Great experience from the hotel. While the pink colors may not be the most appealing, the rooms are bright, clean, and in good condition. Breakfast has been included in our stay, which was very convenient.
The location is great for walking. Most everything we wanted to visit was within about 25 min or less walking distance, mostly less.
Hotel staff is wonderful. Everyone has been polite and helpful. Especially Roberta at the front desk. She was very understanding when our travel plans were messed up. She was so helpful and always had a smile. Thank you hotel Nunù and thank you Roberta!

Extremely overpriced for what it is, or Booking.com just overcharging but extremely disappointed. This place is 3 stars at BEST. Did not have a nice or comfortable stay

The hotel is in great location, close to the metro and in the centre of Naples. The stuff was very nice and friendly. Great price.
All breakfast foods were high quality and tasty, lots of options for Naples standards. We would prefer to have more options for savory breakfast (for example cucumbers and mozzarella) but that is personal preference. Scrambled eggs were tasty but usually cold. Pastries were delicious - really loved the ricotta pie.
Room was very spacious. Overall cleanines was good. Daily cleaning. We feel the floor could have been cleaned better but the room was far from dirty. Lovely, small balcony with the view on the main street. We had a problem with WiFi connection on the TV. It was so bad that last day we decided to even watch Netflix on the phone rather than on big TV. On phones WiFi was ok, sometimes slow.
Be prepared that although, the hotel is very modern, the whole building is very old with trash cans at the entrence and very small elevator.
To sumerise: We had some issues (especially as the hotel is 4 stars) but the overall stay was lovely. We really enjoyed both the room and breakfast and we would recommend this hotel to anybody. We would also return if we decide to visit Naples again.
Very hard to find the entrance and smelly trash cans were lined up outside. It was very difficult to tell that it was a hotel at first and when we got inside and tried to fit our luggage into the elevator, there was barely any space for three people to stand, let alone fit three suitcases. Good location though as the metro station and many restaurants and shops were nearby. The breakfast staff are very friendly and the food is also pretty good. The room is a bit small but mainly clean. There are also two nice balconies to stand or sit down and watch the streets of Naples. The bathroom, however, was very cramped and small. The toilet and sink were almost touching each other and the floor got dirty very easily. The shower operated normally, but there was very little space to stand as the glass door would restrict your movement.
