The stay started a little badly for me, as I hit my head on the entrance door to the building. The door is quite low, so please be careful when entering. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The apartment was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the check-in process was very easy. Most importantly, everything was spotless and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend President Suites.

One of the best hotels in the town. Rooms are big, quiet and clean. Also the city view is dreamy💞 Manuela is so helpful and polite and made our accommodation so beautiful.

The address is very specific but it is difficult to find. There is no sign on the building like you would imagine. There is no front office and everything communicated via Whatsapp. The agent did respond very quickly and very cordial. It is only a short 10 minute ride to the airport. Our room was very clean and as described. Would I stay here again? Probably not mainly because of the location that made my question the security of the surrounding areas at night.

I would not recommend. Here are the facts. Noisy, very very busy, chaotic, and dirty location. The room was underwhelming and cold both aesthetically and literally. The stove in the common area didn't work. Which was a primary reason for booking this room. There was a crack in the wall. No coffee in the common area when we arrived as well. Now on to customer service. All communication is through text on WhatsApp. Within 10 minutes of arriving we expressed our concern and asked for a refund. Apparently it's important when you secure your lodging to select the refundable option, which conveniently isn't a very clear or even known option to begin with. We requested a face to face conversation to share our concerns which was denied. So through text we attempted to work with "the big boss man" to no avail. I did share with him he had a chance to do the right thing and issue a refund and I would give him a great review for his part in rectifying a bad situation, but if he did not do the right thing I would also tell that story too. I would leave a bad review for other potential clients. Finally resigning any further attempts to find a common ground we decided to find another option. The final straw for us came later when we requested a blanket. Remember cold room. We had to convince "the big boss man" why we needed one. So he sent the cleaning girl (Sweet and helpful and communicated through Google translate) She used the same rhetoric as the text correspondence from the boss. Lesson learned I guess. I am sure they will be loosing significant future revenue from our travel agent and hopefully you too. End of the day horrible situation. Horrible accommodations. False advertisements. Horrible customer service. No refund was given. I would give a negative rating if possible. Save yourself a major headache and run away. The best part about this place was leaving and getting our "complimentary" breakfast next door. Couldn't leave fast enough. If you are looking for a place to go try the little town Pozzuoli. Complete opposite experience. That little town saved our vacation.
