Palazzo Turchini

Hadn’t originally booked this hotel but our airline needed to change our reservation. The staff have been delightful and the hotel offer matches its web site details. Location was good for us as it is really close to the metro. We found a great restaurant a few meters from the hotel which was handy. The breakfast was well presented and had all we needed with a constant supply of fresh coffee on demand. Special mention to the restaurant staff for looking after us with a smile.

DON’T DO IT!! They do not allow you to control the temp of your room, it’s central and they cannot/won’t turn it town. It’s boiling hot in here and their only solution is a portable fan, which isn’t available. Despite the stifling heat, this place is not even close to a 4*. Booked an Executive room so really wonder what the other less expensive rooms look like. Feels very unsafe outside the entrance, you wouldn’t want to be out at night. Room and bathroom is pretty gross. Shower appalling. Front desk people are super nice, but that’s only positive. Absolutely ZERO stars, especially for almost $400/night.

The room and breakfast buffet were great. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the mall and a 30 minute walk from the historical area and the underground. Also, it's on a busy street.

Last night, locked out of our room in the historic center of Naples, we found ourselves searching for a hotel after midnight — exhausted and frustrated. This was the place we found. Whatever stress had built up over the course of that night was completely dissolved by YOHAN. His warmth and composure were exactly what good hospitality looks like at its best. He had charging cables ready, and without being asked, remembered to bring us toothbrushes. Small gestures, but they meant everything at that hour. Thank you Yohan
