Hotel Matilde - Lifestyle Hotel

Staff were kind and helpful Rooms were impeccable and clean, as was the whole hotel Rooms were cleaned daily with no issues Bed was comfortable Central location so it was VERY easy to walk everywhere - we only used uber to go to and from airport and train station. We liked the safety of having to buzz into the hotel everytime. The front desk was always staffed so we never had issues coming in or out. Only 2 issues: 1. I am a deep sleeper but the noise from the alley next door woke me up (restaurant moving trolleys and the garbage trucks all night). Was not too bothersome for me but for light sleepers you will need ear plugs 2. Entrance to the hotel is very hard to find! I’ve attached a picture to make it easier, which I wish the hotel would provide all guests prior to check in. The hotel is up 2 flights of stairs (can use an elevator/lift) which is 10c to use. We had a very pleasant time and would come back again!

I recently stayed at Matilde Hotel in Naples and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. The room was well maintained, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay.

After a stressful day trying to sort out another hotel, we walked into Hotel Matilde and were immediately taken care of by Josh. He went above and beyond to help us secure a last-minute room and made the entire experience effortless. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the Galleria view from our room was incredible. Exceptional service and a wonderful stay—10/10, highly recommend!

The service was outstanding! The rooms were realy nice. I took a star away for location because finding the door to enter the hotel is difficult. It is an unremarkable door in the alley with a vert small sign. The doorway looks sketchy but then it opens into a very nice and clean hotel with fabulous service.
