Kenwood Inn And Spa

We paid over $2,300 for two nights, and the service didn't match the price. Poor front desk customer service. The hotel is very, very small, from our front door you can view the entire hotel including the center courtyard. A tour of the hotel would take about 5 minutes tops. At check-in, the only front-desk employee walked us to the room but skipped the property tour because another guest was waiting. He said he'd give us one later that evening (he was on until 11pm) since we had a spa appointment. We did not tip him and planned to tip after our tour later that evening. Apparently this was a big mistake. When we came back that night, he gave us a dirty look and did not offer a tour. The next evening he glared from behind the desk and didn't even say good evening. Again, this is an extremely small hotel, so there was no confusion on who he was looking at. Extremely uncomfortable, and super unprofessional. I'm assuming it's because we did not tip him for just showing us our room but not a tour of the hotel? On day two only after we asked a different employee for a tour, did we learn about the complimentary breakfast, wine hour, and other hotel amenities. We missed all of it on day one because no one mentioned them at check-in. I complained to the front desk upon check-out and got a half hearted apology. We've had better service at much cheaper places. We won't be back.

Stayed here for a week in August and had a fantastic stay. We were greeted with sparkling wine and a property tour upon check-in. The hotel has lots of little pockets to hang out in, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area is pretty nice. We found ourselves chatting with Lim Ann (concierge) throughout our stay and she was so helpful! The location was also perfect for our trip, and we would a absolutely stay here again. I do wish there were more shelves/counters in the bathroom; there was a lot of dead space

We just returned from our honeymoon at Kenwood Inn & Spa and cannot say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was extremely clean and beautifully maintained. What really set Kenwood Inn apart were the little touches throughout our stay. Our room had a built-in sound machine right next to the bed, and the towels and linens were extremely soft, as well as the complimentary breakfast and wine hour which were both fantastic. Kenwood Inn & Spa was a great honeymoon destination, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Top notch property from the grounds, rooms and personnel. Felt relaxed and pampered our entire stay. You feel transported to a quaint Italian village. Large, spacious rooms with a fireplace, huge jetted bathtub and shower that could fit 3 people. Had a wonderful facial at their spa. Definitely will return for future getaways.
