Artemisia Domus

We are currently staying in the hotel now, but are so impressed we had to leave a comment! We had a slight bump when we initially went to the wrong location (totally our fault, not the hotel’s) but the folks at the Giardino location kindly called a taxi for us to get to the right place. Upon arriving here, we climbed a small flight of stairs and took an elevator to reach this hotel on the fourth floor. And my, what a marvel. Beautifully decorated, reminiscent of old historic charm and architecture, and nicely interlaid with modern touches like floor-to-ceiling glass doors and contemporary furniture. The hotel staff is excellent - very kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The room (Sisera) is bigger than the pictures make it seem, and so lovely - it contains a sunlight drenched juliet balcony and has a nice view into the courtyard. The whirlpool tub is great. The A/C is nice and chilly. It feels like a super-luxury boutique hotel while still being priced reasonably. We are so happy to be staying here! Everything is perfect.

We stayed in two different rooms and loved both. Both had nice bathtubs.The ceiling in one is original 18th century and very impressive. The beautiful lush garden has tables to take the breakfast they serve but we were in a rush so only experienced the inside nook. The two receptionists were exceptional. I can't remember names, but they were both Italian, provided 10/10 service and were quite stunning, which was not necessary but appreciated 🤩 . My wife and I felt like a king and queen having our welcome drinks (Negroni for me, G&T for her) delivered to our room while wearing robes & slippers! The spa was small, clean and had everything I wanted. The steam room was hot enough as was the Finnish sauna. Loved it here! Will be back!! Perfetto!

From the moment we arrived at the main gate we were helped with our bags, offered coffee & time to relax for a moment. Our room was large, with a small kitchen kitchen in a small room off the bedroom. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was extensive with coffee, cereals, and they set up early just for us for our earlier departure Andreana Roberta and the team suggested great places to eat & visit & arranged a taxi to the airport for us. I cannot recommend the Artemisia enough. I love Napoli

Situated on the right hand side of an old courtyard you go up the 4th floor hotel in the lift. There are just a few steps to go up before the lift and a couple more on the 4th floor. Really lovely staff who gave us great advice when we arrived. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and a crazy shower experience 😉 . Breakfast was fine, coffee was good, bit odd seating along a narrow room but that's just down to the old building design. Fantastic location for the old town and near enough to the Metro to get back to the train station easily.
