The guide was amazing! Not only was Daniela highly knowledgeable about the ruins, she was also very helpful at the ticket desk and pointing us in the right direction at the end of the tour. I also really liked the small museum on site, which highlights some sculptures and jewelry that have been found at the ruins - and of course Daniela was there explaining each exhibit! I recommended going early in the morning - this site is much less crowded than Pompeii but the morning tour was especially serene. Highly recommend this experience!

We booked this a few days in advance and received a whatsapp text the day before confirming Daniela would be our tour guide. Daniela met us promptly at 0830 and all we had to do was purchase our tickets to enter. Note, purchasing this does not include entry tickets. You will still need to purchase entry tickets or your own skip the line tickets. But when we went at 0830 there was no one there and it was not an issue. As a general tip, going earlier there are less people there. It starts to get busy around 1100. During the tour, Daniela was great and even went a little over our allotted time. Would certainly do again.
We had this tour with guide Silvia - she has a lot of knowledge, friendly and make our trip great! She showed us all good spots and give al her time to us.

Excellent visit with Carmine who has a very good knowledge of Pompeii, he knew how to adapt his speech to all members of our small family. Pompeii is a must-see and grandiose site that requires a guide not to scatter.... We highly recommend this activity.

Thanks to our guide Sebastian, we discovered Herculaneum, the site, daily life, excavations. In short, it was great! Our teenage backs, young adults have left their precious laptops behind! Nice visit in French. Recommended!! I recommend despite a price that may allow a little high, but we were only the 4 of us. Bravo.
Carmine was a perfect guide, he accompanied us through the streets of Herculaneum telling us in a simple and compelling way the history and life of this unfortunate city and its inhabitants and making us discover the most interesting places. Surely the experience would not have been the same without his stories.
Great visit. The guide, of great quality, made us spend 2 beautiful hours providing us with information and sensations with his knowledge - also in the Neapolitan / Roman reality of the time - his culture and making relevant references also on the other archaeological sites of Campania, which have better characterized what you were visiting. The final thanks to the guide was an obligation. Time, travel and money well spent.
