Culture Hotel Centro Storico

Great location but was disappointed with the room. The room was outdated and the air didn't work - it didnt feel like a 4star Hotel. The staff was wonderful and super helpful and the breakfast was good.

La posizione è perfetta! We had to book this last-minute. We arrived around 12pm and they let us into our rooms, which we were so thankful for! It's modern and has good air con. Loro hanno Sky per lo sport.

I only booked this hotel because it has “parking on premises”. It doesn’t, it never has, it was a lie. I instead had to park in a valet parking somewhere else at 40eur per night. Secondly for 50% of the duration of my stay there were power issues so no WiFi or lighting anywhere. They didn’t communicate if this was internal or external. All I can say is I could see them messing around with the circuit breakers as the power came back and then went out again. I would not recommend staying here.

Culture Hotel Centro Storico enjoys an excellent location, right in the historical centre of Naples and with public transports easily accessible. Although the hotel in the quite busy Via Monteoliveto, the room we were given was quiet and with decent noise insulation. However, the room badly needed renovation, as both furniture and design show their age too much. The staff is nice and helpful and the breakfast, served in summer on the rooftop, is excellent.
