I stayed for a one day layover in Napoli and liked it so much that I came back with my wife two weeks later. The room is new and well appointed, small but quite adequate for the price. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the historical area and near many great restaurants and beautiful churches. And the owner was consistently responsive and helpful (never actually saw him, everything is automated/digital). However, like many old buildings in Napoli, the street level entryway is dark and rundown. But fear not, it is in no way indicative of the actual accommodation, just very reminiscent of the ending of Blade Runner. An easy trade-off for the location, quality, and value for money. Highly recommended.
Perfect location, comfortable room, especially perfect for short-term stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely choose to stay there again, when in Naples.

The room is completely renovated, with some nice available things like Alexa and Netflix.
