We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt safe around the hotel, police were seen monitoring the area throughout our stay because of the main train station. Staff were great, we left something behind in the hotel room after checkout but was able to get it back the same day.

Firstly, the Staff were Professional, Smartly Dress and very Polite and Helpful. Our main concern was the size of our 'Superior' room we had booked. Although the room was of a sufficient size, the shower cubicle was ridiculously small and claustrophobic. The room was clean and well supplied, but the A/C let it down as it never truly got as cold as we like it. We discussed our last visit in 2015, and both agreed the differences were noticeable. We were shocked how run down the outside area had become in Naples, which we found sad, as we love Italy. Rubbish blowing everywhere, overflowing bins and undesirable sitting everywhere. The rubbish outside of the Hotel was shocking to see and doesn't set a good impression. Also, it is never a good sign when you see such a Police presence around and area, it sends out the message that concerns have been raised, although we never felt unsafe. We still had a great time but sorry to say we will not be rushing back to Naples anytime soon.
Paid hotel parking garage was difficult to find (with GPS), and extremely difficult to enter. You need to make a wide right turn in to a very narrow entryway with other cars, scooters and pedestrians blocking the way. Finally, a female attendant came up the ramp to help manage the chaos. Morning breakfast was not the quality one would expect from a StarHotel. Front desk associate was pleasant. Porter was nice and helpful. Room was large and comfortable, but air-conditioning did not get cold enough. *For future travelers: While this hotel's location is next to the train station and only a few minutes drive to Naples Airport, the neighborhood it is in is not very nice. Piazza Girabaldi is mostly uneven cobblestone, with chaotic drivers and thousands of pedestrians. The shops and restaurants are super-touristy. The nearby streets were loud, crowded and literally trashy. Glad we stayed only one night, to be close to the airport for our morning flight*
Hello, I stayed at Starhotel terminus in Naples establishment from May 19 to 23, 2026 and I wanted to express my complete satisfaction. I loved this hotel, both for the kindness and professionalism of the staff and for the comfort of my room. The breakfast was delicious. I also greatly appreciated your exceptional location, with quick access to the metro and train station, which allowed me to easily visit Naples and its surroundings (Sorrento). It was particularly pleasant to be just a few steps away from the metro to reach the hotel after an exhausting day of sightseeing. I also really enjoyed the relaxing moments spent on his terrace after exploring this beautiful and charming city that is Naples. I have excellent memories of my stay and will not hesitate to recommend your establishment. Best regards, Daniel Laparé Montreal, Canada
Wonderful hotel right next to the train station. If you are doing a Pompeii tour this is the place for you, several tours meet right in front. Breakfast is good, we recommend paying for it so you are not out wandering around before your tour leaves. The area is extremely busy, try to get a higher floor for traffic noise. The rooms have very good doors that are nearly soundproof. Definitely recommend this hotel :o)
