Hotel Naples

Absolute disappointment. The hotel claims to be a 4-star property and charges a fairly high price, but the quality of service completely fails to meet this level. We booked an accessible room for a wheelchair user, but it was completely ill-conceived: a terrible toilet without a seat, no built-in chair in the shower, and a mirror hung so high that a person in a wheelchair can barely see themselves. Additionally, there was a constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The room itself looks old, tired, and clearly needs renovation. It lacks basic amenities you would expect in a 4-star hotel: no complimentary drinking water, kettle, coffee machine, or toiletries. The breakfast was also a complete letdown—very poor, monotonous, and with absolutely no fresh vegetables. This is definitely not a 4-star standard. The most outrageous moment was the staff's attitude. When family members staying at another hotel wanted to visit our room, they were strictly denied entry and rigidly asked to present their passports. I do not recommend this hotel. The price and 4-star rating are absolutely unjustified, and the accessible room was clearly done just "for show," without the slightest understanding of a wheelchair user's needs.

Good location, fine service. However, the air conditioning is a serious disappointment when the weather is 90° F. We were very hot. Also, there were cracks in our bathroom wall and mirror, as a nice omen.

My father had a health issue at the hotel and we were treated with much care and warmth. Thank you so much for taking so good care of us!

Room is a little small and oddly shaped, but clean and tidy. The bathroom also has an odd layout with a small shower. But it is still quite good value and centrally located.
