Da Michele Experience Pizza Making History And Museum

We had a wonderful evening on this tour. Our multi-generational family really enjoyed making and eating the pizza as well as chatting with and learning from Sam (interpreter) and Roberto (Piazzaiolo). Highly recommend!

Wow! Behind the scenes of the iconic pizzeria- included a family guided history, quick but detailed. Then onto pizza dough making with the pizza master and create to your own pizza. Incredibly fresh and delicious. We had Giovani as our guide and Vincenzo as our pizza master. 10/10

If you're into Pizza making this class is amazing. Wonderful chef Roberto and guide. They were kind and helpful and it was a world class once in a lifetime experience. We loved it!!

I chose the Complete Da Michele Experience, a complete journey that allows you to discover up close the history and tradition of one of the most famous Neapolitan pizzerias in the world. The visit to the museum tells the story of the Condurro family and the origins of the pizzeria, while the workshop offers the possibility to try your hand at preparing real Neapolitan pizza, from working the dough to baking it in the wood-fired oven. The visit to the Church of the Discipline of the Holy Cross is also very interesting, while the tour then concludes at the historic location on Via Cesare Sersale, with the tasting of the famous Margherita and Marinara. A truly pleasant and engaging experience, which enhances one of the most representative excellences of Naples.

Fabulous experience!! Together with my girlfriend, I took the pizza making class; the pizzaiolo was very kind and knowledgeable. We made the typical Neapolitan Margherita and then we visited a church that is located inside a building! I highly recommend it!!!
