People who choose to experience the Virtual Tour BAIAExperience, in Piazza Alcide De Gasperi in Baia, are welcomed in the small Virtual Reality Museum where, sitting on comfortable benches, they are helped to wear the VR headset to explore the seabed and the remains of the Submerged City of Baia. In particular, they will be able to see the submerged remains of the thermal baths of the Imperial Palace and, accompanied by a multilingual audio guide, will have the opportunity to meet inside these thermal baths. The virtual tour is the result of a study that lasted many years that allowed to reconstruct the seabed with the remains that emerge from the sand and the ancient architecture, then not only the volume but even the colors of the marble and plaster that originally embellished these rooms once frequented by emperors and wealthy patricians. 360° images completely envelop the viewer for an immersive experience that amazes and excites.

Great experience to learn about the magnificence construction i will see this afternoon with a snorckling sesson. I recommend to do this 3D visit before the snorckling session. It is not science fiction because the reconstruction are made based on real archeologcl survey with sometimes references to what you can see in Pompei . An absolutely recommended visit, especially for families with children and for those who love history and archaeology. The virtual reality reconstruction of the submerged Baia is simply extraordinary: thanks to an accurate reconstruction, based on archaeological finds, it is possible to immerse yourself in the city as it once was, admiring buildings, wonderful colors, spectacular marbles, and details that allow you to imagine all its ancient magnificence. But the real added value was meeting the archaeologist who dedicated a full 35 years of his life to the study and research of this extraordinary heritage. A very kind, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable person, capable of answering all the children's questions with patience and interest. It was truly stimulating to talk with him and listen to his stories, which gave even more meaning to everything we had seen. After visiting the thermal baths and the archaeological park, this experience allowed the children to connect the observed remains to their reconstruction, understanding and imagining life in ancient Baia much better. A beautiful, engaging, and highly valuable cultural experience. We were enthusiastic and absolutely satisfied. Ten out of ten, without hesitation!

I recommend all visitors to the Phlegraean Fields area to stop in the small square in Baia in front of the Temple of Diana to take a trip back in time. Organized tour for students of a second class of upper secondary school. The immersive experience was wonderful, it almost seemed to walk in the ancient baths of Baia. It was wonderful to associate images and colors of the ancient structures with the underwater remains visited previously. In addition, the explanation given by the expert who, for many years, has studied and cataloged these extraordinary places, was crazy, he managed to convey all his passion and love for this work. Even the guys got passionate about the virtual tour, they were involved and fascinated.
