide ever! We were able to see everything in Capri than we planned on. The Blue grotto , a ride on the gondola, the gardens, the shops, we had a delicious meal at a true Italian family restaurant , the fabulous convertible car ride. Everything was just perfect. Our experience of Blue Grotto was extremely wonderful. The chairlift tour to highest point of the Capri Island was awesome. The private boat tour around the Capri Island was exhilarating. Our guide Michelle was very meticulous in approach,thorough in the information, very helpful and always available. He has been with us at all tour points including on the private boat tour around the Capri Island.

An Unforgettable Experience with the One and Only Alberto! If you’re lucky enough to get Alberto as your guide for the Blue Grotto and Island of Capri tour, prepare yourself for a truly magical day! From the very first moment, Alberto's witty banter had us smiling, laughing, and completely at ease. His charisma and charm are matched only by his deep knowledge of the island's rich history, hidden gems, and local legends — all shared with infectious enthusiasm. Alberto didn’t just guide us; he brought Capri to life. Every corner we turned was accompanied by fascinating stories, stunning views, and the kind of insider info you’d never get from a guidebook. His food recommendations? Chef’s kiss! We had one of the best meals of our entire trip thanks to his spot-on suggestions. But the highlight — and truly, a moment we’ll never forget — was when Alberto broke into operatic song. His voice, echoing across the cliffs and sea, brought actual tears to our eyes. It was as if the soul of Italy itself sang through him. Alberto is more than a guide; he’s an artist, a historian, a foodie, and an absolute joy to be around. Alberto was superb as our host and what an amazing experience on our daughter’s birthday. Breathtaking views and wonderful Italian food.

The attraction listed in the title turned out the least enjoyable. Riding the crowded commuter ferry (no sun deck) didn't feel tourist-y, private, or exclusive. Riding a minibus much like the public transport on Capri only felt touristy thanks to Tiziana on the microphone. Not very exclusive. 2h queue to the grotto felt sloppier than a funny hat shop at Oxford Street. Plus, you stand in the scorching sun, not even able to sit on the stairs as you are herded along by the guides. The 2 minutes or so you spend in the grotto do not feel special at all. What you see is mostly other boats (a dozen or so a pop). What you hear is several oarsmen shouting. It's supposed to be Neapolitan songs, allegedly. Imagine 2 minutes with a bunch of guys who can't really sing and shout a different "song" each. That's the stuff included in the price... technically, because Tiziana also helped us with the extras. Like, say, making it possible for a bunch of us to go to Mount Solaro (not included in the tour) in reasonable time. "Plan B", allegedly intended just for the days Azure Grotto is closed, is an absolute blast of a cruise around the other side of Capri. The 12 or so of us chose to pay extra and got a boat I saw carry twice as many people, moving freely between the front and back as views changed, finally getting to know the others a bit, showering in wave splashes, looking at the smaller grottoes and other attractions from up close and at our leisure and generally having lots of fun. The final score is really mostly for Tiziana and just how fun the extras were. If I could recommend anything, it would be to go straight for Plan B. Had the chairlift and cruise been part of the deal, this would be a 5/5 even with the disappointment of the grotto.

Giorgio was the best tour guide! He was funny & informative! Our tour was great and we throughly enjoyed it! He even went out of his way to help us arrange an early return back to the mainland. I would definitely recommend the tour and specifically Giorgio as guide!

It was a great tour and well organised. There was plenty of free time to walk through the towns and eat some great food. Our tour guide Alberto was really good and gave us tips on places to eat and did some great singing. The views were amazing and I would definitely recommend the chair lift. The only downside was the rough seas which meant we couldn’t go in the blue grotto. It was still an amazing tour.
