Lovely location! Only the elevator didnt always work and one of the aircos didnt work.

A wonderful apartment located in a stunning, well-kept building, very quiet despite being in a lively (and centrally located) area, full of attractions and... bars, all within walking distance and, I forget, very convenient to public transportation! The duplex apartment is beautiful, well-furnished, and clean...

Located in the historic center, convenient to amenities, clean, and with friendly and helpful staff. From this location, you can enjoy the city center in complete tranquility. Inside a stately and renovated courtyard house... and when you close the door onto the street, you're immersed in tranquility!

Unfortunately, I can't leave a review as positive as the previous ones. The building is indeed in the historic center, and you can barely hear the street traffic, but you can hear a lot of noise from the courtyard. Check-in was quick, and the girl was kind. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean, with a lot of dust, hand and foot marks on the windows, and cobwebs on the stairs. The air conditioning didn't work well and filled the room with humidity. The mezzanine was damp and hot. One of the hand towels had a large hole. The two bath towels were different sizes (one too small). The courtesy kit was very sparse. The finishes are neither new nor of high quality, the sink stand is unstable, the dining table's top wasn't secured to the legs, so it toppled over when the weights were unbalanced. The bidet faucet produced a trickle of water, not an effective spray. An excessive price for the amenities offered, a promise of a functional, designer apartment that unfortunately wasn't kept.
