Location and services were great! Sooo close to the station and lots of restaurants, bars, markets, stores near by (walking steps).

Me and my son stayed here for two nights following a 4 day stay in their other hotel, in Boscoreale. We loved the experience. Next to the metro, in the centre, closer to good shops, restaurants and taxis. Staff was so friendly and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much, I asked for a lot of recommendations and they were always ready to help. Thanks to Salvatore, who I met at La Fenice, we were guided through the city and he shared his favourite places to visit. It couldn't have been better! Thank you
Oh my lord, how can i explain how awful this place is. You will be out of luck to get inside in the evening if the front desk person is not at the desk. There is a large entrance door at the bottom. It is in a commercial building. It is not a proper hotel. They simply have 11 units on a floor of a dirty commercial building. There is a large wooden door through which you have to come in, and you have to ring to the receptionist who is sitting on the tth floor of the building to open the door. The hotel staff is awful. If they are not at their desk you cannot get in and you will have to wait standing on the front street unknown when they will open the door. And then you have to go through another security metal door and they do not give you the keys to get in. You have ring to them again so they can open the door. And if the front desk person is not there or helping other guests you are out of luck for 30 mins at the time. The front desk person is extremely rude. Right next to the building is a drug selling joint. Very scary!
We booked this place expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The AC in our room didn’t work at all. The woman at the front desk assured us that after 5–10 minutes it would be cooler than the reception area. We left to walk around the city, hoping it would be fixed by the time we got back. When we returned, the room was still boiling hot. The receptionist promised that while we were out again (heading to a boat trip) he would fix the AC. We came back later to find he hadn’t even turned it on, let alone fixed it. He switched it on in front of us, but of course, it was still just hot air. To make things worse, while we were checking out and waiting for our receipt, the receptionist started making rude, offensive comments about Americans — saying we “think we can get anything with money.” Completely unprofessional and insulting. Save yourself the headache. We regret ever staying here.
I had a great stay here for a week. The hotel is small and cosy, very clean, and feels secure. Each day, the staff cleaned the room to a pristine standard. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a hairdryer. What stood out most during my stay was the staff. They were genuinely warm and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable asking for help or recommendations, and they were always happy to assist. They are a great team of people and deserve credit for their hard work. The location is excellent. You're right in the heart of Naples, surrounded by its vibrant and chaotic energy, but the hotel itself offers a quiet, soundproofed space to retreat to at the end of the day. It's also very convenient for exploring, just a short walk to the port for ferry day trips, and easy access to the metro for getting to Garibaldi station and visiting nearby spots like Pompeii and Sorrento. Highly recommended!
