Very sad hotel that I wouldn't recommend unless absolutely necessary. I don't get why it got 4 stars. Very small and high up window even though we were on the 1st floor, could barely look through it. Toilet kept running loudly and could barely flush anything so I had to use a bucket of water to flush. There were stains on some of the blankets and towels. Clothing closet was half-broken. Very loud rooms and not sound proof at all, you can hear a lot of traffic and constant buzzing through the wall. The bed and pillows were hard as bricks. The WiFi was bad. Breakfast was the bare minimum at best. The staff were pretty nice and the room was an okay size but that's about all the positive I can say. Can't say anything about the pool and restaurant because we only went for one evening because of an early flight. I'm sure it's only surviving because it's so near the airport. Hotel can be okay for one night out of necessity, but be prepared for a night of bad sleep.

Overall great experience! At first it looked a bit scary, but once I reminded myself that it’s Italy, it was great! The service was great! Everyone was super helpful and lovely. They gave us great tips for food and transportation. The rooms had ameneties that other hotels we visited didn’t have. It was a bit loud at first, as it’s right next to the airport, but after a short time it turned into white noise. In addition there are multiple city busses that come from the centre of Naples and stop right next to the hotel. Great place! Truly recommend!
Nice rooms and location is perfect if your flight is the next morning. The soundproofing is awful although. You can hear everything from everywhere. Rooms were very well equipped (toothbrush with toothpaste, towels, slippers) which is a big plus.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed there recently when I had a flight cancellation and I didn't want to deal with taxis anymore. I was happy that it was walkable from the airport. I booked what I was told was a double room @ 269 sqft, more than enough space for a solo traveler. What I got was far from that. It was around $150 US to essentially sleep in a closet. The room was unappealing and uncomfortable, and there was a blood stain on the sheets. I tried reaching out through the booking agency I used, and the hotel didn't even have the decency to proffer a response. Cabs in Naples from the airport are pricey for sure...but treat yourself to a nicer place elsewhere and STAY AWAY from this hotel.
Only positive is it's not far to walk to the airport terminal. But this hotel is dire! Really run down outside and you have to buzz to get in and ask reception to open the door to get out. The rooms smell and the towels are threadbare. The bathroom had a weird smell and the bedroom had a different weird smell. It just didn't feel clean. We didn't sleep well lay on the beds with our clothes on. It's quite possible that this is the worst hotel I stayed in. The art work on the walls is questionable and the windows have shutters but also fly screening so you can't open the shutters leaving your room in darkness. There was plane noise but it wasn't bad to be honest. Breakfast was included but we didn't try it as the area was very dark and with all ty weird smells etc we didn't want to get ill. The area doesn't feel safe and Google maps trys to send you to a drive thru McDonald's as it's marked as the closest and only place to eat. You can't get to this McDonald's as you have to walk through a hospital to get there by foot and the security guards send you back and try get you to walk on the motorway to get to it! Best to walk to the airport to get food. It's the only option! I wouldn't recommend this place, we chose it as it was close to the airport for an early morning flight but you are better to stay in the city in a better hotel and get a cab or the bus to the airport in the morning. It's not as if it's cheap it was over €150 plus local tax for 1 night. It's marked as 4* but it's more like 1*
