Excellent hotel! The bed was exceptional, huge and comfortable. We had a car so it was perfect to have a free gated parking, easy to find. Our dog also stayed for free. The hotel has a garden with grass so it was great for walks and there is also a solarium with stunning views over Napoli. I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel itself is pleasant, with spacious, comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The location is also very convenient for anyone wishing to stay close to the historic city centre. The breakfast is fairly simple and not particularly sophisticated, but it is perfectly adequate. One point to note is that the car park is quite small, so it is advisable to inform the hotel in advance if you require a parking space. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly affected by noise issues. The air conditioning system in our room was very old and extremely noisy. When I raised the matter with reception, I was told that the noise would improve after about 30 minutes of operation, but this did not happen. The biggest problem, however, was the lack of peace and quiet. The hotel is located directly beneath the airport flight path, meaning that aircraft pass overhead every few minutes, creating considerable noise throughout the day. In addition, the hotel rents part of its restaurant area for private events. On Saturday evening, a party with very loud music continued until around 11 p.m., making it impossible to sleep before it ended. The same issue occurred on Sunday afternoon (7 June 2026), when a children’s party was held in the same space. Once again, the music was extremely loud, including karaoke, making it impossible to relax, watch television or enjoy an afternoon rest. The noise continued until approximately 7 p.m. The reception staff were courteous and professional, and I do not believe they were responsible for these issues. However, hotel management should give greater consideration to the comfort and wellbeing of paying guests when hosting events. Overall, while the hotel has several positive qualities, the constant noise and disturbance had a significant negative impact on our stay.
Lovely little hotel with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. It is on top of the hill so just over a mile walk uphill (roads and steps with lots of cats) from the main road where most of the buses go from, however some like the C63 stop slightly higher up. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice clean. Free breakfast had a pretty good range of options too. Probably not ideal for driving to given the roads and parking shortage, however the views over the city, harbour and mountains make it well worth a stay.
Could be a nice place to stay with a wonderful view and quiet. It's the opposite, in the middle of nowhere, no public transportation, no restaurant, all aircrafts landing or taking off above your head, aged rooms and decoration, lot a noise from room to room. The young reception crew tries to compensate but... The restaurant is a nightmare, bad food and service, the breakfast is just average.
The rooms are very quaint and nice. The staff was very helpful and polite. For our first time in Italy we enjoyed it so much. The only downer is the narrow streets around but the views and food make up for any short comings. Would definitely return.
