Hotels often show pictures of things near their location. This hotel is actually in the historic Gallery mall in Naples. Great service. Very nice room. Can’t beat the location

Location was spot on! Clean, beautiful place with definitely history in the building. Staff was so friendly and helpful, HUGE shout out to Sarah, she helped a lot with everything 💗 Extremely comfortable bed, beautiful spacious bathroom. Coffee machine, kettle and mini bar! Had an amazing surprise from Sarah (she was an angel) in our room upon arrival a Bubbly waiting for us to celebrate our Anniversary! The only downside was the sound proof issue...I didnt go full stars just because of this ...I dont know if Italy has a law that protects the old historic buildings but they have to change the balcony/windows...Our room was first floor behind the reception (103) facing a small alley vertical from Via Toledo, I mean a guy sneezed at ViaToledo and it felt it sneezed next to me ...and we had balcony doors shut and the ac on (so it was not full silent in the room) !!!!!! It was not cheap to stay for 2 nights and not get a good rest....Again, this was the only only thing .....but important !!!!
The rooms are very nice but the windows are single pane and have nearly zero sound proofing. The noise of the alley and street is quite loud. More importantly, taxis cannot drive up to the front of the hotel so if you have big bags, you will need to lug them 100 M up the street and then up the alley to access the rooms. The front is a huge green door that wasn’t well marked, so walking up, we didn’t know where the entrance was. All in all, nice room and staff but terrible location and accessibility. I would not recommend unless you have only a backpack. The pizza restaurant next door is one of the very best in Naples. We had the most amazing meal there.
We stayed for 3 nights, adding on another night on short notice which the hotel accommodated quickly. Navigating the check in process was different than what I've usually encountered at other hotels, but reception was quick to provide instructions through WhatsApp. The room was large and clean, although some parts of it were dated. We stayed in the Spanish Quarter collection which conveniently had an entrance off the main street. It was very quiet, despite the very busy location. The area, in the Spanish Quarter, and by the Galleria Umberto I, was a great location. It was very walkable to shops, restaurants, and museums. Additionally, access to public transportation was easy as well. We visited the catacombs, museums, and Pompei during our 3 day stay. I would consider staying here again in the future, and would probably stay in the same collection as I can imagine the other locations, like the Dome collection may be very busy.
5 stars without hesitation. Beautiful atmosphere, spotless rooms/place, and excellent service. Perfect base for exploring Naples.
