Poetica Boutique Sky Hotel

We loved our stay at Poetica and I would highly recommend it. Great price, great location, lovely staff, beautiful modern rooms with views and excellent amenities like a hot tub on the balcony and in room sauna. The air conditioning works very well and was a life saver for breaks from the heat. Taxi to and from airport through the hotel was easy and friendly. All “hiccups” were easily worked through via WhatsApp and the reception when they were present. Breakfast had enough variety for small bites and coffee made to your request. Small boutique hotel made it super quiet and intimate experience. I agree with the previous comment that the 901 room directly across from the dining area was very loud starting around 6:30/7 as they prepare, we moved rooms to the 904 in the back corner and it was so much more peaceful in the morning. Beds were very comfortable, firm which we like. Easy to access food right below the hotel and as long as you’re walking in the direction of the port and castle, the neighborhood is plenty safe and the people lovely, strangers were helpful as we navigated finding the hotel upon arrival. If you want to be close to the port, it’s a breeze!

We had a very bad experience, i’m gonna put them in points: 1- there was no 24 hours reception and i didn’t like the fact that the hotel is in the 8th floor of a building not in an independent building 2- the elevator is insanely small and dirty and scary and sooooooo slow 3- the area of breakfast and lounge is in front of the rooms so it was so noisy to hear all staff talk and laugh loudly 4- There’s a strong sewer smell in the room i dunno it was coming from the streets or the bathroom but it was always in the room 5- the housekeeping service is bad, there didn’t change out towels or put soap until we asked for it, the room is still dirty even after housekeeper finished her cleaning, the floor and bench behind the bed is dusty!! 6- the breakfast is very bad! Over boiled eggs! And few options! One toast is left by 9 o’clock! Worst breakfast experience ever! 7- there were random small insects in the room i dunno coming from where! * BTW the staff are polite and nice, it is just the services of the hotel that is so bad

Beautiful room with loads of space. Dont be put off by the enterance once inside really clean and well looked after. Great views across the top of naples and great location if using sea transport to visit other areas. Only criticism they could do with self service tea coffee as only available when breakfast is being served at 7:30.

This is a beautiful, small hotel with luxury features that surpassed my expectations. The staff are warm, gracious and very helpful. They made me feel very welcome after a long journey. The breakfast is served in a room with a fabulous view. It is located close to the port, a 6 minute walk, which was great for my night before a ferry departure.
