Rinuccini Relais

A Wonderful Stay Once Again! This was our second stay at Rinuccini Relais, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! We first stayed here last year as a couple, when I was still pregnant, and returned this time as a family of three with our little one. The central location is simply perfect for exploring the city. We were especially happy to see Lorenza at reception and Enzo at breakfast again! Both of them are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Lorenza goes above and beyond to accommodate every request and make sure everything is taken care of. During our previous stay, she also gave us some fantastic local recommendations, including great places to eat. Enzo makes breakfast a truly special experience with his warm and friendly service — and, of course, the delicious food! Overall, everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to refresh the bathrooms and perhaps touch up a few of the walls. These little updates would make an already lovely place feel absolutely perfect. A heartfelt thank you to the team, especially Lorenza and Enzo, for making us feel so welcome once again. We truly appreciate your hospitality and are already looking forward to our next stay!

Rinuccini Relais Boutique Hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Naples and offered fantastic value for money. The hotel has loads of character, blending beautiful vintage furniture with modern touches to create a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, incredibly comfortable bedding, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner that felt like a real luxury. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right by Piazza Dante, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the historic centre, restaurants, shopping, and public transport. A quick note for future guests: the building’s elevator requires a small payment to use. At first, this might seem unusual, but it’s actually quite common in Naples. When in Naples, do as the Neapolitans do! The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. Leonarda was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. She even tried to arrange appointments for us during our stay, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with character, an excellent location, modern comforts, and exceptional service, I would highly recommend Rinuccini Relais Boutique Hotel. I would happily stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with lots of character! The Rinuccini Relais is a great hotel, in a great lively/trendy/fun location, full of charisma and great design. Located in Piazza Dante inside a historic building, next to trendy bookstores and cafes, full of graffitis and art (its Napoli), and the hotel itself is superbly and stylishly renovated inside. The room we stayed at was fantastic with a nice view to the internal courtyard and great light. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was above and beyond. Special recognition to Marco and Lorenza who were very helpful in arranging transportation for us from the airport, even after our flight was cancelled. They also helped us arrange transportation for our Pompeii trip and on to our next location. And of course, they had the best local recommendation for non-touristy and exceptional Napoli-style pizzerias. Grazie mille!

Two nights at Rinuccini Relais were enough to understand why this place stands apart. The building itself is a distinctive, historic presence on Piazza Dante. Each room is unique. Ours was called ‘economy’ but was thoughtfully designed, a generous size, and created a sense of genuine calm. Finding that kind of stillness in chaotic Naples is a signal achievement and welcome reprieve. The staff match the aesthetic, and are caring and calm. Marco ensures that everything is just as it should be. Highly recommended.
