Carmine’s Amalfi Coast Secret Tour

I can't say enough nice things about our tour guide, Echo as well as our driver. They were absolutely great!. Unfortunately, we were only in the Amalfi Coast area for one day and it really poured. However, Echo and our driver did an audible on our tour itinerary and really went out of their way to make it a truly special day for us and our friends that joined. Even though the weather prevented us from getting into the towns of Ravello/Positano due to safety reasons, we were given a tour of the entire coast, made some stops along the way having a fabulous local pastry and had an excellent lunch. Despite the weather challenges, our guides could not have been more nice and accommodating and just made the day really fun. It was truly a memorable and excellent experience. I would highly recommend this tour. If they can make it this special in the pouring rain, I am sure it would be just as special on a clear sunny day!

We had an excellent tour of the Amalfi coast with Manuel. He has such a personality our family loved him from the start ! Especially my son who is a futbol fan and had the best conversations with Manuel . We will definitely come back to tour with him again ! I give him 10 stars ⭐️

This was a highlight of our trip to Italy. Our guides were happy to accommodate all our requests. We had a fantastic farm to table lunch. Our guides were very informative and entertaining and great fun to be with. I would recommend this tour.

We had such a nice time with Manuel as our guide for this tour. He took us to all the best views for pictures, planned the day perfectly for espresso, lunch, and bathroom breaks, and was such a skilled driver on the little curvy roads with so much traffic. He was also very fun and kept the conversation going. It was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend!

Our tour guide, Marco, was fantastic. He took us to exactly where we wanted to go (Positano). We did this tour instead of a cruise ship one, and we were so happy we did! We were back to the ship in plenty of time! Thank you Carmine and Marco for giving us a perfect day! A++

Manuel our tour driver was amazing!!! Took us a “secret” route that avoided the traffic, saw all the beautiful towns of the Amalfi coast and had a fantastic farm to table lunch at Zio Sams near Positano. Manuel not only showed us around but serenaded us with his Beautiful voice :) We had an absolutely wonderful time on the tour and would absolutely recommend it!!!

From booking, to pick up, the tour and drop off, could not have been better! We arrived at Naples Central Train Station and Carmine met us right where he said he’d be. Nancy, our booking agent, gladly accommodated our request to skip Amalfi and go to Ravello instead, not an issue at all. Carmine was the perfect host and tour guide…he even treated us to authentic Neapolitan sfogliatelli for breakfast! We stopped at our favorite restaurant in Positano, Trattoria La Tagliata.Its part of Carmine’s Secret Tour. It is clear that Carmine LOVES his job and takes immense pride in his country. He was knowledgeable, an expert driver (some really crazy turns!) and so much fun!! We are repeat customers and we’ll be using him again!

Carmine was amazing! On time, courteous and polite. He gave us the most all inclusive tour of the Amalfi Coast from end to end top to bottom with great commentary all the way. Carmine loves his work and loves his country and it shows. He went the “extra mile” to ensure we had the best tour possible. The last stop was at La Tagliata for the farm to table experience. The food was plentiful and covered all the course from antipasti to vegetable dishes, four different pastas and finally a meat platter with pork, chicken, rabbit, Italian sausage and a skewer of kabobs. Would definitely go with Carmine again!

Firstly, I want to say - do not look any further if you are looking for the best experience in Italy! We are more than happy that we have chosen Carmine as our guide. At first we asked him for the transfer from the airport to porto (as we were going to Ischia for couple days) and he helped us very friendly! It was easier and made our holidays start smoothly! I highly recommend to take a secret tour in Amalfi coast!! I cannot tell you what to expect, but believe me - it will be one of your greatest days in your life!! Without Carmine we would never had such experience - we felt Italy in the best possible way. Just because of him! The end - having lunch/dinner at local farm - was something that word cannot describe. We felt like we came to heaven. The food was incredible. And not pricy at all! The farm family felt like our family. 100%. I want to say - do not be scared to travel. It is the best time to travel as there are not too much people nowadays. So you can travel freely and safe. My husband & I recently decided to tour with this company.. After reading wonderful reviews on Carmine, we decided to look no further.. He stood up to his exceptional standards and gave us the most unforgettable day.. WOW! From the moment he met us he was a true gentleman with a marvelous personality as well as knowing both the roads very well the Amalfi coastline .He showed us so many beautiful sights along the way that no one would ever see with a bus let alone by yourself. As I watch the world in turmoil over the CNV outbreak, I can't help but think back to our "Secret Tour" of the Almafi Coast with that aahmazing, fun, and totally entertaining tour guide Carmine. We loved it so much my husband and I were heading back to Carmine's coast in April for a month. We will not cancel...we will just postpone. And until then, we fondly remember the farm to table tour and delicious food that was selected and prepared at LaTaggliata...there truly were no words for the experience here with a view to die for, high up from the cliffs to the sea. Momma's food was unbelievably fresh and we just immersed ourselves in the moment. An unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Italy - get ready, because we are coming back to Carmine's Coast real soon!!
